干粉包衣机
技术领域
本发明涉及采用电磁加热并可对微丸颗粒制剂进行增塑剂与静电干粉结合的干粉包衣的设备,特别涉及一种干粉包衣机。
技术背景
药物包衣常用于固体形态制剂,通过包衣可以掩盖药物散发的不佳气味、防止药物中某些物质见光不稳定或在空气中氧化、控制药物释放部位和释放速度、减少片芯在高速包装设备中破碎以及提高药物外观辨识度的作用。
包衣根据工艺不同,可以分为湿法包衣与干法包衣。目前,基于湿法包衣技术的湿法包衣机被广泛应用在制药工业中对固体药物制剂进行包衣操作。该包衣机工作原理是利用喷雾将包衣液料喷洒到包衣锅内的固体制剂表面,再向固体制剂吹送热风加速固体制剂表面湿液充分挥发,从而让包衣材料均匀包覆于固体制剂表面形成保护层。但是由于湿法包衣技术本身的工艺特点,如需要耗费较长时间对固体制剂进行干燥处理、包衣过程中产生有机溶剂废气废液、有机溶液易燃易爆危险性等,因此湿法包衣机存在耗能、包衣时间长、环境污染等问题。
干法包衣技术近些年来不断发展进步,该方法克服了湿法包衣技术耗能、耗时、环境污染等问题。与湿法包衣技术相比,干法包衣技术不添加有机溶剂,直接将包衣材料在固体制剂表面成膜。干法包衣技术大大缩短包衣时间、节约能源、可以有效避免湿法包衣过程中产生的有机溶剂排放造成的环境污染。现阶段比较常见的干法包衣技术主要有静电干粉包衣技术、采用增塑剂的干法包衣技术和采用增塑剂与静电干粉结合的干法包衣技术。其中最后一种技术将前两者方法相结合,集中二者优点克服前二者缺陷,具有较高的理论研究和市场应用前景。当前国内外市场中适用于制药工业大批量固体制剂包衣加工设备主要还是基于湿法包衣技术,工业应用的干粉包衣机械还鲜有报道。
干粉包衣机由于制造成本高和内部结构复杂等因素,尚处于理论研究阶段。处于该阶段的干粉包衣设备也存在些许不足,譬如:
a)包衣机多采用电热丝或红外线等方式对颗粒制剂加热和干燥,该加热方式热效率低、能耗较大。
b)操作者需手动操控电晕放电喷枪将喷嘴伸入包衣锅内将带电包衣粉末喷向固体制剂表面。由于电晕放电喷枪使用高压电极,喷枪操作者需要近距离观察喷粉情况,具有一定的操作安全隐患。
c)电晕放电喷枪需要操作人员手持瞄准包衣锅内运动的片床进行喷粉操作,在喷粉过程中包衣锅内充斥的带电粉末让操作人员难以清晰观察、瞄准运动的片床来进行有效喷涂,易造成包衣材料浪费,自动化程度较低。
d)采用外置的流化床设计将包衣粉末预先进行静电处理,带电的包衣粉末通过管道输送到包衣锅内可以降低操作者的安全隐患。但流化床设备价格昂贵同时占用大量空间,另外流化床设备需要定期清理维护。当包衣材料改变时,也需要花费较多时间与人力物力对流化床设备和粉末输送管道进行彻底清洁来满足新包衣材料使用需求。
e)包衣锅多采用有孔设计,无法满足较小微丸颗粒包衣,也容易造成包衣材料浪费。
f)包衣机械内部通风较差,若高浓度的干燥包衣粉末颗粒与静电喷枪工作产生的高压静电相遇,有产生粉尘爆炸的风险。
g)包衣锅体常为倾斜放置,倾斜放置的圆柱台状包衣锅会降低包衣过程中其内部颗粒片床表面积、缩短颗粒在片床表层的停留时间,从而降低颗粒上粉效率和包衣层均匀性、延长包衣时间、浪费能源。
针对上述不足,需要研发一种干粉包衣设备,该设备具有结构简单、操作安全、包衣效率高、低能耗,同时能够满足微丸包衣与普通药片包衣的工业化需求。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明专利提供一种基于增塑剂与静电干粉结合的干粉包衣设备,该设备具有结构简单、操作安全、包衣效率高、低能耗、可实现微丸或普通药片高效包衣的工业化需求。
本发明是一种基于增塑剂与静电干粉结合的干粉包衣机,包括包衣机体、包衣锅体、粉末喷涂系统、喷雾系统、通风系统、加热系统和触控式控制面板;所述包衣机体内设置有操作箱体,包衣锅体放置于操作箱体内部,包衣锅体可为有孔、部分有孔或无孔设计,可满足一般固体颗粒制剂与微丸颗粒制剂包衣;所述粉末喷涂系统包括固定于可旋转伸缩支架之上的电晕放电喷枪、粉末盒、连通所述电晕放电喷枪与所述粉末盒和高压气源的粉末输送管道;电晕放电喷枪喷头有0-90°多种选择,可满足不同方向多角度喷涂,从而提高颗粒制剂上粉率;所述喷雾系统包括固定在所述可旋转伸缩支架之上的雾化器、计量泵、储液盒、连接所述雾化器与所述计量泵和所述储液盒的液体输送管道、连接所述雾化器和所述高压气源的气体输送管道;所述通风系统包含放置于所述包衣机体顶端的进风管道、安装于所述进风管道内的电热丝、安装于所述操作箱体顶端的进风筒、固定于所述出操作箱体下方的出风口、过滤网和风扇;所述加热系统包含位于所述进风管道内的电热丝和放置于所述包衣锅体下方的电磁加热器。
进一步,所述包衣锅体为两侧为圆柱台状,其中一侧开口的滚筒包衣锅,包衣锅体沿其轴线水平放置于箱体内部并固定于旋转轴之上,在电机驱动下的旋转轴发生转动并使包衣锅绕自身轴线旋转;

进一步,所述电热丝也可为红线加热器等加热设备;
进一步,所述包衣锅体为无孔设计,与市面常见的有孔包衣锅相比,本包衣锅可对微丸颗粒进行高效包衣,从而无需额外开支去购置微丸颗粒包衣的设备如流化床等;所述包衣锅体也可采用孔径约为1-10mm有孔设计或部分有孔设计,用于对大颗粒制剂包衣;
进一步,所述包衣锅内壁安装有数量至少为2个及2个以上数量的导流板,导流板与所述包衣锅体的轴线呈0-90°夹角固定于所述包衣锅体内锅壁上;
进一步,所述操作箱体上安装有绝缘防尘门,绝缘防尘门可将操作箱体形成密闭空间;
进一步,所述包衣机体顶端的进风管道、安装于所述进风管道内的电热丝、安装于所述操作箱体顶端的进风筒、固定于所述出操作箱体下方的出风口、过滤网和风扇在工作时会在所述包衣箱体内形成负压。
进一步,所述包衣机上的触控式控制面板可实时显示包衣锅内的操作工况如:温度、湿度、包衣锅实时转速、电晕放电喷枪喷粉量、雾化器流量、可旋转支架方向和错误提示等,并可通过触控按钮调节和设置上述参数。
发明的有益效果:本发明的一种基于增塑剂与静电干粉结合的干粉包衣机,包括包衣机体、包衣锅体、粉末喷涂系统、喷雾系统、通风系统、加热系统和触控式控制面板,使用时,固体颗粒制剂放置于可旋转包衣锅体内部,包衣锅体在电机驱动下绕自身轴心旋转,位于包衣锅体底部的电磁加热器与位于顶部的电热丝可对包衣锅体及包衣锅体内的固体颗粒制剂高效加热;盛放于储液盒中的包衣辅料如增塑剂在计量泵的作用下经由液体输送管道通过雾化器喷洒于包衣锅体内翻转滚动的固体颗粒制剂外表面,增塑剂可降低颗粒制剂表面电阻、增强静电粉末吸附效果、提高上粉率;通过触控式控制面板可调节可伸缩旋转支架,使电晕放电喷枪和雾化器可垂直瞄准滚动的颗粒片床,进一步提高上粉效率;电晕放电喷枪有0-90°喷头多种选择,可满足不同方向喷涂需求;盛放于粉末盒中的包衣粉末在放置于固体颗粒制剂上方的电晕放电喷枪作用下,包衣粉末颗粒带电并与接地的包衣锅体之间产生电势差,在电场力的作用下,包衣粉末吸附于固体颗粒制剂外表面;通风系统在包衣箱体内形成负压,可有效避免箱体内积聚大量粉尘和气味;随着包衣锅的不断旋转,包衣辅料和包衣粉末均匀附着在固体颗粒制剂外表面,通过加热至合适温度如包衣粉末中所含聚合物的玻璃化转变温度,可实现包衣粉末在固体颗粒制剂表面快速成膜包衣。

具体实施方式
图1为本发明的正视图,图2为图1的侧视图,如图1和图2所示:本实施例的干粉包衣机包括包衣机体1、包衣锅体2、粉末喷涂系统、喷雾系统、通风系统、加热系统和触控式控制面板24;所述包衣机体1内设置有操作箱体3,包衣锅体2沿其轴线水平放置于操作箱体3内部,包衣锅体2两侧为圆柱台状,一侧开口,另一侧固定于电机20的转动轴之上,在电机20的驱动下,包衣锅体可绕自身轴线旋转;所述粉末喷涂系统包括固定于可旋转伸缩支架12之上的电晕放电喷枪11、粉末盒17、连通所述电晕放电喷枪11与所述粉末盒17和高压气源18的粉末输送管道16;所述喷雾系统包括固定在所述可旋转伸缩支架12之上的雾化器10、计量泵15、储液盒14、连接所述雾化器10与所述计量泵15和所述储液盒14的液体输送管道13、连接所述雾化器10和所述高压气源18的气体输送管道19;所述通风系统包含放置于所述包衣机体1顶端的进风管道7、安装于所述进风管道7内的电热丝8、安装于所述操作箱3体顶端的进风筒9、固定于所述操作箱体3下方的出风口4和过滤网5,过滤网5末端安装有风扇21,在风扇21作用下,可在包衣机操作箱体3内形成负压;所述加热系统包含位于所述进风管道7内的电热丝8和放置于所述包衣锅体2下方的电磁加热器6;电热丝8和电磁加热器6可单独或同时工作,使用时,将固体颗粒制剂放置于可旋转包衣锅体内部,包衣锅体在电机驱动下绕自身轴心旋转,位于包衣锅体底部的电磁加热器与位于顶部的电热丝可对包衣锅体及包衣锅体内的固体颗粒制剂高效加热;通风系统工作时,在包衣机操作箱体内形成负压,保持箱体内良好的通风环境;安装合适的电晕放电喷枪喷头,通过触控式控制面板可调节伸缩旋转支架,使电晕放电喷枪和雾化器垂直瞄准滚动的颗粒片床,可提高上粉效率;开启高压气源,盛放于储液盒中的包衣辅料如增塑剂在计量泵的作用下经由液体输送管道通过雾化器喷洒于翻转滚动的固体颗粒制剂外表面,增塑剂的使用可降低固体颗粒制剂表面电阻,增强静电粉末吸附效果;盛放于粉末盒中的包衣粉末在放置于固体颗粒制剂上方的电晕放电喷枪作用下,粉末颗粒带电并与接地的包衣锅体之间产生电势差,在电场力的作用下,包衣粉末吸附于固体颗粒外表面;通风系统在包衣箱体内形成负压,可有效避免箱体内大量粉尘和气味产生;静电喷涂和增塑剂喷洒可同步或异步进行;随着包衣锅的不断旋转,包衣辅料和包衣粉末均匀附着在固体颗粒制剂外表面,通过加热至合适温度如包衣粉末中所含聚合物的玻璃化转变温度,可实现包衣粉末在固体颗粒制剂外表面快速成膜包衣;触控式控制面板可直观实时显示包衣锅内的温度、湿度、包衣锅实时转速、电晕放电喷枪喷粉量、雾化器流量、可旋转支架方向和操作错误提示等操作工况,并可通过触控按钮调节和设置以上参数;为了提高包衣效果和满足不同增重需求,可对固体颗粒多次进行静电喷涂和增塑剂喷洒操作;当然,为了保证喷涂效果和产业化需求,可根据包衣锅大小安装多个可伸缩旋转支架、多个电晕放电喷枪、多个雾化器和多个数量导流板来实现本发明专利的目的。
在本实施例中,所述包衣锅体2一端开口,一端封闭,封闭一端连接于电机20转动轴之上,包衣锅体2沿其轴线水平放置于包衣机操作箱体3内部,在电机20的驱动下,包衣锅体绕其轴线发生旋转,水平放置的包衣锅体2可使放置在其内部的颗粒片床表面积最大化并延长颗粒在片床表层的停留时间,从而提高包衣过程中颗粒上粉效率、缩短包衣时间、节约能源、提高颗粒包衣层均匀性等,包衣锅体采用304不锈钢制作,化学性质稳定,内部结构平滑、无死角,可有效减少颗粒和粉末在锅体内堆积并方便清洁维护,符合药品GMP标准。
在本实施例中,所述包衣锅体2内壁安装有导流板22,放置于包衣锅体内部的固体颗粒制剂在导流板的作用下不断提升、坠落和翻转,进一步提升固体颗粒制剂与静电包衣粉末、增塑剂的接触面积和接触时间,从而提升干粉包衣效率和效果,当然,导流板数量和位置可根据固体颗粒制剂在包衣锅体内的填充量不同、包衣锅大小、转速等不同的操作工况选择两个或两个以上数量并与包衣锅轴线呈0-90°夹角放置。
在本实施例中,包衣锅体2是无孔包衣锅,可对微丸颗粒进行包衣,当然也可采用孔径约为1-10mm有孔设计或部分有孔设计的有孔包衣锅对普通大小的固体颗粒制剂进行包衣。
在本实施例中,可旋转伸缩支架12一端固定于包衣机体1另一端可深入包衣锅体2内部的固体颗粒制剂上方,该支架可旋转伸缩,从而能够使固定在其上方的电晕放电喷枪11和雾化器10对准锅体2内部的固体颗粒制剂,从而提高包衣效率并减少包衣材料浪费,当然,依据包衣锅体2尺寸不同,可安装一个或多个可旋转伸缩支架。
在本实施例中,一把电晕放电喷枪11安装在可旋转伸缩支架12上,当然,也可根据包衣锅体2尺寸不同或固体颗粒制剂填充量不同,安装一把或多把电晕放电喷枪11。
在本实施例中,一个雾化器11安装在可旋转伸缩支架12上,当然,也可根据包衣锅体2尺寸不同或固体颗粒制剂填充量不同,安装一个或多个雾化器11。
在本实施例中,所述进风管道7、进风管道7内的电热丝8和进风筒9安装于包衣机操作箱体上部,电热丝8安装于进风管道7内部,风筒9靠近包衣锅体2,其中电热丝8也可为红外线加热器等其它加热设备,出风口4和过滤网5安装于操作箱体3下方,出风口4与进风筒9呈现对角线位置关系,出风口4另一端安装滤网5,过滤网5末端安装有风扇21,风扇与包衣机体1外部连通,在风扇21作用下,在包衣机操作箱体3内形成负压,大大降低操作箱体3内的粉尘和废气。
在本实施例中,所述风扇21数量可依据包衣机操作箱体3的大小,使用一个或一个以上数量的风扇,提升通风系统工作效率。
在本实施例中,所述包衣机体1在所述包衣锅体2开口一侧安装有防尘门23,该防尘门23由玻璃、有机玻璃等绝缘透明材料制成,可将包衣机操作箱体3与操作人员屏蔽,并增强包衣机操作箱体3内的负压效果,有效减少粉尘污染和电晕粉末喷枪产生的高压静电对操作人员的伤害。
在本实施例中,所述电热丝8和放置于所述包衣锅体2下方的电磁加热器6可单独或者同时工作,在使用无孔包衣锅对微丸颗粒包衣时,优先使用电磁加热器加热,可大大提高加热和干燥效率,从而达到节能、环保、省时高效的目的。

Claims (10)

1.一种基于增塑剂与静电干粉结合的干粉包衣机,其特征在于:包括包衣机体(1)、包衣锅体(2)、粉末喷涂系统、喷雾系统、通风系统、加热系统和触控式控制面板(24);所述包衣机体(1)内设置有操作箱体(3),包衣锅体(2)放置于操作箱体(3)内部;所述粉末喷涂系统包括固定于可旋转伸缩支架(12)之上的电晕放电喷枪(11)、粉末盒(17)、连通所述电晕放电喷枪(11)与所述粉末盒(17)和高压气源(18)的粉末输送管道(16);所述喷雾系统包括固定在所述可旋转伸缩支架(12)之上的雾化器(10)、计量泵(15)、储液盒(14)、连接所述雾化器(10)与所述计量泵(15)和所述储液盒(14)的液体输送管道(13)、连接所述雾化器(10)和所述高压气源(18)的气体输送管道(19);所述通风系统包含放置于所述包衣机体(1)顶端的进风管道(7)、安装于所述进风管道(7)内的电热丝(8)、安装于所述操作箱体(3)顶端的进风筒(9)、固定于所述操作箱体(3)下方的出风口(4)、过滤网(5)和风扇(21);所述加热系统包含位于所述进风管道(7)内的电热丝(8)和放置于所述包衣锅体(2)下方的电磁加热器(6);所述触控式控制面板(24)内嵌于所述包衣机体(1)之上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的干粉包衣机,其特种在于:优选的,所述包衣锅体(2)两侧为圆柱台状,其中一侧开口的滚筒包衣锅,包衣锅沿其轴线水平放置于箱体内并固定于旋转轴之上,在电机(20)驱动下的旋转轴发生转动并使包衣锅绕自身轴线旋转。
3.根据权利要求2所述的干粉包衣机,其特种在于:所述可旋转伸缩支架(12)的数量为一个或一个以上,所述可旋转伸缩支架(12)一端固定于所述包衣机体(1)上,另一端可通过操控触控式控制面板(24)进行旋转和伸长运动进入所述包衣锅体(2)内部的固体颗粒上方。
4.根据权利要求3所述的干粉包衣机,其特种在于:所述电晕放电喷枪(11)数量为一个或一个以上,所述电晕放电喷枪(11)固定在数量为一个或一个以上的可旋转伸缩支架(12)之上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的干粉包衣机,其特征在于:所述电晕放电喷枪(11)的喷头有0-90°多种选择,可满足不同方向多角度喷涂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的干粉包衣机,其特种在于:所述的雾化器(10)数量为一个或一个以上,所述雾化器(10)固定在数量为一个或一个以上的可旋转伸缩支架(12)之上。
7.根据权利要求6所述的干粉包衣机,其特征在于:所述包衣锅体(2)加热方式可采用安装于所述包衣锅体(2)底部的功率可调的电磁加热器(6)加热或者采用电磁加热器(6)与电热丝(8)同时使用的方式加热。
8.根据权利要求7所述的干粉包衣机,其特征在于:所述包衣锅体(2)为无孔设计,可对微丸颗粒进行包衣;所述包衣锅体(2)也可采用孔径约为1-10mm有孔设计或部分有孔设计,用于对大颗粒制剂包衣。
9.根据权利要求8所述的干粉包衣机,其特征在于:所述包衣锅体(2)内壁安装有数量至少为2个及2个以上数量的导流板(22)。
10.根据权利要求6所述的干粉包衣机,其特征在于:所述触控式控制面板(24)可实时显示包衣锅内的操作工况如:温度、湿度、包衣锅实时转速、电晕放电喷枪喷粉量、雾化器流量、可旋转支架方向和错误提示等,并可通过触控按钮调节和设置上述参数。
