- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.低可視光透過率および低可視光反射率を有する太陽光制御用フィルムであ って、 可視光透過を部分的に遮断するのに有効であり、予め選択された低可視光反射 率を持つ金属の薄い非干渉性透明フィルムをその上に有している、透明基材物質 の第1のシート、 可視光透過を部分的に遮断するのに有効であり、予め選択された低可視光反射 率を持つ金属の薄い非干渉性透明フィルムをその上に有している、透明基材物質 の第2のシート、および 第1および第2シートを、金属フィルムが向き合うようにして、相互に分離さ れて光学的にデカップリングされるように、結合する接着剤層 を含んで成り、 結合されたシートは、非干渉性フィルムの遮断効果の和にほぼ等しい組み合わ せ可視光透過遮断効果と、非干渉性フィルムのたった1つの可視光反射率と実質 的に等しい可視光反射率とを有する複合フィルムを形成し、各非干渉性フィルム の可視光反射率は、可視光透過率が約50%またはそれ以下の場合には複合フィ ルムの可視光反射率が約12%を越えず、可視光透過率が約35%またはそれ以 下の場合には約15%を越えず、可視光透過率が約25%またはそれ以下の場合 には約20%を越えない 太陽光制御用フィルム。 2.基材物質のシートの少なくとも1つは、複合フィルムの可視光透過率およ び可視光反射率をさらに制御する為に、基材と金属の非干渉性フィルムとの間に 、高屈折率物質の層を有する請求項1に記載の太陽光制御用フィルム。 3.高屈折率物質は、窒化珪素、クロム、ニオブおよびチタンの酸化物並びに 酸素対ビスマスの原子比が約1.7〜2.5である合成ビスマス酸化物から選択 される請求項2に記載の太陽光制御用フィルム。 4.金属の非干渉性薄フィルムは、金、銀、ニッケル、クロムおよびそれらの 合金並びにステンレス鋼から選択される請求項1に記載の太陽光制御用フィルム 。 5.可視光透過を部分的に遮断するのに有効であり、他の非干渉性フィルムと 実質的に同じ低可視光反射率を持つ金属の薄い非干渉性透明フィルムをその上に 有している、透明基材物質の第3のシートを含み、該第3のシートは、その上の 金属の非干渉性フィルムが第1および第2のシート上の金属の非干渉性フィルム から分離され、光学的にデカップリングされるように、第1および第2のシート の間に挟まれ、それらに物理的に結合されている請求項1に記載の太陽光制御用 フィルム。 6.基材物質のシートの1つ、2つまたは全ては、複合フィルムの可視光透過 率および可視光反射率をさらに制御する為に、基材と金属の非干渉性フィルムと の間に、高屈折率物質の層を有する請求項5に記載の太陽光制御用フィルム。 7.複合フィルムを窓に結合するために複合フィルムの一方の側に感圧接着剤 の層を有し、複合フィルむを損傷から保護する為に複合フィルムの他の側に保護 被覆を有する請求項1に記載の太陽光制御用フィルム。 8.低可視光透過率および低可視光反射率を有する太陽光制御用フィルムであ って、 高屈折率物質の薄い透明層と、高屈折率物質の層の上にある金属の薄い非干渉 性透明フィルムとをその上に有している透明基材物質の第1のシートであり、該 金属フィルムは、被覆基材を透過する可視光を部分的に遮断するのに有効であり 、予め選択された低可視光反射率を持つ、第1のシート、 高屈折率物質の薄い透明層と、高屈折率物質の層の上にある金属の薄い非干渉 性透明フィルムとをその上に有している透明基材物質の第2のシートであり、該 金属フィルムは、被覆基材を透過する可視光を部分的に遮断するのに有効であり 、予め選択された低可視光反射率を持つ、第2のシート、 第1および第2シートを、金属フィルムが向き合うようにして、相互に分離さ れて光学的にデカップリングされるように、結合する接着剤層 を含んで成り、 結合されたシートは、非干渉性フィルムの遮断効果の和にほぼ等しい組み合わ せ可視光透過遮断効果と、非干渉性フィルムのたった1つの可視光反射率と実質 的に等しい低可視光反射率とを有する複合フィルムを形成し、各非干渉性フィル ムの可視光反射率は、可視光透過率が約25%またはそれ以下の場合には複合フ ィルムの可視光反射率が約20%を越えず、可視光透過率が約35%またはそれ 以下の場合には約15%を越えず、可視光透過率が約50%またはそれ以下の場 合には約12%を越えない 太陽光制御用フィルム。 9.被覆基材を透過する可視光透過を部分的に遮断するのに有効であり、他の 非干渉性フィルムと実質的に同じ低可視光反射率を持つ金属の薄い非干渉性透明 フィルムをその上に有している、透明基材物質の第3のシートを含み、該第3の シートは、その上の金属の非干渉性フィルムが第1および第2のシート上の金属 の非干渉性フィルムから分離され、光学的にデカップリングされるように、第1 および第2のシートの間に挟まれ、それらに物理的に結合されている請求項8に 記載の太陽光制御用フィルム。 10.高屈折率物質は、反応スパッタリングにより基材物質上に蒸着され、酸 素対ビスマスの原子比が1.7〜2.5である合成ビスマス酸化物からなる請求 項8に記載の太陽光制御用フィルム。 11.高屈折率物質は、クロム、ニオブおよびチタンの酸化物ならびに窒化珪 素から選択される請求項8に記載の太陽光制御用フィルム。 12.低可視光透過率および低可視光反射率を有する太陽光制御用フィルムの 製造方法であって、 透明基材の上に、被覆基材を透過する可視光透過を部分的に遮断するのに有効 であり、予め選択された低可視光反射率を持つように十分薄くかつ非干渉性であ る金属の透明フィルムを蒸着し、 複合フィルムの内部で非干渉性金属被覆が向き合い、相互に分離され、光学的 にデカップリングされるように、かつ金属被覆が合わせて、複合フィルムを透過 する可視光透過率の予め選択された低い水準を与えるのに十分な組み合わせ可視 光遮断効果を提供するように、複数の被覆基材を組み合わせて複合フィルムとし 、 被覆基材を相互に積層して、非干渉性金属被覆の遮断効果の和にほぼ等しい複 合された可視光透過遮断効果および非干渉性金属被覆のたった1つの可視光反射 率と実質的に等しい低可視光反射率を有する複合フィルムを提供し、各非干渉性 金属被覆の可視光反射率を、複合フィルムの可視光反射率は、可視光透過率が約 25%を越えない場合は約20%より大きくなく、可視光透過率が約35%を越 えない場合は約15%より大きくなく、可視光透過率が約50%を越えない場合 は約12より大きくないようにする、 製造方法。 13.被覆基材を相互に積層し、1つまたはそれ以上の接着剤の介在層により 相互に分離し、光学的にデカップリングする請求項12に記載の製造方法。 14.まず高屈折率物質の薄い透明層を基材上に蒸着し、次いで高屈折率物質 の上に金属被覆を蒸着する工程を含む請求項12に記載の製造方法。 15.高屈折率物質は少なくとも2.0の屈折率を有する請求項14に記載の 製造方法。 16.酸素対ビスマスの原子比が1.7〜2.5である合成ビスマス酸化物を 基材上に反応スパッタリングにより蒸着し、次いで合成ビスマス酸化物の上に金 属の薄層をスパッタリングにより蒸着する工程を含む請求項12に記載の製造方 法。
