Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.式(II)のスルホン化芳香族ポリエーテルケトン。 [Ar−O−Ar’−CO−Ar’−O−Ar−CO−Ar”−CO−](II) (式中、O−フェニレン−CO単位の1ないし100%はSO3M基で置換され 、スルホン化および未スルホン化のO−フェニレン−CO単位は相対的に所望の 順序にあることができ、基Ar、Ar′およびAr″は互いに別個に置換または 未置換の1,2−、1,3−または1,4−フェニレン環であり、またMは、イ オン原子価を考慮に入れて、下記の基:H、NR4 +(式中、RはHまたはC1− C4アルキル)またはアルカリ金属もしくはアルカリ土類金属またはVIII亜族か らの金属から選ばれた1種以上の元素を含み、好ましくはH、NR4 +、Li、N a、K、Ca、Mg、FeまたはPtである。) 2.式(II)(式中、Ar、Ar′およびAr″は請求項1に定義した通りで ある)のポリエーテルケトンを、該対応する式(II)の未スルホン化ポリエーテ ルケトンを94ないし97重量%濃度の硫酸に溶解し、こうして得られた該溶液 に適当な温度でスルホン化剤を加え、次いで所望のスルホン化度に達するやいな や該反応混合を完了させ、さらに必要ならば該スルホン酸基をその塩の形に変え ることによって調製する方法。 3.該溶解温度が10から80℃の範囲にある請求項2記載の方法。 4.該スルホン化温度が10から100℃の範囲にある請求項2記載の方法。 5.該スルホン化剤添加後に該溶液の温度が少なくとも30℃である請求項2 記載の方法。 6.使用する該スルホン化剤が硫酸、発煙硫酸、オレウム、クロロスルホン酸 、三酸化硫黄またはこれら化合物の混合物である請求項2記載の方法。 7.オレウムを該ポリエーテルケトンに加えて、硫酸の濃度が98ないし10 0重量%になるかまたはオレウムの濃度が0.01ないし15重量%SO3にな るまで硫酸に溶解させる請求項2記載の方法。 8.式(I)のポリエーテルケトンを80℃以下で95ないし97重量%濃度 の硫酸に溶解し、50ないし100℃の温度でスルホン化する請求項2記載の方 法。 9.スルホン化ポリエーテルケトンを調製する方法であって、 該ポリエーテルケトンを94ないし97重量%濃度の硫酸に溶解し、該ポリエ ーテルケトンを硫酸、発煙硫酸、オレウム、クロロスルホン酸またはこれらの混 合物中でスルホン化し、次いで所望のスルホン化度に達するやいなや該反応混合 を完了させ、 該O−フェニレン−CO単位の1ないし100%をSO3M基で置換させる方 法。 10.式(II)のスルホン化芳香族ポリエーテルケトンを含む高分子電解質溶 液。 11.少なくとも1重量%の式(II)のスルホン化ポリエーテルケトン類を含 む請求項10記載の高分子電解質溶液。 12.主成分が非プロトン性極性溶媒、たとえばN−メチルピロリドンまたは ジメチルスルホキシドである請求項10記載の高分子電解質溶液。 13.他のスルホン化または未スルホン化ポリマー及び必要ならば少量の助剤 を含む請求項10記載の高分子電解質溶液。 14.たとえばナノ濾過、限外濾過またはミクロ濾過用の非対称膜を調製する ための請求項10ないし13記載の高分子電解質溶液の使用。 15.粘着フィルムを調製するための請求項10ないし13記載の高分子電解 質溶液の使用。 16.2つの高分子電解質表面間にとくに強力な接触をもたらすための請求項 10ないし13記載の高分子電解質溶液の使用。 17.該溶液と沈殿剤との接触後に多孔質または粗な面を得るための請求項1 0ないし13記載の高分子電解質溶液の使用。 18.高分子電解質溶液の調製および/またはポリマーフィルムの調製のため の請求項1記載のポリマーの使用。 19.電気化学電池における請求項1ないし18記載のポリマーの使用。 20.該電気化学電池が燃料電池または電解槽である請求項19記載の使用。 21.請求項1記載のポリエーテルケトンを含む厚さが5μmないし1mmの フィルム。
