Abstract

本发明提供一种防止在穿用短内裤式尿布时露出臀部的尿布,该一次性短内裤式尿布具有前后腰围区(6、7),沿腰围开口部分(14)的周边方向设置弹性部件(21)。尿布的吸湿芯(38)具有前后端缘部分,其前端缘部位于弹性部件(21)的下方,后端缘部分超过弹性部件(21)位于该部件(21)的上方。

Description

一次性短内裤式尿布
本发明涉及一次性短内裤式尿布。
现有的一次性短内裤式尿布已广为人知。为使这类尿布服贴地与身体配合，往往使弹性部件在伸长状态下配置在主体开口部分和腿周围开口部的周边部分上，吸湿芯夹在透液性的顶片和不透液性的底片之间，并且从前身周围区经裆区延伸到后身周围区。位于前后身周围区的吸湿芯的端部在短内裤的上下方向上位于主体弹性部件的下方。
尿布在穿用期间往往逐渐向下滑动，虽然抓住主腰围开口的边缘部分向上拉可以使短内裤式尿布恢复原位，但对于体力衰弱的老人或病人等往往并不像想象中那样简单。另外，即使比较容易将尿布的腹侧向上拉，但将手绕到背侧很困难，往往不能更方便地向上拉，因此，在这种情况下容易露出大部分臀部。
因此，本发明的目的是提供一种即使多少向下滑动也不露出臀部的尿布。
为了达到这个目的，本发明所提供的一次性短内裤式尿布的前提为：具有由透液性的顶片、不透液性的底片和夹在上述两片之间的吸湿芯构成的吸湿体部分，还具有前、后腰围区，位于前、后腰围区之间的裆区、由所述各区形成的腰围开口部和左右一对腿周边开口部，沿周边方向延伸的弹性部件在伸长状态下分别配置在这些开口部上。
在上述前提下，本发明的特征在于：上述前后体各自的腰围开口部的弹性部件在上述尿布上下方向位于相同高度位置上，上述吸湿芯具有位于上述前腰围区上的前端缘和位于上述后腰围区上的后端缘，上述前端缘位于上述腰围开口部弹性部件的下方位置的一方，在上述腰围区上通过上述吸湿芯跨过上述腰围开口部弹性部件向上方延伸使上述吸湿芯的后端缘位于该弹性部件上方。

下面参照附图详细说明本发明的一次性短内裤式尿布。
在图1中用虚线斜视图表示的一次性短内裤式尿布由短内裤式支持部分1和吸湿体部分2构成，短内裤式支持部分1由前腰围区6、后腰围区7和位于这两个区之间的裆区8组成，上述两个前后腰围区6、7各自的侧缘部之间以合掌方式互相重合地在上下方向间隔配置的部位10上接合，借此形成左右腰围侧13、腰围开口部14、左右一对脚周边部开口部分16。上述短内裤式支持部分1由不透液性的塑料薄膜内片17和透气的纺粘无纺布外片18组成的层压片19构成，在腰围开口部分14和腿周边开口部16的周缘上沿周边方向延伸的宽0.5～3mm的几个弹性部件21、22配置在上述两片17、18之间，并且在伸长状态下接合在两片17、18中至少一片的内面上。在尿布的上下方向上，上述腰围区6、7的弹性部件21几乎处在离开裆区8的最下部的相同高度位置上。另外，在前后周边区6、7上比腰围弹性部件21低的朝向腰围方向延伸的宽3～10mm的比较宽的几个第二腰围弹性部件23在伸长状态下接合在内外片17、18中的至少一个内面上。如图所示，后腰围区7的端缘部分27越过腰围弹性部件21向上方延长并位于比前腰围区6的端缘部分26还高的位置上。
图2和图3是将图1的尿布在侧缘部13切开成前腰围区6和后腰围区7展开成平坦时的部分剖视图和沿将该平面图前后方向分成两部分的III-III线剖切的断面图。在图示的状态下，内裤式支持部分1大致呈计时沙漏形，吸湿体部分2大致呈沿前后腰围方向延伸的T形。吸湿体部分2的前端部31位于短内裤式支持部分1的前腰围区6上并终止在腰围弹性部件21的前面(图1的下方)。向比前端部31宽的方向展宽形成的后端部32位于后腰围区7上，越过腰围弹性部件21延伸位于图1中的弹性部件21的上方。
吸湿体部分2由透液性的纺粘无纺布顶片36、不透液性的塑料膜底片37和夹在上述两片36、37之间的粉碎纸浆粕或粉碎纸浆粕和高吸水性聚合物的混合物组成的吸湿芯38构成，底片37通过热熔粘接剂(图中未示出)接合在短内裤式支持部分1的内片18上。在吸湿体部分2的裆区8及其附近横向侧形成一对向前后方向伸长的阻挡罗口39，罗口39的朝尿布前后方向延伸的不透液体带片的一侧缘部41接合在底片37上，与侧缘部分41平行的那个侧缘部42向尿布1的内方弯曲。顶片36的侧缘部分43在两侧缘部分41、42之间接合，弹性部件44在向尿布的前后方向伸长的状态下接合在侧缘部分42的折回部分的内面上。罗口39的前后两端部46、47(见图2)的内面通过热熔粘接剂(图中未示出)接合在顶片36的上面上。当尿布1处在图1所示的状态下时，弹性部件44收缩，罗口39的前后端部46、47之间从顶片36上立起，形成朝尿布1内方向开口的凹部48。吸湿芯38具有从其后端缘49向前方(在图1中向下方)延伸的几个平行的切口部分51，以便可沿穿用者的腰部滑动地弯曲。
图4、5是沿图2中IV-IV、V-V线剖切的断面图。被覆吸湿芯38的顶片36、底片37从吸湿芯38延伸出并在重合部分接合。短内裤式支持部分1的内片17、外片18在前腰围区6上在前缘部分26朝向尿布内侧弯曲并被覆在吸湿体部分2的一部分上，内片17接合在与其互相重叠的外片18和吸湿体部分2的顶片36上(见图4)。在后腰围区7上内片17和外片18沿吸湿芯38的后端缘49朝向尿布内侧弯曲接合在顶片36上(见图5)。如果吸湿体部分2的前后端部31、32象上述那样被覆，则该部分即使在体液向该处扩散时也不会使穿用者有润湿的感觉。
图6和7是与举例示出的本发明实施方式的图4、5相同的图。在图6和7中，短内裤式支持部分1的内片17、外片18没有弯曲地向前后方延伸，吸湿体部分2处在置于内片17和外片18上的状态。例如短内裤式支持部分1和吸湿体部分2互相接合的部分彼此接合不会引起偏移。与图4和5相比，图6和7的结构简单，从而可以降低尿布的制造成本。
另外，在图4～7中，可以使尿布的前体区6的结构和后体区7的结构自由组合。
在上述构成的尿布中，短内裤支持部分1的内片17、外片18不限于图中所示的例子，它们既可以是透液性的片料，也可以是不透液性的片料。另外，对于吸湿体部分2的顶片36也可以用透液性的塑料膜代替透液性的无纺布。在本发明的实施方式中，为使内片17、外片18和顶片36、37接合，除了使用热熔粘接剂等粘接剂外，在这些片中，在有任何一个是热熔性材料的情况下，也可以采用熔敷技术。
虽然上面所述的本发明的一次性短内裤式尿布是以由短内裤式支持部分1和吸湿体部分2组成的尿布为例说明的，但也可以在短内裤式支持部分1上使透液性的内片17和不透液性的外片18通过在这两片之间夹入T型吸湿芯38来实施本发明。
本发明的一次性短内裤式尿布由于从后体区到前体区特别深，所以穿用尿布时不会露出臀部。

Claims (4)

1、一种一次性短内裤式尿布，具有由透液性的顶片、不透液性的底片和位于上述两片之间的吸湿芯构成的吸湿体部分，还具有前后腰围区、位于上述两区之间的裆区、由这两个区形成的腰围开口部分和左右一对腿周边开口部分，沿上述各开口部分的周边方向延伸的弹性部件在伸长状态下配置于各开口部；其特征在于：
上述前后腰围区各自的上述腰围开口部分的弹性部件在上述尿布的上下方向大致处在相同的高度上；
上述吸湿芯具有位于上述前腰围区的前端缘和位于后腰围区的后端缘，上述前端缘位于上述前腰围开口部分弹性部件下方、在上述后腰围区，上述吸湿芯越过上述腰围开口部弹性部件向上方延伸，借此使上述吸湿芯的后端缘位于上述弹性部件的上方。
2、如权利要求1所述的尿布，其特征在于：在上述后腰围区，所述吸湿芯的位于上述弹性部件上方的所述后端缘及其周围由不透液性的片料被覆。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的尿布，其特征在于：所述吸湿芯具有从所述后端缘向下方延伸的多条互相平行的切槽。
4、如权利要求1～3中任一项所述的尿布，其特征在于所述吸湿体部分接合在具有所述前后腰围区和裆区的短内裤式部件的内面上。
