Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. マシン、特に振動マシンのハウジング(2)の外側に結合される金属 性ボディ(1)であって、前記金属性ボディ(1)は、機械的振動の1つまたは それ以上の相の特に物理量を対応する電気信号に変換することができるセンサに 対するハウジングまたはシェルを特に形成し、または、前記金属性ボディ(1) は、前記センサをマシンのハウジングに取付けるアダプタを特に形成し、そして 、前記ボディ(1)が、実質的に平らな接着面(4a)を有する金属性ボディ( 1)において、 前記接着面(4a)が、この接着面(4a)の周面に関して鋭角の楔状端縁部 を形成するアンダカット(4b)を介して、ボディの中央部分へ向け接合或いは 補足されることを特徴とする金属性ボディ。 2. スタッド(8)が、接着面(4a)から少なくともこの接着面の中央 部近傍において垂直方向へ延在し、そして前記スタッドが、マシンのハウジング (2)の対向接着面(2a)からこの対向接着面の中央部近傍においてマシンの ハウジング(2)内へ垂直方向へ延在する穴または貫通穴(2b)に対して挿通 されることができ、しかも更に、前記スタッドが、前記穴または貫通穴(2b) の壁面にねじ溝を加工するねじを有することを特徴とする請求項1記載のボディ 。 3. 穴または貫通穴(4c)を、ボディ(1)の接着面(4a)の少なく とも中央部近傍に設けると共にこのボディ(1)内に垂直方向へ延在させること を特徴とする請求項1または2記載のボディ。 4. スタッド(8)は、ボディ(1)の接着面(4a)の穴または貫通穴 (4c)内へ取外し可能に挿着されることを特徴とする請求項2または3記載の ボディ。 5. ねじ溝スタッド(8)は多角形状であることを特徴とする請求項2乃 至4のいずれかに記載のボディ。 6. 一群の溝(6)がボディ(1)の接着面(4a)内に形成されて、接 着剤(5)と前記接着面との間の結合強度が向上されることを特徴とする請求項 1乃至5のいずれかに記載のボディ。 7. ボディ(1)の接着面(4a)上の一方の溝群(6)の溝(6a)は 、弧状形状を有し互いに交差することを特徴とする請求項6記載のボディ。 8. ボディ(1)の接着面(4a)上の一方の溝群(6)の溝(6a)は 、円弧に対応する曲率を有することを特徴とする請求項6または7記載のボディ 。 9. 請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載されるボディ(1)の接着面(4a )と、マシン・ハウジング(2)外側の対応する対向接着面(2a)との間の接 着結合、または、この種の接着結合を達成するための方法において、 接着接合を生成する接着剤(5)は、その使用量を、ボディ(1)の接着面( 4a)とマシン・ハウジング(2)の対向接着面(2a)とが互いに回転近接す る際に、回転動作の作用によって、接着剤(5)が、ボディ(1)の接着面(4 a)の背後に位置するアンダカット(4b)内へ引込まれるような量に設定され ることを特徴とする接着結合またはこの種の接着結合を達成するための方法。 10. マシン・ハウジング(2)の平らなまたは平面の対向接着面(2a) からなり、前記接着面が一群の溝(7)を予め形成されて、接着剤(5)と前記 接着面との間の結合強度が向上されることを特徴とする請求項9記載の接着結合 。 11. 対向接着面(2a)上の一方の溝群(7)の溝(7a)は、互いにチ ェック模様に交叉することを特徴とする請求項10記載の接着結合。 12. 対向接着面(2a)上の一方の溝群(7)の溝(7a)は、円弧に従 う曲率を有することを特徴とする請求項11記載の接着結合。 13. 金属部品を結合するよう意図される接着剤であって、接着剤または糊 として作用する第一の機能とマシンのハウジング(2)からの物理量をボディ( 1)へ伝達するための質量を構成する第二の機能とを有すると共に、プラスチッ クベースの物質と金属からなる充填剤との混合物から形成されている接着剤を、 使用することを特徴とする請求項9乃至12のいずれかに記載の接着結合または これを達成する方法。
