Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.放射性陽イオン及び不活性陽イオンで汚染されている陽イオン交換器(3) において、2価でない不活性陽イオンが陰イオン錯体に変換され、この錯体が陽 イオン交換器(3)から洗い流されることを特徴とする陽イオン交換器の廃棄処 分方法。 2.2価の鉄陽イオンが3価の鉄陽イオンに酸化され、3価の鉄陽イオンが陰イ オン錯体に変換されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 3.酸化剤が2価の鉄陽イオンを酸化させるために使用されることを特徴とする 請求項2記載の方法。 4.酸化剤として少量の過酸化水素が使用されることを特徴とする請求項3記載 の方法。 5.不活性陽イオンが20℃以上の温度で陰イオン錯体に変換されることを特徴 とする請求項1乃至4の1つに記載の方法。 6.不活性陽イオンが60℃乃至80℃の温度で陰イオン錯体に変換されること を特徴とする請求項5記載の方法。 7.錯体生成剤が汚染された陽イオン交換器(3)に投入され、これにより不活 性陽イオンが陰イオン錯体に変換されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6の1つ にに記載の方法。 8.酸化剤としてシュウ酸が汚染された陽イオン交換器(3)に供給されること を特徴とする請求項7記載の方法。 9.錯体生成剤として0.1モル以上のシュウ酸を含む溶液が供給されることを 特徴とする請求項8記載の方法。 10.錯体生成剤として1モルのシュウ酸溶液が供給されることを特徴とする請 求項9記載の方法。 11.陽イオン交換器(3)から洗い流された陰イオン錯体が酸化によって破壊 されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至10の1つに記載の方法。 12.陰イオン錯体に過酸化水素及び/又はオゾンが添加され、これにより陰イ オン錯体が酸化により破壊されることを特徴とする請求項11記載の方法。 13.陽イオン交換器(3)が錯体形成剤のための供給管(4)及び排出管(6 )に接続されていることを特徴とする陽イオン交換器の廃棄処分装置。 14.排出管(6)が精選装置(7)に接続され、この装置に酸化剤のための配 管(8)が接続されていることを特徴とする請求項13記載の装置。 15.陽イオン交換器(3)が最終貯蔵可能な容器(12)内に配置されている ことを特徴とする請求項13又は14記載の装置。
