- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 医薬錠剤芯の静電粉末塗装用に適した粉末塗装材料であって、前記材料 は医薬的に容認でき、処理により薄膜塗装を形成でき、且つ複合粒子を含み、前 記複合粒子は異なった物理的及び/又は化学的特性を有する2種またはそれ以上 の成分から成ることを特徴とする前記粉末塗装材料。 2. 粉末粒子の少なくとも50重量%が複合粒子である、請求の範囲第1項 に記載する材料。 3. 粉末粒子の少なくとも30容量%が、5μm〜25μmの範囲の粒子サ イズを有する、請求の範囲第1項または第2項に記載する材料。 4. 材料粒子の少なくとも95数量%が、50μm以下の粒子サイズを有す る、請求の範囲第1項〜第3項に記載する材料。 5. 材料粒子の少なくとも90容量%が、少なくとも5μmの粒子サイズを 有する、請求の範囲第1項〜第4項に記載する材料。 6. 材料が、108〜1016Ωmの範囲の固有抵抗を有する、請求の範囲第 1項〜第5項に記載する材料。 7. 摩擦帯電的に及び/又はコロナ帯電により帯電可能な、請求の範囲第1 項〜第6項に記載する材料。 8. エレクトレット、磁石または常磁性体である、請求の範囲第1項〜第7 項に記載する材料。 9. 静電気力の作用のもとで移動に敏感であり、ここに明示する試験法によ りその感度を測定する、請求の範囲第1項〜第8項に記載する材料。 10. 材料を250℃以下の温度で処理して薄膜塗装を形成する、請求の範 囲第1項〜第9項に記載する材料。 11. 材料が、溶融可能であり大気圧下で250℃以下の温度で薄膜塗装を 形成する、請求の範囲第10項に記載する材料。 12. 材料が、50℃〜180℃の範囲の融点を有する、請求の範囲第1項 〜第11項に記載する材料。 13. 材料が、60℃〜100℃の範囲の融点を有する、請求の範囲第12 に記載する材料。 14. 材料がガラス転移を示し且つ前記材料の軟化点が30℃〜180℃の 範囲である、請求の範囲第1項〜第13項に記載する材料。 15. 材料が硬化性であり、架橋ポリマー薄膜を形成する、請求の範囲第1 項〜第14項に記載する材料。 16. 粉末塗装材料の重量を基準にして3重量%より多くない水分量(水分 の損失により測定)を有する、請求の範囲第1項〜第15項に記載する材料。 17. 溶融して基材表面に連続薄膜を形成する第1成分を含む、請求の範囲 第1項〜第16項に記載する材料。 18. 第1成分が250℃以下の温度で溶融して薄膜塗装を形成する、請求 の範囲第17項に記載する材料。 19. 材料が、材料の重量を基準にして少なくとも10重量%の第1成分を 含む、請求の範囲第17項と第18項に記載する材料。 20. 摩擦帯電的に帯電可能な第2成分を含む、請求の範囲第17項〜第1 9項に記載する材料。 21. エレクトレット、磁石または常磁性体である第2成分を含む、請求の 範囲第17項〜第20項に記載する材料。 22. 静電気力の作用のもとで移動に敏感である第2成分を含み、ここに明 示する試験法によりその感度を測定する、請求の範囲第17項〜第21項に記載 する材料。 23. 第2成分が、ポリアクリル酸とその誘導体、ポリアルケンとその誘導 体、ポリビニルアルコールとそのエステル、およびセルロースとその誘導体より 成る群中の1またはそれ以上の材料を含む、請求の範囲第20項〜第22項に記 載する材料。 24. 材料が、材料の重量を基準にして少なくとも20重量%の第2成分を 含む、請求の範囲第20項〜第23項に記載する材料。 25. 第1成分と第2成分の分散を改良するための分散剤成分を含む、請求 の範囲第17項〜第24項に記載する材料。 26. 分散剤成分が界面活性剤を含む、請求の範囲第25項に記載する材料 。 27. 材料が、材料の重量を基準にして少なくとも1重量%の分散剤成分を 含む、請求の範囲第25項または第26項に記載する材料。 28. 減摩剤を含む、請求の範囲第1項〜第27項に記載する材料。 29. 材料が崩壊剤を含む、請求の範囲第1項〜第28項に記載する材料。 30. 不透明化剤、着色剤と風味剤より選ばれる成分を含む、請求の範囲第 1項〜第29項に記載する材料。 31. 材料が生物活性材料を含む、請求の範囲第1項〜第30項に記載する 材料。 32. 材料が、材料の重量を基準にして少なくとも0.5重量%の活性材料 を含む、請求の範囲第31項に記載する材料。 33. 塗装材料が活性材料を含むことを特徴とする、医薬基材の静電塗装用 塗装材料。 34. 塗装材料が、塗装材料の重量を基準にして少なくとも0.5重量%の 活性材料を含む、請求の範囲第33項に記載する塗装材料。 35. 塗装材料が粉末塗装材料である、請求の範囲第33項または第34項 に記載する塗装材料。 36. 粉末粒子の少なくとも90数量%が、50μmより大きくない粒子サ イズを有する、請求の範囲第33項〜第35項に記載する塗装材料。 37. 基材の静電塗装における活性材料を含む塗装材料の使用。 38. 請求の範囲第1項〜第37項の任意の1項に記載する粉末材料を用い 、医薬錠剤芯を静電的に塗装する方法。 39. 基材を粉末塗装材料供給源に近接して保持し、基材表面を塗装材料の 電位と異なる電位に維持して、電位の適用により粉末を粉末供給源から基材に向 けて移動させ、そして基材表面を粉末塗装材料で塗装する、請求の範囲第38項 に記載する方法。 40. 連続工程として実施する、請求の範囲第39項に記載する方法。 41. 基材を、粉末塗装材料供給源に近接する領域を通る移送手段により移 送する、請求の範囲第39項または第40項に記載する方法。 42. 基材が粉末塗装材料供給源に近接するときに、基材を帯電させる、請 求の範囲第39項〜第41項に記載する方法。 43. 粉末塗装材料供給源を接地する、請求の範囲第42項に記載する方法 。 44. 基材が上手から保持され、粉末が供給源上方から基材下部表面に向け て移動する、請求の範囲第39項〜第43項に記載する方法。 45. 基材を粉末塗装材料供給源に近接して保持する前に、基材表面に前処 理組成物を適用する、請求の範囲第39項〜第44項に記載する方法。 46. 前処理組成物が液体である、請求の範囲第45項に記載する方法。 47. 液体がポリエチレングリコールである、請求の範囲第46項に記載す る方法。 48. 基材表面を粉末で塗装したのち粉末を処理して、基材表面に固定した 連続薄膜塗装を形成する工程をさらに含む、請求の範囲第39項〜第44項に記 載する方法。 49. 塗装した基材を粉末塗装材料供給源に近接して保持し、基材の未塗装 面を露出させ且つ基材表面を塗装材料の電位と異なる電位に維持して、電位の適 用により粉末を粉末供給源から基材に向けて移動させ、基材の露出表面を粉末塗 装材料で塗装する工程をさらに含む、請求の範囲第39項〜第48項に記載する 方法。 50. 少なくとも2種の異質な成分から成る、基材の静電塗装用粉末塗装材 料を製造する方法であって、前記の少なくとも2種の異質な成分を同時処理する 工程を含むことを特徴とする前記方法。 51. 請求の範囲第50項に記載する方法により製造する、基材の静電塗装 用粉末塗装材料。 52. 錠剤芯および請求の範囲第1項〜第36項の任意の1項に記載する粉 末塗装材料を含む医薬錠剤。 53. 請求の範囲第39項〜第49項の任意の1項に記載する方法により静 電的に塗装される医薬錠剤。 54. 静電処理用粉末塗装材料であって、材料が下記特性、 (a)人間及び/又は動物の食用に適する、 (b)好ましくは同時処理加工された、少なくとも2種の異質な成分から成る 、 (c)大気圧で250℃以下の温度で溶融して薄膜塗装を形成する、 (d)少なくとも30容量%の粒子が5μm〜20μmの範囲の粒子サイズを 有する、 (e)ここに明示する試験法により感度を測定するという条件で静電気力の作 用の下で移動に敏感である、 の1またはそれ以上を有することを特徴とする前記材料。 55. 請求の範囲第1項〜第36項または第54項の任意の1項に記載する 粉末塗装材料を用いて、基材を静電的に塗装する方法。
