Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. ペダル作動の多回路制動圧発生装置と、圧力流体管路中に介挿されて電気 的に作動可能な液圧弁と、制動圧減圧段階でホイールブレーキから排出された圧 力流体を収容しかつブレーキ解除後に制動圧発生装置に圧力流体を戻す低圧アキ ュムレータと、ホイールセンサと、センサ信号を評価して制動圧制御信号を形成 する電子回路装置とを備える電子式アンチロック制御付き液圧ブレーキシステム であって、 前記液圧弁(8〜11)は、車輪(VR,HL;VL,HR)のホイールブレ ーキ(4〜7)内の制動圧を個々に制御可能に形成されかつ圧力流体管路中に配 置され、前記センサおよび/または回路は、低圧アキュムレータ(12,13, 26)の瞬時の収容量あるいは充填率あるいは残留量を常時測定可能に設けられ 、ホイールブレーキ(4〜7)から低圧アキュムレータ(12,13,26)へ の圧力流体の排出は、制御中に、最初は車輪の回転状態に応答するのみの値から 、制御すなわち制御アルゴリズム、制御パラメータおよび/または制御回数の変 更により、減少あるいは制限されることを特徴とするブレーキシステム。 2. ダイアゴナル配置のブレーキ回路を有する2つの液圧的に分離されたブレ ーキ回路(I,II)が設けられ、各車輪のホイールブレーキ(4〜7)は、入口 弁および出口弁として作用する2つの2方向2位置方向制御弁あるいは1の3方 向3位置方向制御弁(8〜11)を備える別個の弁組立体により接続され、ブレ ーキ回路の2つの出口弁あるいは2つの出口弁管路は共通の低圧アキュムレータ (12,13,26)に延びることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のブレーキシス テム。 3. 低圧アキュムレータ(12,13,26)が、制動圧発生装置(1)の方 向に開の逆止弁(14,15)により、関連するブレーキ回路(I,II)に追加 的に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のブレーキシステム。 4. 低圧アキュムレータ(12,13,26)は、所定長の信号あるいはパル ス列の形態の信号で駆動される液圧弁により、ブレーキ解除後に空にされること を特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のブレーキシステム。 5. ダイアゴナル配置のブレーキ回路は、ブレーキ回路(I,II)毎に1の低 圧アキュムレータ(12,13,26)を有し、この低圧アキュムレータ(12 ,13,26)は、後輪および前輪に接続するための2つの別個の入口(E1 , E2 ;E3 ,E4 ;E5 ,E6 )を有し、アキュムレータ(12,13,26) 内の所定の充填率に達したときに、前輪ブレーキ(4,6)からの圧力流体流を 遮断するように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1に 記載のブレーキシステム。 6. 低圧アキュムレータ(12,13,26)内の充填率は、この低圧アキュ ムレータ(12,13,26)内への圧力流体の供給流を限定する量を測定しか つ評価することによ り近似的に定められることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1に記載のブ レーキシステム。 7. 充填率を定めるために、例えば低圧アキュムレータ特性曲線である弁およ び/またはシステムの特性曲線を考慮して、弁解放回数、制動圧、あるいは、制 動圧を間接的に表す量が評価されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のブレーキ システム。 8. 低圧アキュムレータ(12,13,26)は、ばね(16,27,28) の圧力に抗して移動可能なピストン(18,19,27)を有し、このピストン の位置および移動距離が移動センサにより定められることを特徴とする請求項1 から5のいずれか1に記載のブレーキシステム。 9. 低圧アキュムレータ(12,13)のピストン(18,19)は、このピ ストン(18,19)が所定の充填率に対応する位置に達すると直ちに前輪ブレ ーキ(4,6)から低圧アキュムレータ(12,13)への圧力流体の供給流を 遮断する弁部材(24,25)に接続されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の ブレーキシステム。 10. 請求項1から9のいずれか1あるいはそれ以上に記載のブレーキシステ ムであって、 回路、あるいは、プログラムされた回路が用いられるときに回路段が設けられ 、これらの回路あるいは回路段は、 −アンチロック制御が進んだ状態で制御回数を減少すること、 −後輪側圧力をほぼ一定に調整すること、 −路面状態に応じて1または複数の車輪のホイールスリップ制御閾値を上昇す ること、 −車速を減速して前輪の制御機能を減少すること、 のうちの1あるいは複数の状態により、アンチロック制御が開始した後に、低 圧アキュムレータ(12,13,26)に対する圧力流体の排出を制限すること を特徴とするブレーキシステム。 11. 液圧弁(8〜11)は、その作用の機能として所定の圧力変動を生じさ せる流量制御された多方弁であることを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか 1に記載のブレーキシステム。 12. 制御設計あるいは制御原理は、低圧アキュムレータ(12,13,26 )の充填率および/またはアンチロック制御時間に応じて、制限されないアンチ ロック制御(フル装備ABS)から圧力流体流の流量の少ない制御形式に、複数 の段階で変更されることを特徴とする請求項1から11のいずれか1に記載のブ レーキシステム。
