Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.20℃で液体であり、 (1)エポキシ樹脂を含んでなる樹脂成分25〜60重量%、 (2)(a)脂環式アミンまたは芳香族アミンである第一成分、 (b)ポリアミドアミンである第二成分 を含んでなる硬化剤5〜25重量%、ならびに (3) 不活性無機充填剤20〜65重量%、 を含んでなる硬化性ポリマー組成物。 2.硬化剤が、第三級アミンである第三成分をさらに含む請求項1に記載の組 成物。 3.硬化剤がさらにブレンステッド塩基を含む請求項1または2に記載の組成 物。 4.無機充填剤が、(a)平均粒子寸法5μm未満を有し、(b)硫酸バリウ ム、リトポン、二酸化チタン、マイカ、またはそれらの混合物を含んでなる請求 項1、2、または3に記載の組成物。 5.エポキシ樹脂と硬化剤との化学量論比が、1:0.8〜1:1.5、好まし くは1:1である請求項1または2に記載の組成物。 6.組成物が60℃(140°F)より高い引火点を有する請求項1、2、ま たは3に記載の組成物。 7.基材に保護被膜を適用する方法であって、 (A)基材に、請求項1に記載の硬化性ポリマー組成物を適用する、 (B)最も内側の層および最も外側の層を有する多層ポリマー被膜を、硬化性組 成物上に、その最も内側の層がその組成物と緊密接触するように適用し、その最 も内側の層は、前記硬化性組成物と相互作用することができる未硬化ポリマー熱 活性シーラントを含む、 (C)前記の最も内側の層と前記組成物との間の緊密接触を維持しつつ、前記硬 化性組成物を硬化させる、 ことを含んでなる方法。 8.熱活性シーラントが、ホットメルト接着剤、好ましくは、ポリアミド、エ チレンコポリマー、またはエチレンターポリマーに基づくホットメルト接着剤を 含んでなる請求項7に記載の方法。 9.ポリマー被膜が熱回復性物品である請求項7に記載の方法。 10.基材を保護するアセンブリであって、 (A)基材、 (B)硬化され、硬化前に20℃において液体である請求項1に記載の組成物を 含んでなる、基材と接触する第一層、 (C)第一層と接触し、第一層と相互作用し、ホットメルト接着剤を含んでなる 第二層、 (D)第二層と接触し、ポリマー被膜である第三層、 を有してなるアセンブリ。
