水性喷烤漆房 技术领域
本发明涉及喷烤技术领域,具体为水性喷烤漆房。
背景技术
汽车喷烤漆房一般用于喷涂和烘烤汽车漆,习惯上称为“汽车烤漆房、喷漆烤漆房”顾名思义就是在一个特定的房间里针对喷涂对象进行喷漆和烤漆。随着汽车工业的高速发展,汽车涂料的用量也在不断增长。目前国内汽车涂料以溶剂体系为主,其中大量的VOC对环境造成的污染日趋严重,世界各国相继制订了相关法规以限制涂料VOC的排量。目前,国内汽车涂装工业正逐步向国外发达国家靠拢,采用合资、合作的方式,引进先进的汽车涂装生产线,为了达到环境保护标准,汽车涂装正在向水性、高固及粉末方向发展,其中水性化技术是最有效的途经之一,随着人类对环境保护意识的不断提高,环保水性涂料的应用势在必行,在此背景下,为水性汽车喷烤漆房的发展提供了巨大的市场空间,因此本文针对现代水性汽车喷烤漆房的基本原理及关键技术进行了研究,社会意义十分深远。
 常规水性汽车喷烤房,由于采用下压式的气流处理,在喷漆的时候,对于漆雾的排放,工作环境卫生方面均能达到显著的效果;而下压式的气流处理会造成气流死角,因此在烘烤作业中有一定的局限性。

为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:水性喷烤漆房,包括烤漆房本体,所述烤漆房本体左侧设有主风机,所述主风机上的进风管上设有电磁阀和第一滤网,所述主风机顶部连通有加热室,所述加热室内设有燃烧机本体,所述燃烧机本体一侧设有换热器本体,所述换热器本体一侧安装有第一干燥机,所述加热室顶部设有导气管,所述导气管上也设有电磁阀,所述导气管顶部贯穿于烤漆房本体且连通有气室,所述气室底部中间位置设有灯箱,所述灯箱外侧设有喷嘴,所述喷嘴顶部连通于气室,所述喷嘴底部连通有送风柜,所述送风柜内设有离心风机,所述离心风机上的出风管连通于烤漆房本体内部且出风管上设有过滤棉,所述烤漆房本体内底部拐角设有第二干燥机,所述烤漆房本体右侧壁安装有温控开关,所述烤漆房本体右侧壁连通有导流管,所述导流管上设有地棉,所述导流管右侧连通有活性碳环保柜,所述活性碳环保柜内设有玻璃纤维棉和活性碳层,所述活性碳环保柜底部设有抽风机本体,所述抽风机本体连通于外界。
优选的,所述送风柜顶部设有保温板,所述保温板固定在气室底部。
优选的,所述活性碳环保柜底部设有地台。
优选的,所述喷嘴、灯箱和送风柜均设有两组,且相互对称设置。
优选的,所述加热室通过支架固定在烤漆房本体侧壁上。
有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明水性喷烤漆房,结构新颖,操作方便,由主风机将新鲜空气从进风管吸入,经过第一滤网过滤后进入加热室内,在燃烧机本体和换热器本体的作用下进行空气加热,利用第一干燥机运行,形成混和热风内循环,促使内部温度均匀,热风通过导气管进入气室,再通过喷嘴进入送风柜,利用离心风机加强灯箱底部死角的空气流动,保证烤漆房本体内部空气流动性,在送风柜顶部设置保温板,隔热保温,而且在烤漆房本体内底部拐角设有第二干燥机,可以产生高速气流对水性涂料进行加速干燥,以符合水性涂料成膜环境要求,烘烤后的气流通过导流管的地棉滤去喷漆产生的漆雾、杂质,进入活性碳环保柜,经过玻璃纤维棉和活性碳层过滤,利用抽风机本体排出,从而达到洁静空气后排入大气,让整个车体周围加快气流的速度。通过先进的空气快速干燥技术,汽车油漆表面迅形成表面湍流,加速表面的气体循环次数,使水性油漆所包含的大量水分子快速挥发。通过空气快速干燥系统减少水性油漆和溶剂的挥发时间。在闪干及烘烤过程中均可大大节约用户宝贵的时间。具有很高的实用性,大大提升了该水性喷烤漆房的使用功能性,保证其使用效果和使用效益,适合广泛推广。

工作原理:本发明水性喷烤漆房,使用时,电磁阀3开启,由主风机1将新鲜空气从进风管吸入,经过第一滤网4过滤后进入加热室5内,在燃烧机本体6和换热器本体7的作用下进行空气加热,利用第一干燥机8运行,形成混和热风内循环,促使内部温度均匀,热风通过导气管9进入气室10,再通过喷嘴11进入送风柜13,利用离心风机14加强灯箱底部死角的空气流动,保证烤漆房本体1内部空气流动性,在送风柜13顶部设置保温板25,隔热保温,而且在烤漆房本体1内底部拐角设有第二干燥机16,可以产生高速气流对水性涂料进行加速干燥,以符合水性涂料成膜环境要求,温控开关17实时监测控制燃烧机本体6启闭,烘烤后的气流通过导流管18的地棉19滤去喷漆产生的漆雾、杂质,进入活性碳环保柜20,经过玻璃纤维棉21和活性碳层22过滤,利用抽风机本体23排出,从而达到洁静空气后排入大气,具有很高的实用性。
