Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.光学的及び光電式応用のための複合接着剤であって、 a)接着剤としての用途に適した少なくとも一種の透明なポリマー及び/又は重 合性オリゴマー及び/又は重合性モノマー、 b)ナノスケールの無機粒子、 c)任意に、前記無機粒子の表面改質のための化合物、及び、 d)任意に、架橋開始剤 を含有することを特徴とする複合接着剤。 2.ナノスケール粒子を1〜50容量%、好ましくは1〜30容量%含有するこ とを特徴とする請求項1記載の複合接着剤。 3.透明なポリマー、オリゴマー及び/又はモノマーa)が、ポリ(メタ)アク リル酸、ポリ(メタ)アクリレート、ポリ(メタ)アクリル酸アミド、ポリカル バミド、ポリオレフィン、ポリスチレン、ポリアミド、ポリイミド、ポリビニル 化合物、ポリエステル、ポリアリーレート、ポリカーボネート、ポリエーテル、 ポリエーテルケトン、ポリスルホン、ポリエポキシド、フルオロポリマー、オル ガノポリシロキサン、ポリシロキサン及びヘテロポリシロキサン並びに対応する モノマー及び/又はオ リゴマーから成る群より選ばれることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の複合接 着剤。 4.ナノスケールの粒子が、酸化物、スルフィド、セレン化物、テルル化物、ハ ロゲン化物、炭化物、ヒ化物、アンチモン化物、窒化物、リン化物、炭酸塩、カ ルボン酸塩、リン酸塩、硫酸塩、ケイ酸塩、チタン酸塩、ジルコニウム酸塩、ア ルミン酸塩、スズ酸塩、鉛酸塩及び混合酸化物から成る群より選ばれることを特 徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の複合接着剤。 5.ナノスケール粒子が、粒子径1〜200nmであることを特徴とする請求項 1〜4のいずれかに記載の複合接着剤。 6.ナノスケール粒子の表面改質のための化合物が、カルボン酸、カルボン酸ア ミド、カルボン酸エステル、アミノ酸、β−ジケトン、イミド、1以上の官能基 を有するシラン、一般式N+R1R2R3R4X-(式中、基R1〜R4は、同一又は異 なって、脂肪族、芳香族及び/又は環状脂肪族基であって、X-は、無機又は有 機アニオンである)で表される第四級アンモニウム塩から成る群より選ばれるこ とを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の複合接着剤。 7. NaOH、NH4OH、KOH及び/又はAl(OH)3 を、接着剤マトリックスと相溶性があれば、ナノスケール粒子の表面改質のた めに使用することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の複合接着剤。 8.架橋開始剤が、光開始剤及び/又は有機過酸化物及び/又はアゾ化合物より 成る群から選ばれることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の複合接着 剤。 9.ナノスケール粒子及び成分a)及び任意の成分c)から形成されるポリマー マトリックスが、硬化時にほぼ同じ屈折率であることを特徴とする請求項1〜8 のいずれかに記載の複合接着剤。 10.ナノスケール粒子及びポリマーマトリックスの屈折率が、1.2〜2.0 、好ましくは、1.3〜1.7の範囲であることを特徴とする請求項9記載の複 合接着剤。 11.請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の複合接着剤により接続された部品を有 することを特徴とする光学的及び光電式素子。 12.請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の複合接着剤を、部品の接続部に塗布し 、該接着剤を熱的又は光化学的に硬化することを特徴とする請求項11に記載の 光学的及び光電式素子の製造方法。
