- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.電導性の悪い基材の静電塗装方法であって、塗装ステーションに基材を運 ぶことからなり、塗装ステーションにおいて、基材が微粒子塗装材料源に隣接し た周囲から実質的に電気的に絶縁されて保たれており、基材、及び塗装材料が、 基材の曝された表面を塗装材料の粒子で塗装するのにお互いに十分な電位差に保 たれていることを特徴とする方法。 2.基材がその周囲に対して電位差を有している、請求項1に記載の方法。 3.塗装材料と基材との間の電場が、基材が電位の井戸中にあるように形成さ れている、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。 4.塗装ステーションで、基材が、電気的に絶縁されているがその電導性表面 によって保持されている、請求項1、2又は3に記載の方法。 5.表面及び塗装材料のアースに対する電位差が、同一の符号である、請求項 4に記載の方法。 6.表面が、塗装材料と同一のアースに対する電位差を持つ、請求項4、又は 5に記載の方法。 7.塗装ステーションで、基材がアースに対して電位差を保たれている、任意 の前記請求項に記載の方法。 8.基材と塗装材料との間の原動力が実質的に静電気のみである、任意の前記 請求項に記載の方法。 9.基材は保持され、そして電極と電気的に接触しており、その他の点では基 材は電気的にその周囲から絶縁されている、任意の前記請求項に記載の方法。 10. 複数の基材は、お互いに電気的に絶縁されており、そして保持表面の部 分を形成している複数の電極の各々の上に保持されている、請求項9に記載の方 法。 11. 保持表面が連続している、請求項10に記載の方法。 12. 塗装材料粒子がアースに対し電位差を有している、任意の前記請求項に 記載の方法。 13. 粉体状塗装材料が用いられる、任意の前記請求項に記載の方法。 14. 粉体で塗装された基材を溶融ステーションに運び、そこで基材上の粉体 を均一な塗装に溶融することを更に含有する、請求項13に記載の方法。 15. 溶融が加熱によるものである、請求項14に記載の方法。 16. 加熱が赤外線照射によるものである、請求項15に記載の方法。 17. 基材上の溶融塗装材を冷却することを更に含有する、任意の請求項14 、15、及び16に記載の方法。 18. 基材を塗装ステーションに運ぶ前に、基材を前調整ステーションに運び 、そこで基材の曝された表面を捕獲増強液体で塗装することを更に含有する、任 意の請求項13〜17に記載の方法。 19. 前調整ステーションで行われる塗装が静電塗装である、請求項18に記 載の方法。 20. 捕獲増強液体が部分的に電導性である、請求項18〜19に記載の方法 。 21. 塗装材料が液体である、任意の請求項1〜12に記載の方法。 22. 基材を受け取り、そして表面の残りの部分から電気的に絶縁し、そして 予め定められたアースとの電位差に保つように適合させた、複数の個々の位置を 有する支持表面によって基材が運ばれる、任意の前記請求項に記載の方法。 23. 少なくとも塗装ステーションにある間、基材が電極と接触して保たれて いる、任意の前記請求項に記載の方法。 24. 基材が回転ドラムの表面によって運ばれる、任意の前記請求項に記載の 連続的方法。 25. 基材の第1の表面に塗装を適用した後基材を回転させ、そして基材の第 2の表面に塗装を適用することを更に含有する、任意の前記請求項に記載の方法 。 26. 請求項1〜25に記載の任意の方法で作られた塗装された基材。 27. 電導性の悪い基材を静電的に塗装するための装置であって、微粒子塗装 材料を供給する手段に隣接した周囲から、基材が実質的に電気的に絶縁されてい る塗装ステーション、及び基材と微粒子塗装材料を互いにある電位差に保持する 手段を含有する装置。 28. 塗装ステーションにおいて、基材にその周囲に対して電位差を保持させ るための手段を含有する、請求項27に記載の装置。 29. 基材が電位の井戸中にあるように電場を形成する、基材に隣接した電場 形成装置を更に含有する、請求項27、又は28に記載の装置。 30. 電場形成装置が基材を取り囲んでいる、請求項29に記載の装置。 31. 使用の際に、基材が電気的に支持表面から絶縁されているように、基材 を少なくとも塗布ステーションに運ぶための電導性支持表面を更に含有する、請 求項27〜30の任意の1項に記載の装置。 32. 支持表面が、基材を受け取ることに適合しそして支持表面の残余の部分 からは電気的に絶縁されており、そして予め定められたアースに対する電位差を 保持する複数の個々の場所を持っている、請求項31に記載の装置。 33. 支持表面のアースに対する電位差、及び塗装材料のアースに対する電位 差が同一の符号である、請求項31又は32に記載の装置。 34. 支持表面を、塗装材料と同一のアースに対する電位差に保持する手段を 含有する、請求項31、32、又は33に記載の装置。 35. 塗装ステーションにおいて、アースに対する電位差に基材を保持する手 段を含有する、任意の請求項27〜34に記載の装置。 36. 基材上の粉末塗装材料をフィルムに溶融するための溶融ステーションを 塗装ステーションの下流に更に含有する、任意の請求項27〜34に記載の装置 。 37. 溶融ステーションがヒーターを含有する、請求項36に記載の装置。 38. ヒーターが赤外線照射源である、請求項37に記載の装置。 39. 溶融ステーションの下流に冷却ステーションを更に含有する、請求項3 4、37、又は38に記載の装置。 40. 冷却ステーションが空気送風機を含有する、請求項39に記載の装置。 41. 基材の曝された表面に捕獲増強液体を供給するための前調整ステーショ ン、及び前調整ステーションと塗装ステーションの間に基材を運ぶコンベヤーを 更に含有し、前調整ステーションが塗装ステーションの上流にある、任意の請求 項27〜40に記載の装置。 42. 前調整ステーションが捕獲増強液体を供給するための静電気スプレーガ ンを含有する、請求項41に記載の装置。 43. 塗装ステーションにおいて基材に接触するように配置された電極を含有 する、任意の請求項27〜42に記載の装置。 44. 電極が基材の支持体である、請求項43に記載の装置。 45. 複数の前記の電極が基材に対する支持表面の部分を形成する、請求項4 4に記載の装置。 46. 支持体表面が連続している、請求項45に記載の装置。 47. 支持体表面が塗装と溶融ステーションの間に配置され、基材を塗装ステ ーションから溶融ステーションに移動させるコンベヤーである、請求項45又は 46に記載の装置。 48. コンベヤーがまた溶融と冷却ステーションの間に配置され、基材を溶融 ステーションから冷却ステーションに移動させる、請求項47に記載の装置。 49. コンベヤーがまた前調整と塗装ステーションの間に配置され、基材を前 調整ステーションから塗装ステーションに移動させる、請求項47、又は48に 記載の装置。 50. コンベヤーが、各基材を受理するためのドラム表面から電気的に絶縁さ れた分離領域を有する回転ドラムの外側の表面である、任意の請求項47〜49 に記載の装置。 51. 前記の領域がドラムの前記表面の中の窪みである、請求項50に記載の 装置。 52. 前記の領域は、それぞれの移動電極がドラムの内側に伸びている、各々 の移動電極の各部分であり、ドラムは更に前記領域の一つが塗装ステーションを 通過する時、連携した電極が電気的に第一の静止電極と接触するように、ドラム の内側に配置されている第一の弓状静止電極を含有する、請求項50又は51に 記載の装置。 53. 使用に際し、第一の静止電極が、アースに対する電位差で用いられる、 請求項52に記載の装置。 54. 前記移動電極の一つが前調整ステーションを通過する時に第二の静止電 極と電気的に接触するように、ドラムの内側に配置されている第二の弓状静止電 極を更に含有する、請求項52、又は53に記載の装置。 55. 第二の静止電極が、使用に際しアースされている、請求項54に記載の 装置。 56. 基材をドラムの表面上に保持するための真空装置を含有する、任意の請 求項50〜55に記載の装置。 57. 第二のドラム、及び第二の塗装と溶融のステーションを更に含有し、塗 装された表面を有する第一のドラムを離れる基材が、未塗装表面を曝して第二の ドラム上に移されるように、第二のドラムが第一のドラムに関連して配置されて いる、任意の請求項50〜56に記載の装置。 58. 第二のドラムに隣接して、第二の前調整ステーションを更に含有する、 請求項57に記載の装置。 59. 請求項50〜58の任意の1項に記載の装置用のドラム。 60. 一つの塗装面と一つの未塗装面を有する固体の医薬剤形。 61. 一つの面上に一つの塗装材そして他の面上には異なる塗装材を有する、 塗装された医薬。 62. 一つの面の表面が二種以上の隣接した異なる塗装を有する塗装された医 薬。 63. 塗装が異なる色である請求項61又は62に記載の塗装された医薬。 64. 塗装が異なるポリマーを含む請求項61、62又は63に記載の塗装さ れた医薬。
