Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.合成樹脂より成形体を製造するための方法であって、材料ディスペンサー の閉鎖可能な分配開口から押し出されて鉛直下方に向けられた、熱によって可塑 化された合成樹脂より成る材料流から、個別の材料分量を切り離して、この切り 離された材料分量を成形中空室内に移して、成形中空室を閉鎖することによって 圧縮して成形体を製造する方法において、 それぞれ所望の材料分量を分配開口の下で、しかも分配開口に対して間隔を保 って、剪断によって材料流から切り離し、この際に、材料分量を切り離すために 材料流を一時的に停止させることを特徴とする、合成樹脂より成る成形体を製造 するための方法。 2.材料流を、分配開口を周期的に閉鎖することによって停止させる、請求項 1記載の方法。 3.材料流の一部を、閉鎖体によって成形中空室内に移し、次いで所望の材料 分量を材料流の部分から切り離す、請求項1又は2記載の方法。 4.材料流を、材料ディスペンサー内で一時的に負圧を生ぜしめることによっ て停止させる、請求項1記載の方法。 5.合成樹脂より成形体を製造するための装置であって、閉鎖可能な成形中空 室(8)と、開放された成形中空室(8)上に配置された、熱によって可塑化さ れた合成樹脂(3)のための材料ディスペンサーと、閉鎖体(6)によって閉鎖 可能で、成形中空室(8)に向けられた、可塑化された合成樹脂の材料流(12 )を分配するための分配開口(5)とを有している形式のものにおいて、 分配開口(5)の下側でしかも分配開口(5)に対して間隔を保って、所望の 材料分量(14)を切り離すための剪断装置(9)が配置されていて、閉鎖体( 6)が、分配開口(5)の内室から、分配開口(5)内に及び分配開口(5)を 通って、開放された成形中空室(1)内に侵入運動可能及び再び退出運動可能に 配置されていることを特徴とする、合成樹脂より成形体を製造するための装置。 6.合成樹脂より成形体を製造するための装置であって、閉鎖可能な成形中空 室(8)と、開放された成形中空室(8)上に配置された、熱によって可塑化さ れた合成樹脂(3)のための材料ディスペンサーと、閉鎖体(6)によって閉鎖 可能で、成形中空室(8)に向けられた、可塑化された合成樹脂の材料流(12 )を分配するための分配開口(5)とを有している形式のものにおいて、 分配開口(5)の下側でしかも分配開口(5)に対して間隔を保って、所望の 材料分量(14)を切り離すための剪断装置(9)が配置されていて、材料ディ スペンサーが、この材料ディスペンサーの内室内で一 時的に負圧を生ぜしめるための可動なピストンを備えたピストンユニットを有し ていることを特徴とする、プラスチックから成形体を製造するための装置。 7.剪断装置(9)が冷却されている、請求項5又は6記載の装置。
