Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ビデオの記録・再生装置であって、 ビデオ番組を蓄積媒体に記録し、ビデオ番組を蓄積媒体から再生するためのド ライブを含むビデオ・レコーダと、 制御トラック信号をビデオ番組と共に蓄積媒体に記録するための制御トラック ・レコーダと、 ビデオ番組の再生時に制御トラック信号に応答し、前記ドライブに結合される 復号器であって、ディジタル・データ内にあるプレー符号、スキップ符号および 巻戻し符号に応じて前記再生装置をそれぞれ順方向プレー・モード、順方向スキ ップ・モードおよび巻戻しモードに切り替え、スキップ符号のあとに続き且つプ レー符号があとに続くビデオ番組のセグメントを選択的に飛ばし、そしてプレー 符号のあとに続き且つ巻き戻し符号があとに続くビデオ番組のセグメントを選択 的に再生するための復号器とを含む、前記ビデオ記録・再生装置。 2.所定の数の再生のために、プレー符号のあとに続き且つ巻戻し符号があとに 続くビデオ番組の前記セグメントを再生し続けるために動作できる制御装置を更 に含む、請求項1記載のビデオ記録・再生装置。 3.プレー符号と巻戻し符号のうちの少なくとも1つと共に、前記所定の数が制 御トラック上に符号化される、請求項2記載のビデオ記録・再生装置。 4.前記ディジタル・データ内のプレー符号とスキップ符号と巻戻し符号が、デ ィジタル・ビット・ストリーム内にある複数のビットで表される、請求項3記載 のビデオ記録・再生装置。 5.ビデオ番組の再生時に前記プレー、スキップおよび巻戻し符号を挿入し且つ 削除するためにユーザが操作できる手段を更に含む、請求項1記載のビデオ記録 ・再生装置。 6.ビデオ番組の再生時に、前記プレー符号とスキップ符号と巻戻し符号の挿入 と削除とそして前記所定の数の変更のうち、少なくとも1つを行なうための、ユ ーザが操作できる手段を更に含む、請求項4記載のビデオ記録・再生装置。 7.前記符号の挿入・削除・所定数の変更のうち、少なくとも1つを行うための 、ユーザが操作できる手段が、前記ビデオ記録・再生装置より発生されるユーザ が操作できるメニュー画面を含む、請求項6記載のビデオ記録・再生装置。 8.前記符号に基づいて前記番組のセグメントを選択的に飛ばすことおよび選択 的に再生することの少なくとも1つを一時的に不能にするために、前記メニュー 画面がユーザの制御下で更に操作できる、請求項7記載のビデオ記録・再生装置 。 9.前記制御トラック信号がタイミング符号信号を含み、更に、前記タイミング 符号信号の前縁部と後縁部のうちの1つに応答するタイミング回路を含み、前記 前縁部と後縁部のうちの前記1つから離れているパルスによって前記複数のビッ トが表される、請求項4記載のビデオ記録・再生装置。 10.前記タイミング符号信号の前縁部と後縁部のうちの1つから前記パルスの 前縁部と後縁部のうちの1つを見分ける手段を更に含む、請求項9記載のビデオ 記録・再生装置。 11.前記見分ける手段が、前記パルスの前縁部と後縁部のうちの前記1つより も急峻なタイミング符号信号の前記前縁部と後縁部のうちの1つの傾斜に応答す る、請求項9記載のビデオ記録・再生装置。
