Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.相互に調整できるスロットル間隙(25)を形成する第1弁要素(17)と第2弁要 素(19)と、スロットル間隙の大きさを調整する弁要素の少なくとも一方を調整す る電気駆動部(27)とを備えた圧縮空気等用のスロットル弁(11)において、電気駆 動部は、スロットル間隙(25)の調整のための制御および/または調整ユニット(1 6)により、設定位置(P)で設定量を扱うことができるモータを含むことを特徴と するスロットル弁。 2.電気駆動部(27)は、ステップモータを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載 のスロットル弁。 3.モータとモータにより調整可能な弁要素(19)との間に、変換伝動装置(28、29 )が配置されることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のスロットル弁 。 4.ピストン(19)とモータとの間に、ねじ伝動装置(28、29)が配置されることを 特徴とする請求項4に記載のスロットル弁。 5.両方の弁要素は、スロットル間隙(25)の調整のため、軸方向で相互に調整で きるピストン(19)とほぼ円筒の弁座(17)であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請 求項4のいずれかに記載のスロットル弁。 6.両方の弁要素(17、19)は、対立構成になるシール手段(31、40)を備えることを 特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれかに記載のスロットル弁。 7.ピストン(19)は円錐台形状端部(20)を備え、実質的に円 筒形状弁座(17、18)に向くことを特徴とする請求項5または請求項6に記載のス ロットル弁。 8.ピストン(19)は円錐台形状端部(20)は、環状肩部(36)で終わる円筒部分(33) に接続し、環状肩部の直径は弁座の直径より大きいことを特徴とする請求項7に 記載のスロットル弁。 9.ピストン(19)は、閉鎖位置で弁座(17)に当たる弾性シールリング(31)を備え ることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のスロットル弁。 10.スロットル弁(11)はエアー式織機に使用され、その際、スロットル弁(11) は主ブローノズル(1、2)に前置接続され、主ブローノズル(1、2)は、高圧力の圧縮 空気により主ブローノズル(1、2)に通じる主弁(8)と連結でき、または、主ブロー ノズル(1、2)の低圧力の圧縮空気によりに通じるスロットル弁(11)により、圧縮 空気源(13)と連結できることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項9のいずれかに記 載のスロットル弁。 11.モータ(27、28)はプログラムに従い、異なるスロットル間隙を選択し、始 動する制御ユニット(16)と連結されていることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の スロットル弁。 12.モータ(27、28)には、調整装置が付設され、調整装置は絞られた圧力を検 出する圧力センサーと連結され、絞られた圧力を所定の異なる運転条件に関連す る圧力値に調整することを特徴とする請求項10に記載のスロットル弁。
