Abstract

一种能防止从阴茎上脱落下来的男用尿袋。在上缘部开口使阴茎可以插入的男用尿袋(1)的前侧周壁(10)上，形成自上缘部(13)向下方延伸的、将该前侧周壁(10)的高度方向的一部分左右分开的第一、二断开部位(15、16)，在该第一、二部位附近的周壁(10)上固定着柔软的弹性片(25)。

男用尿袋
技术领域
本发明是关于男性卧床病人等使用的尿袋的发明。
背景技术
历来公知的男用尿袋是由透水的内层、不透水的外层、以及介于两者之间的吸水芯组成的叠层材料形成的口袋，在其上缘部有插入阴茎用的开口。
在套上上述的公知尿袋时，为了防止其从阴茎上脱落下来，要用胶布等将开口的周缘部贴紧在阴茎上。为了减轻看护者的负担，需要尽量减少这样的套装作业，用胶布等粘贴非常烦琐，一般说来不是好办法。
发明内容
本发明以套上的尿袋不会轻易地从阴茎上脱落下来为课题。
为了解决上述课题，本发明以具有由透水的内层、不透水的外层、以及介于两者之间的吸水芯构成的周壁，在其上缘部有插入阴茎用的开口的男用尿袋为前提。
在上述前提下，本发明的特征是在上述的周壁上，形成自上述上缘部向下方延伸的、将该周壁的高度方向的一部分左右分开的断开部位，在上述周壁的上述断开部位的附近固定着能使该附近部位产生弹性形变的柔软弹性片。

具体实施方式
下面，参照附图对本发明的男用尿袋进行详细的说明。
图1的部分剖开斜视图所示的尿袋1，由透水的内层2，不透水的外层3，以及介于该两层2、3之间的吸水芯4组成的片状叠层材料5，以其长度方向的二分之一的中心线为基准向内层2的内层折过来，叠层材料5重合的侧缘部7之间相互水密地连接在一起形成。
尿袋1具有前侧周壁10，后侧周壁11，以及由该两个周壁10、11构成的上部开口12。前侧周壁10在其左右两侧的中间部位，被从开口缘部13向下延伸的、大致垂直的第一断开部位15以及从部位15向左右两侧延伸的第二断开部位16左右断开，周壁10的一部分20、21分别可以向箭头X、Y的方向弯曲。第一断开部位15的开口缘部13的附近，如图所示略倾斜。
图2是沿图1的II-II线的截面图，其前侧周壁10的外层3由内侧的不透水塑料薄膜22与外侧的无纺布23构成。无纺布23通过热融型粘结剂(图中未表示出)与薄膜23粘接。第一、二断开部位15、16的附近，薄膜22的里面与内层2的里面之间，有用热融型粘结剂(图中未表示出)水密地粘接着的柔软的、有弹性的聚乙烯泡沫片25(同时参照图1)。前后侧周壁10、11的侧缘部7通过热融型粘结剂26粘接。
这样构成的尿袋1，在其第一、第二断开部位15、16附近的前侧周壁部分20、21分别可以向箭头X、Y的方向弯曲、分开，阴茎的前端部可以放入两个部分20、21之间。两个部分20、21在手撤离后因聚乙烯泡沫片25的弹性向回到原位的方向折回，这时将阴茎的左右两侧压住。通过泡沫片25的这个作用，尿袋不会轻易地从阴茎脱落。
图3是表示尿袋1的实施例的前侧周壁10的的局部图。在该图中，将前侧周壁10左右断开的第一、第二断开部位15、16中，第二断开部位16画成圆的，在该圆的周围有聚乙烯泡沫片25。因该尿袋1的第二断开部位16可以与阴茎周围全体压接，所以可以更好地防止尿袋从阴茎脱落。
对于本发明来说，内层2最好使用透水的无纺布。外层3的外面所用的无纺布23(参照图2)为套着的尿袋1与皮肤的接触面手感柔软的无纺布，如不使用这样的无纺布，也还是可以实施本发明的。聚乙烯泡沫片25可以用橡胶片、聚氨脂泡沫片、聚苯乙烯泡沫片等弹性片材代替。
本发明的尿袋，由于利用了尿袋周壁的弹性夹压住了插入尿袋的阴茎，所以不会轻易地从阴茎脱落下来。

Claims (2)

1.一种男用尿袋，具有由透水的内层、不透水的外层、以及介于两者之间的吸水芯构成的周壁，在其上缘部有插入阴茎用的开口，其特征是在上述的周壁上，形成自上述上缘部向下方延伸的、将该周壁的高度方向的一部分左右分开的断开部位，在上述周壁的上述断开部位的附近固定着能使该附近部位产生弹性形变的柔软弹性片。
2.根据权利要求1所述的尿袋，其特征是所述弹性片为泡沫塑料片。
