Abstract

(57)【要約】 【課題】男性用尿とり袋のペニスからの脱落を防止す
る。 【解決手段】上縁部がペニス挿入可能に開口した男性用
尿とり袋１の前側周壁１０において、上縁部１３から下
方に延び、前側周壁１０の高さ方向の一部を左右に二分
する第１，２分断部位１５，１６が形成され、これら第
１，２部位１５，１６の近傍では周壁１０に柔軟な弾性
シート２５が止着されている。

Description

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【発明の属する産業上の利用分野】この発明は、男性の
寝たきりの病人等に使用する尿とり袋に関する。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】従来、透液性内面シートと、不透液性外
面シート、これら両シート間に介在する吸液性コアとか
らなる積層シートとで形成された袋の上縁部にペニス挿
入用の開口を有する男性用尿とり袋は、周知である。
【０００３】
【発明が解決しようとする課題】前記周知の尿とり袋を
装着する際に、それがペニスから脱落することがないよ
うに、粘着テープ等を利用して袋の開口周縁部をペニス
に密着させることがある。病人を看護する者の負担を軽
減するために、このような装着作業は少しでも簡単であ
ることが望ましく、粘着テープ等を使用することは煩瑣
であって、一般に好まれない。
【０００４】そこで、この発明は、装着した尿とり用の
袋がペニスから簡単に脱落することがないようにするこ
とを課題にしている。
【０００５】
【課題を解決するための手段】前記課題を解決するため
に、この発明が前提とするのは、透液性内面シートと不
透液性外面シートと、これら両シート間に介在する吸液
性コアとで構成された周壁を有し、上縁部がペニス挿入
可能に開口した男性用尿とり袋である。
【０００６】かかる前提において、前記周壁には、前記
上縁部から下方に向かって延び、該周壁の高さ方向の一
部を左右に二分する分断部位が形成され、前記周壁の前
記分断部位近傍には、該近傍の弾性変形を可能にする柔
軟弾性シートが止着されていること、がこの発明の特徴
である。

【実施例】添付の図面を参照し、この発明にかかる男性
用尿とり袋の詳細を説明すると、以下のとおりである。
【０００８】図１に部分破断斜視図で示す尿とり袋１
は、透液性内面シート２と、不透液性外面シート３と、
これら両シート２，３間に介在する吸液性コア４とから
なるシート状の積層材料５が、その長手方向を二分する
中心線６において、内面シート２を内側にして折曲さ
れ、積層材料５の重なり合う側縁部７どうしが互いに水
密に接合することにより形成されている。積層材料５に
おいて、内外面シート２，３はコア４の周縁から延出す
る部分で互いに重なり合って水密に接合し、側縁部７で
は、このように重なり合った内外面シート２，３の内面
シート２どうしが接合している。
【０００９】袋１は、前側周壁１０と、後側周壁１１
と、これら両周壁１０，１１によって画成される上部開
口１２とを有する。前側周壁１０は、その周り方向中央
部において、開口縁部１３から下方に向かって延びるほ
ぼ垂直な第１分断部位１５と、部位１５の下端から周り
方向に延びる第２分断部位１６とによって左右に分断さ
れ、周壁１０の一部２０，２１がそれぞれ矢印Ｘ，Ｙ方
向へ折曲可能である。第１分断部位１５の開口縁部１３
近傍は、図示のようにやや傾斜している。
【００１０】図２は、図１のＩＩ−ＩＩ線端面図であっ
て、その前側周壁１０の外面シート３が内側の不透液性
プラスチックフィルム２２と外側の不織布２３とによっ
て構成されている。不織布２３は、ホットメルト接着剤
（図示せず）によってフィルム２２に接合している。第
１，２分断部位１５，１６の近傍には、フィルム２２の
内面と、内面シート２の内面とにホットメルト接着剤
（図示せず）で水密に接合した柔軟にして弾性を有する
発泡ポリエチレンシート２５がある（図１を併せて参
照）。前後周壁１０，１１は、側縁部７においてホット
メルト型接着剤２６を介して接合している。
【００１１】このように構成された袋１は、第１，２分
断部位１５，１６近傍の前側周壁部分２０，２１をそれ
ぞれ矢印Ｘ，Ｙ方向に折曲して離間し、両部分２０，２
１間にペニス先端部を納める。両部分２０，２１は、そ
れから手を離すと発泡ポリエチレンシート２５の弾性に
よって元に戻る方向へ動き、そのときにペニスを左右両
側から挟圧する。シート２５のかかる作用によって、袋
１はペニスから簡単に脱落することがない。
【００１２】図３は、袋１の態様を例示するための前側
周壁１０の部分図である。この図において、前側周壁１
０を左右に分断する第１，２分断部位１５，１６のう
ち、第２分断部位１６は円を画き、その円の周囲に発泡
ポリエチレンシート２５がある。この袋１は、第２分断
部位１６がペニスの周囲全体に圧接可能であるから、ペ
ニスからの脱落防止が一層確実になる。
【００１３】この発明において、内面シート２には、透
水性の不織布を使用することが好ましい。外面シート３
の外側に使用した不織布２３（図２参照）は、装着した
袋１の肌当接面の感触を柔らげるもので、それを使用す
ることなくこの発明を実施することも可能である。発泡
ポリエチレンシート２５は、それをゴムシートや発泡ウ
レタンシート、発泡ポリスチレンシート等の弾性シート
材料に代えることができる。

【発明の効果】この発明にかかる尿とり袋は、袋に挿入
されたペニスを袋の周壁の弾性を利用して挟圧すること
ができるから、ペニスから簡単に脱落することがない。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】透液性内面シートと、不透液性外面シート
    と、これら両シート間に介在する吸液性コアとで構成さ
    れた周壁を有し、上縁部がペニス挿入可能に開口する男
    性用尿とり袋であって、 前記周壁には、前記上縁部から下方に向かって延び、該
    周壁の高さ方向の一部を左右に二分する分断部位が形成
    され、前記周壁の前記分断部位近傍には、該近傍の弾性
    変形を可能にする柔軟弾性シートが止着されていること
    を特徴とする前記尿とり袋。
  2. 【請求項２】前記弾性シートが発泡プラスチックシート
    である請求項１記載の尿とり袋。
