Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.(1)非導電性熱可塑性樹脂と、(a)少なくとも1個の完全フッ素化部 分を有する熱安定性有機化合物もしくはオリゴマー、または(b)熱安定性有機 トリアジン化合物またはオリゴマーのトリアジン基の窒素原子以外に少なくとも 1個の窒素原子を含有する該熱安定性有機トリアジン化合物もしくはオリゴマー 、または(c)それらを組み合わせたもの、である添加剤との配合物から、非導 電性熱可塑性繊維の繊維ウェブを形成するステップと、(2)ウェブにろ過特性 を高めるエレクトレット電荷を提供するのに十分な圧力で、水の噴射物または水 滴の連続物を該ウェブに衝突させるステップと、(3)該ウェブを乾燥するステ ップとを含む、繊維エレクトレット材料を製造する方法。 2.前記熱可塑性樹脂が、ポリオレフィン、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリスチレン、 ポリカーボネート、またはポリエステルである請求項1記載の方法。 3.前記熱可塑性樹脂が、ポリプロピレン、ポリ−4−メチル−1−ペンテン 、それらの配合物またはプロピレンおよび4−メチル−1−ペンテンの少なくと も一方から形成されるコポリマーである請求項1記載の方法。 4.少なくとも1個の完全フッ素化部分を有する前記有機化合物またはオリゴ マーが、テトラフルオロエチレン、式CxF2x+2(式中、xは約20乃至30で ある)を有するフルオロ脂肪族アルカン、 または (式中、Rfは完全フッ素化部分であり、Qは炭素数1または2のアルキレン基 、スルホンアミド基またはそれらを組み合わせたものから選択される結合基であ り、Rはアルキル基であり、R1はペルフルオロアルキル基であり、R2はアルキ ル基で、直鎖であっても、分岐鎖であってもよく、R4は で、xは2乃至12であり、nは2乃至40の数である) の短鎖テロマーである請求項1記載の方法。 5.少なくとも1個の完全フッ素化部分を有する前記化合物またはオリゴマー は、フッ素含量が少なくとも約18重量パーセントである請求項1記載の方法。 6.少なくとも1個の完全フッ素化部分を有する前記有機化合物またはオリゴ マーは、分子量が約3700であるテトラフルオロエチレンの短鎖テロマーであ る請求項1記載の方法。 7.少なくとも1個の完全フッ素化部分を有する前記有機化合物またはオリゴ マーが、以下の式、 および の少なくとも1つによって表わされる化合物である請求項1記載の方法。 8.前記トリアジン化合物が、 および (式中、R2はアルキル基であり、nは2乃至40の数であり、R3は である) からなる群から選択される請求項1記載の方法。 9.熱可塑性樹脂と、 または (式中、Rfは完全フッ素化部分で、1個以上のエーテル側基の酸素原子を有し てもよく、Qは炭素数1または2のアルキレン基、スルホンアミド基またはそれ らを組み合わせたものから選択される結合基であり、Rはアルキル基であり、R1 はペルフルオロアルキル基であり、R2はアルキル基で、直鎖であっても、分岐 鎖であってもよく、nは2乃至40の数である) である少なくとも1つの化合物またはオリゴマーとの配合物を含む組成物。 10.前記熱可塑性樹脂が、ポリオレフィン、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリスチレン 、ポリカーボネートまたはポリエステルである請求項9記載の組成物。 11.前記熱可塑性樹脂が、ポリプロピレン、ポリ−4−メチル−1−ペンテ ン、それらの配合物またはプロピレンおよび4−メチル−1−ペンテンの少なく とも一方から形成されるコポリマーである請求項9記載の組成物。 12.非導電性熱可塑性樹脂と、 または (Rfは完全フッ素化部分で、1個以上のエーテル側基の酸素原子を有してもよ く、Qは炭素数1または2のアルキレン基、スルホンアミド基またはそれらを組 み合わせたものから選択される結合基であり、Rはアルキル基であり、R1はペ ルフルオロアルキル基であり、R2はアルキル基で、直鎖であっても、分岐鎖で あってもよく、nは2乃至40の数である) である少なくとも1つの化合物またはオリゴマーとの配合物を含む繊維ウェブ。 13.前記熱可塑性樹脂が、ポリオレフィン、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリスチレン 、ポリカーボネートまたはポリエステルである請求項12記載の繊維ウェブ。 14.前記熱可塑性樹脂が、ポリプロピレン、ポリ−4−メチル−1−ペンテ ン、それらの配合物またはプロピレンおよび4−メチル−1−ペンテンの少なく とも一方から形成されるコポリマーである請求項12記載の繊維ウェブ。 15.熱可塑性樹脂と、短鎖テトラフルオロエチレンテロマー、式CxF2x+2 (式中、xは約20乃至30である)を有するフルオロ脂肪族アルカン、 または (式中、Rfは完全フッ素化部分で、1個以上のエーテル側基の酸素原子を有し てもよく、Qは炭素数1または2のアルキレン基、スルホンアミド基またはそれ らを組み合わせたものから選択される結合基であり、Rはアルキル基であり、R1 はペルフルオロアルキル基であり、R2はアルキル基で、直鎖であっても、分岐 鎖であってもよく、nは2乃至40の数であり、前記ウェブは、化合物またはオ リゴマーを含有しないウェブよりも高いろ過効率を示すほどの十分な電荷を有す る) である少なくとも1つの化合物またはオリゴマーとの配合物からなる繊維ウェブ を含むエレクトレットフィルター媒体。 16.前記熱可塑性樹脂が、ポリオレフィン、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリスチレン 、ポリカーボネートまたはポリエステルである請求項 15記載のエレクトレットフィルター媒体。 17.前記熱可塑性樹脂が、ポリプロピレン、ポリ−4−メチル−1−ペンテ ン、それらの配合物またはプロピレンおよび4−メチル−1−ペンテンの少なく とも一方から形成されるコポリマーである請求項15記載のエレクトレットフィ ルター媒体。 18. および (式中、Rfは完全フッ素化部分で、1個以上のエーテル側基の酸素原子を有し てもよく、Qは炭素数1または2のアルキレン基、スルホンアミド基またはそれ らを組み合わせたものから選択される結合基であり、R1はペルフルオロアルキ ル基である) (式中、R2は、アルキル基で、直鎖であっても、分岐鎖であってもよく、nは 2乃至40の数である) および からなる群から選択される化合物。 19.請求項15記載のエレクトレットフィルター媒体を含むろ過手段を備え る呼吸用マスク。 20.前記ろ過手段が、請求項15記載のエレクトレットフィルター媒体を含 む乗り物用換気システム。
