Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.2つの別個のシリンダバンクから成る内燃機関の2つのエキゾーストターボ チャージャの間の回転数偏差を識別する装置であって、 前記各シリンダバンクにはエキゾーストガスタービンを有するエキゾースト マニホールドが所属する、2つのエキゾーストターボチャージャの間の回転数偏 差を識別する装置において、 2つの前記エキゾーストマニホールド(4、5)のエキゾーストタービン( 6、7)より前を支配する圧力又はガス質量(乃至はガス量)の間の差を検出し 、この検出した差が所定の閾値を上回っている場合には回転数偏差をシグナリン グする装置(23、25、33、34)が設けられていることを特徴とする、2 つのエキゾーストターボチャージャの間の回転数偏差を識別する装置。 2.検出される差が閾値を所定の時間に亘って上回る場合に回転数偏差がシグナ リングされることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。 3.閾値は、インテークマニホールド(10)内の空気質量(乃至は空気量)に 依存することを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。 4.閾値は、エンジンの回転数及び/又は負荷に依存することを特徴とする請求 項1記載の装置。 5.2つのエキゾーストターボチャージャの間の回転数偏差を識別する装置は、 回転数偏差が識別された場合には、各エキゾーストターボチャージャに所属する 充てん圧調整部(15、16)に対して調整量を供給し、 該調整量は回転数及び負荷に依存する特性マップから導出されることを特徴 とする請求項1〜4までのうちの1項記載の装置。 6.2つのエキゾーストターボチャージャの間の回転数偏差を識別する装置は、 回転数偏差が識別された場合にはシリンダ選択性燃料噴射を小さくすることを特 徴とする請求項1〜4までのうちの1項記載の装置。 7.2つのエキゾーストターボチャージャの間の回転数偏差を識別する装置は、 回転数偏差が識別された場合にはスロットルバルブ(12)の最大開口を制限す ることを特徴とする請求項1〜4までのうちの1項記載の装置。
