Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.次の構成要素から成る可変温度占有者シートの温度変化を制御する装置: 温度調節された空気を循環させるためにシート内部に形成された空気チヤンネ ルを有する占有者シート、前記シート内には着座占有者に対する伝導性熱伝達を 効果的にするために少なくとも1つの空気チヤンネルがそのシートの外側カバー に隣接して位置決めされている、 前記シートの空気入口に連通する空気出口を有する加熱ポンプ、 本装置を作動させると同時に所望の加熱または冷却モードの操作を選択するた めの制御スイッチ、および 選択された加熱または冷却モードの操作に従って温度調節された空気を送るた めに前記加熱ポンプの作動を自動的に調整するための制御器。 2.前記加熱ポンプは空気を温度調節するための複数の電熱モジュール、前記 温度調節された空気を前記空気出口から前記シートへ送るための少なくとも1つ の主交換機送風機、および不要熱エネルギを前記電熱モジュールから排出するた めの少なくとも廃熱交換機から成る請求項1の装置。 3.前記加熱ポンプは主交換機および廃熱交換機に共通の送風機を有する請求 項2の装置。 4.温度調節された空気を前記加熱ポンプから前記シートを経て前記加熱ポン プへ再循環させるための手段を含む請求項2の装置。 5.温度調節された空気を再循環させる手段は1端部で前記シート内で空気チ ヤンネルへ連結され、かつ他端部で前記加熱ポンプの空気入口へ連結されていて 、温度調節された空気は前記加熱ポンプ により前記空気入口、前記空気チヤンネルおよび前記空気出口を介して前記シー トへ再循環される請求項4の装置。 6.前記シートは背もたれ部および座部から成り、各背もたれ部および座部は 各シート部内に形成された空気チヤンネルへ連結された空気入口および空気出口 を含む請求項1の装置。 7.前記加熱ポンプの空気出口端部は前記シートへ温度調節された空気を再循 環させるために各座部および背もたれ部の空気入口へ平行に連結され、かつ前記 加熱ポンプの空気入口端部は各座部および背もたれ部の空気出口へ平行に連結さ れている請求項6の装置。 8.次の工程から成る可変温度占有者シートの温度変化を制御する方法: 所望冷却レベルを選択し、 複数の電熱モジュールを作動させて熱伝達媒体を所望の冷却温度へ温度調節し 、 温度調節された熱伝達媒体を前記電熱モジュールから可変温度シートへ送るた めに前記電熱モジュールに隣接して設置された少なくとも1つの移送手段を作動 し、 前記温度制御された熱伝達媒体の温度をモニタし、かつ 前記電熱モジュールおよび前記移送手段の作動を自動調整して所望冷却温度に する。 9.前記熱伝達媒体は空気であり、かつ前記移送手段は送風機である請求項8 の方法。 10.所望冷却レベルに比例した速度で前記送風機を自動的に作動させる工程 を含む請求項9の方法。 11.所望冷却レベルに比例した電力レベルで前記電熱モジュールを自動的に 作動させる工程を含む請求項10の方法。 12.温度調節された熱伝達媒体と所望冷却温度との間の温度差 をモニタする工程を含む請求項10の方法。 13.前記電熱モジュールへ送る電力量を前記温度差に基づいて自動的に調整 する工程を含む請求項10の方法。 14.前記温度調節された熱伝達媒体の温度が所望冷却温度よりも高くなると 前記電熱モジュールへ最高レベルの電力を送る請求項13の方法。 15.前記温度調節された熱伝達媒体の温度が所望冷却温度よりも低くなると 前記電熱モジュールへ最低レベルの電力を送る請求項13の方法。 16.前記温度調節された熱伝達媒体の温度が所望冷却温度と等しくなったと きに前記電熱モジュールへの電力をオンからオフへ転換して所望冷却温度を維持 することを含む請求項13の方法。 17.所望冷却温度が所定時間内に得られたならば前記電熱モジュールへ送る 電力量を減らすことを含む請求項10の方法。 18.前記電熱モジュールへの電力量を10から25%の範囲に減少すること を含む請求項17の方法。 19.次の工程から成る可変温度占有者シートの温度変化を制御する方法: 所望の加熱モードレベルを選択し、 複数の電熱モジュールを作動させて熱伝達媒体を所望の加熱温度へ温度調節し 、 前記温度調節された熱伝達媒体を前記電熱モジュールから可変温度シートへ送 るために少なくとも1つの移送手段を作動させ、 前記温度制御された熱伝達媒体の温度をモニタし、かつ 前記電熱モジュールおよび前記移送手段の作動を自動調整して所望加熱温度に する。 20.前記熱伝達媒体は空気であり、かつ前記移送手段は送風機 である請求項19の方法。 21.調節した空気の温度が所定スレッショルド温度よりも低い場合に前記電 熱モジュールへ最高レベルの電力を送りかつ前記送風機を作動させないことを含 む請求項20の方法。 22.前記調節した空気の温度が所定スレッショルド温度またはそれ以上の場 合に低速で前記送風機を作動させることを含む請求項21の方法。 23.前記所望加熱温度と前記温度調節された空気の温度との間の温度差をモ ニタすることを含む請求項21の方法。 24.前記温度調節された空気の温度が所望加熱温度よりも高いときに前記温 度調節された空気の温度の上昇に比例して前記送風機の速度を上昇させることを 含む請求項23の方法。 25.前記温度調節された空気の温度が所望加熱温度と等しくなったときに所 望加熱温度を維持するために前記電熱モジュールへ送る電力をオンからオフへ転 換することを含む請求項23の方法。 26.前記所望加熱温度レベルに比例したレベルで電力を前記電熱モジュール へ送り、かつ前記送風機を作動させないことを含む請求項20の方法。 27.所定スレッショルド温度と前記温度調節された空気との間の温度差をモ ードすることを含む請求項26の方法。 28.前記温度調節された空気の温度が所定スレッショルド温度よりも高い場 合に前記送風機を低速で作動させることを含む請求項26の方法。 29.所望加熱温度と前記調節された空気の温度との間の温度差をモニタする ことを含む請求項26の方法。 30.温度調節された空気の温度が所望加熱温度よりも低いかまたは高いとき にその温度調節された空気の温度に比例して前記送風 機の速度を作動させることを含む請求項29の方法。 31.前記加熱ポンプの温度をモニタして、前記加熱ポンプの温度が所定最高 温度よりも高い場合に前記電熱モジュールへの送電を遮断することを含む請求項 23または26のいずれか1の方法。
