Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.一台またはそれ以上の車体(16)を表面処理する装置であって、 ・装荷台(11)に載せられた少なくとも一台の車体を、取り外し可能のよう に連結でき、前記車体(16)を回転によって処理浴(1)に浸漬し、そのあと で前記車体を前記浴から回転によって案内して取り出す回転装置(2)、 ・前記装荷台(11)を、前記回転装置(2)へ装着させたり、これから外し たりするコンベヤー手段(12,13,17,18) を有する車体表面処理装置において、 ・前記コンベヤー手段(12,13,17,18)が、前記処理浴(1)の外 側に設けられていること、および ・前記回転装置(2)の回転領域内に位置されている前記コンベヤー手段(1 7,18)を、前記回転領域から出たり、入ったりするように動かし得ること、 を特徴とする車体表面処理装置。 2.前記コンベヤー手段が、案内ローラー(12)および駆動ローラー(13) を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。 3.コンベヤー手段(17,18)が、出入を案内され得るものであるが、これ が、位置決め手段、例えば、油圧式ラム、電気式駆動装置またはチェーン式駆動 装置によって滑動可能のようにされることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の 装置。 4.前記コンベヤー手段(12,13,17,18)が、ローラーを備え、その ローラーが少なくとも一個のローラー側に突起を有しており、その結果前記装荷 台(11)が案内、あるいは駆動され得ることを特徴とする前記請求項1〜3の 一つに記載の装置。 5.前記車体(16)が、前記処理タンク(1)に210°を超える角度の回転 で浸漬され、次に前記タンクから回転によって外に案内されて取り出され得るこ とを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。 6.前記車体(16)が、360°の角度の回転で前記処理タンク(1)に浸漬 され、そして外に案内されて取り出され得ることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装 置。 7.前記車体(16)が、浸漬された状態で、巻き込まれた空気の泡を逸出させ るために、最大30°の角度まで両方向に回転可能であることを特徴とする請求 項1記載の装置。 8.前記車体(16)を装荷するのに必要で、案内ローラー(12)と駆動ロー ラー(13)の形に設計した前記コンベヤー手段を、前記回転装置(29)の外 側に可動自在に配置し、その結果、浸漬操作の間、一台またはそれ以上の台数の 後続の車体を前記タンク(1)へ導入することが可能となることを特徴とする請 求項1〜5の一つまたはそれ以上の項に記載の装置。
