Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. ガラス形成成分からゾルゲル法によって製造され、濃縮されてキセロゲル 又はガラスを形成している層厚が少なくとも0.8μmである被覆を有する無機顔料 を含有する被覆無機顔料。 2. 顔料が、Ag、Au、Cu、Fe、Pb、Pd及びPtの様な金属顔料から選ばれること を特徴とする請求項1に記載の被覆無機顔料。 3. 顔料が、Al2O3、Fe2O3、Fe3O4、Cr2O3、CuO、Cu2O、In2O3、Mn2O3、PbO、 PdO、SnO2、TiO2、ZnO及びZrO2の様な金属酸化物顔料から選ばれることを特徴と する請求項1に記載の被覆無機顔料。 4. 顔料が、金属ハロゲン化物、金属炭化物、金属窒化物、金属ヒ化物、金属 リン化物及び金属カルコゲナイド(硫化物、セレン化物、テルル化物)の様な金 属化合物顔料から選ばれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の被覆無機顔料。 5. 顔料が、炭素の様な非金属顔料から選ばれることを特徴とする請求項1に 記載の被覆無機顔料。 6. 顔料が、SiO2の様な非金属酸化物顔料又はマイカ、スピネル、重晶石若し くはホタル石の様な鉱物から選ばれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の被覆無 機顔料。 7. 被覆前の顔料が0.5nm〜100μmの粒子サイズを有することを特徴とする請 求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の被覆無機顔料。 8. 被覆組成物が公知の一成分又は多成分のガラス組成物に相当することを特 徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の被覆無機顔料。 9. 層厚が1〜5μmの被覆を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれ かに記載の被覆無機顔料。 10. 2〜100μmの粒子サイズを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれ かに記載の被覆無機顔料。 11. 以下の特徴を有する請求項1に記載の被覆無機顔料の製造方法: a)ゾルゲル法によって一又は二以上のガラス形成成分を反応させてゾルを形成 させ、 b)得られるゾル中に無機顔料又は顔料前駆体を分散させ、 c)ゾル-顔料分散体を噴霧乾燥によってキセロゲル被覆を有する被覆無機顔料 に転化させ、 d)必要に応じて、キセロゲル被覆を加熱処理により濃縮して粘性層を形成させ る。 12. エナメル又は成形体の製造のための請求項1に記載の被覆無機顔料の使用 。
