Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. エリトロポエチン受容体を活性化する抗体又はそのフラグメント。 2. 前記エリトロポエチン受容体が哺乳動物エリトロポエチン受容体である請 求項1に記載の抗体。 3. 前記エリトロポエチン受容体がヒトエリトロポエチン受容体である請求項 1に記載の抗体。 4. モノクローナル抗体である請求項1に記載の抗体。 5. ヒト化抗体である請求項1に記載の抗体。 6. ヒト抗体である請求項1に記載の抗体。 7. 検出可能な標識を有する請求項1に記載の抗体。 8. 請求項4に記載の前記モノクローナル抗体を産生することが可能なハイブ リドーマ細胞系。 9. ハイブリドーマ細胞系ATCC No.HB11689又はATCC N o.HB11690によって産生されるモノクローナル抗体によって認識される 、エリトロポエチン受容体上のエピトープを認識する抗体又はそのフラグメント 。 10. エリトロポエチン受容体を活性化する請求項9に記載の抗体。 11. 前記エリトロポエチン受容体がヒトエリトロポエチン受容体である請求 項9に記載の抗体。 12. モノクローナル抗体である請求項9に記載の抗体。 13. ヒト化抗体である請求項9に記載の抗体。 14. 検出可能な標識を有する請求項9に記載の抗体。 15. 請求項12に記載の前記モノクローナル抗体を産生することが可能なハ イブリドーマ細胞系。 16. ハイブリドーマ細胞系ATCC No.HB11689又はATCC No.HB11690によって産生される抗体。 17. ハイブリドーマ細胞系ATCC No.HB11689又はATCC No.HB11690。 18. 活性化されることが可能なエリトロポエチン受容体を生物試料中に検出 する方法であって、 (a)請求項1又は9に記載の抗体に前記試料を接触させる段階、及び、 (b)前記抗体による前記受容体の活性化を検出する段階 を含み、 それによって活性化可能なエリトロポエチン受容体の存在を決定すること、 を含む前記方法。 19. 請求項1又は9に記載の抗体を含む、活性化可能なエリトロポエチン受 容体を生物試料中に検出するためのキット。 20. エリトロポエチン受容体の活性を調節するために有効な請求項1又は9 に記載の抗体を有効量投与することを含む、哺乳動物におけるエリトロポエチン 受容体の内因性活性を調節する方法。 21. エリトロポエチン受容体活性の調節が、赤血球前駆細胞の増殖又は分化 を制御する請求項20に記載の方法。 22. 請求項1又は9に記載の抗体を治療有効量投与することを含む、患者の 貧血を治療するための方法。 23. 医薬上許容可能なアジュバント中に治療有効量の請求項1又は9に記載 の抗体を含む医薬組成物。 24. 前記抗体がモノクローナル抗体である請求項23に記載の組成物。 25. 前記抗体がヒト化抗体である請求項24に記載の組成物。 26. 前記抗体がヒト抗体である請求項24に記載の組成物。
