Abstract

本发明公开了一种均匀热烘干的涂装室,包括涂装室房体、进风口、吸风机和喷涂手,所述涂装室房体前后设置有供风壳体,且涂装室房体外部和供风壳体外部通过通风管相连通,所述涂装室房体内部横向贯穿有传送带,且传送带下部固定有连接件,所述连接件内部设置有电源和马达,且马达设置于电源下部,同时马达下部通过减速器与挂钩相连接,所述连接件下部设置有密封圈,所述进风口开设于涂装室房体前后侧面,且涂装室房体前后侧面设置有分风板。该均匀热烘干的涂装室,不仅可以让基体产品均匀烘干,同时可以加快烘干的效率,另外设置有吸风机和过滤器,可以保持涂装室房体内部气体循,清洁。

一种均匀热烘干的涂装室
技术领域
本发明涉及涂装技术领域,具体为一种均匀热烘干的涂装室。
背景技术
涂装是用涂料在基体材料表面形成有机覆层的材料保护技术,能够起到防锈、防蚀的作用。
现有的涂装室一般对于喷涂后基体上的喷涂液不能够均匀的烘干,这导致影响基体产品质量,产品容易出现生锈腐蚀的现象,同时涂装室内部气味较大,需要及时将这些有害气体进行排出,否则影响涂装室工作人员的身体健康,针对上述问题,需要对现有的涂装室进行改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种均匀热烘干的涂装室,以解决上述背景技术中提出的现有的涂装室一般对于喷涂后的基体上的喷涂液不能够均匀的烘干,这导致影响基体产品质量,产品容易出现生锈腐蚀的现象,同时涂装室内部气味较大,需要及时将这些有害气体进行排出,否则影响涂装室工作人员的身体健康的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种均匀热烘干的涂装室,包括涂装室房体、进风口、吸风机和喷涂手,所述涂装室房体前后设置有供风壳体,且涂装室房体外部和供风壳体外部通过通风管相连通,所述涂装室房体内部横向贯穿有传送带,且传送带下部固定有连接件,所述连接件内部设置有电源和马达,且马达设置于电源下部,同时马达下部通过减速器与挂钩相连接,所述连接件下部设置有密封圈,所述进风口开设于涂装室房体前后侧面,且涂装室房体前后侧面设置有分风板,所述供风壳体靠近涂装室房体中心轴一侧设置有电热丝,且供风壳体远离涂装室房体中心轴一侧安装有吹风机,所述吸风机设置于涂装室房体顶部,且吸风机上部设置有过滤器,所述喷涂手安装于涂装室房体左端。
优选的,所述通风管、供风壳体、电热丝和吹风机均设置有2个,且供风壳体、电热丝和吹风机均关于涂装室房体中轴线对称设置。
优选的,所述马达和挂钩构成转动机构。
优选的,所述连接件设置有5个,且连接件在传送带上等间距设置。
优选的,所述进风口设置有8个,且进风口关于涂装室房体对称设置,同时进风口等间距设置于涂装室房体两侧壁上。
优选的,所述吸风机设置有5个,且吸风机在涂装室房体顶部等间距设置。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该均匀热烘干的涂装室,
(1)设置有通风管、电热丝、吹风机和吸风机,启动电热丝和吹风机,吹风机产生气流,电热丝加热周边空气,热风经过进风口进入涂装室房体,对涂装室房体内部喷有喷涂液的基体产品进行烘干,且吸风机将带有有害物质的热风导入通风管内部,同时热风内部含有的有害物质被过滤器过滤,热风经过通风管回到供风壳体中,再次循环导入涂装室房体,带有热量的热风继续利用,节约能源;
(2)设置有马达、减速器和密封圈,马达带动挂钩上的基体产品匀速转动,保证了基体产品可以在各个角度得到喷涂与烘干,同时密封圈可以防止喷涂过程中喷涂液进入连接件内部。

请参阅图1-4,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种均匀热烘干的涂装室,包括涂装室房体1、供风壳体2、通风管3、传送带4、连接件5、电源6、马达7、减速器8、密封圈9、挂钩10、进风口11、分风板12、电热丝13、吹风机14、吸风机15、过滤器16和喷涂手17,涂装室房体1前后设置有供风壳体2,且涂装室房体1外部和供风壳体2外部通过通风管3相连通,涂装室房体1内部横向贯穿有传送带4,且传送带4下部固定有连接件5,连接件5内部设置有电源6和马达7,且马达7设置于电源6下部,同时马达7下部通过减速器8与挂钩10相连接,连接件5下部设置有密封圈9,进风口11开设于涂装室房体1前后侧面,且涂装室房体1前后侧面设置有分风板12,供风壳体2靠近涂装室房体1中心轴一侧设置有电热丝13,且供风壳体2远离涂装室房体1中心轴一侧安装有吹风机14,吸风机15设置于涂装室房体1顶部,且吸风机15上部设置有过滤器16,喷涂手17安装于涂装室房体1左端。
本例的通风管3、供风壳体2、电热丝13和吹风机14均设置有2个,且供风壳体2、电热丝13和吹风机14均关于涂装室房体1中轴线对称设置,电热丝13和吹风机14产生循环热风,可以加快喷有喷涂液的基体产品烘干的速度,同时通风管3可以将热风进行循环,将热风再利用。
马达7和挂钩10构成转动机构,马达7带动挂钩10转动,从而使挂钩10上的基体产品进行匀速转动,便于基体产品的均匀喷涂与烘干。
连接件5设置有5个,且连接件5在传送带4上等间距设置,多组连接件5均匀设置在传送带4下侧,便于涂装室房体1同时喷涂烘烤多个基体产品,提高加工效率。
进风口11设置有8个,且进风口11关于涂装室房体1对称设置,同时进风口11等间距设置于涂装室房体1两侧壁上,进风口11均匀设置便于热风进入涂装室房体1对基体产品进行烘干。
吸风机15设置有5个,且吸风机15在涂装室房体1顶部等间距设置,通风管3和吸风机15便于涂装室房体1空气的循环,加快烘干效率,同时可以将热风继续利用,便于节省能源。
工作原理:在使用该均匀热烘干的涂装室时,首先将基体产品安装悬挂在挂钩10上,然后启动马达7,马达7通过减速器8带动挂钩10和基体产品匀速转动,同时连接件5在传送带4上匀速向左移动,移动过程中喷涂手17对基体产品进行喷涂,同时启动电热丝13、吹风机14和吸风机15,电热丝13和吹风机14产生热风经过分风板12,被均匀分散至进风口11位置,然后热风经过进风口11进入涂装室房体1,热风对挂钩10上匀速转动的基体产品进行烘干,同时吸风机15将涂装室房体1内部的含有有害物质的热风吸入通风管3内部,且有害物质被过滤器16过滤,保证了涂装室房体1内部的空气清洁,热风经过通风管3回到供风壳体2然后再循环到涂装室房体1内部对基体产品进行烘干,且本说明书中未作详细描述的内容属于本领域专业技术人员公知的现有技术。

1.一种均匀热烘干的涂装室,包括涂装室房体(1)、进风口(11)、吸风机(15)和喷涂手(17),其特征在于:所述涂装室房体(1)前后设置有供风壳体(2),且涂装室房体(1)外部和供风壳体(2)外部通过通风管(3)相连通,所述涂装室房体(1)内部横向贯穿有传送带(4),且传送带(4)下部固定有连接件(5),所述连接件(5)内部设置有电源(6)和马达(7),且马达(7)设置于电源(6)下部,同时马达(7)下部通过减速器(8)与挂钩(10)相连接,所述连接件(5)下部设置有密封圈(9),所述进风口(11)开设于涂装室房体(1)前后侧面,且涂装室房体(1)前后侧面设置有分风板(12),所述供风壳体(2)靠近涂装室房体(1)中心轴一侧设置有电热丝(13),且供风壳体(2)远离涂装室房体(1)中心轴一侧安装有吹风机(14),所述吸风机(15)设置于涂装室房体(1)顶部,且吸风机(15)上部设置有过滤器(16),所述喷涂手(17)安装于涂装室房体(1)左端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种均匀热烘干的涂装室,其特征在于:所述通风管(3)、供风壳体(2)、电热丝(13)和吹风机(14)均设置有2个,且供风壳体(2)、电热丝(13)和吹风机(14)均关于涂装室房体(1)中轴线对称设置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种均匀热烘干的涂装室,其特征在于:所述马达(7)和挂钩(10)构成转动机构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种均匀热烘干的涂装室,其特征在于:所述连接件(5)设置有5个,且连接件(5)在传送带(4)上等间距设置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种均匀热烘干的涂装室,其特征在于:所述进风口(11)设置有8个,且进风口(11)关于涂装室房体(1)对称设置,同时进风口(11)等间距设置于涂装室房体(1)两侧壁上。
