Abstract

Description

一次性使用尿布
本发明涉及一次性使用尿布。
在日专利特开平8-322878号公报上，示出了一次性使用尿布的前后长度方向应在尿布裆区被分隔为前后区。依照这种示范，在裆区靠后身的区域排泄的软便不会流向靠前身区域，软便不会污染泌尿器官。
在前述公知的尿布中，不能阻止软便向后腰围区流动。且因软便不会向前身方向流动，而更加速其到达后腰围区的端缘部，并可能会从该处漏出。这种事情，在穿着者横卧时特别容易发生。
本发明要解决的课题，是提供可以限制这种软便的流动、即软便向后腰围区方向的流动的尿布。
为解决前述课题，本发明的尿布是在透液性表面层与不透液性背面层间夹有吸收性芯；在前后长度方向上它具有前腰围区、后腰围区、以及位于两区间的裆区，其特征在于，在前述长度方向中的后方约二分之一范围内，沿前述尿布内面的长度方向间断形成与前述长度方向交差的、沿尿布宽度方向延伸的多条隆起部。
在本发明最佳实施例之一中，前述隆起部具有在该隆起部中沿前述长度方向延伸的局部高度低的部位。
在本发明的另一最佳实施例中，前述隆起部由吸收性材料与包覆该材料的透液性层所构成。
在本发明的又一最佳实施例中，前述透液性层就是前述表面层。
在本发明的又一最佳实施例中，前述隆起部由可从前述尿布内面立起地而形成的层片材料所构成。

参照附图，对本发明的一次性使用尿布进行详细说明。
图1的以局部剖视立体图表示的一次性使用尿布1由透液性表面层2、不透液性背面层3以及夹于该2、3两层间的吸收性芯4形成了尿布本体5，该尿布1在本体5的前后长度方向上有前腰围区6、和后腰围区7、以及位于该6、7两区间的裆区8。表背面层2、3从芯4的周围延伸出并进行重合地相互接合起来形成前后端缘部11，12、左右侧缘部13。这些缘部11、12、13中，前后腰围弹性构件16、17与腿周弹性构件18位于表背面层2、3之间，并在伸长状态下接合于这些表背面层2、3的至少一方的内面上。
在本体5的内面上、在其前后方向的大约后二分之一的范围中形成着沿尿布1的宽度方向延伸的、前后方向间断的并列的多条隆起部21。另外，在该内面的左右两侧部形成着向前后方向延伸的防漏翻边22。该翻边22的前后端缘部23、24和外侧缘26与尿布1的前后端缘11，12及侧缘部13相接合，其内侧缘部27位于将尿布1的宽度方向2等分的中心线C-C的附近位置，该翻边22覆盖了本体5内面的一部分与隆起部21的一部分。但是内侧缘部27中的位于前端缘部23的部分27A离开中心线C-C地向外侧缘部26方向被折返使翻边22彼此重合、并相互接合着。在内侧缘27上以伸长状态安装着沿前后方向延伸的弹性构件28。在将尿布1的前后方向以其内面作为内侧地进行弯曲时，由于弹性构件28收缩，内侧缘部27从内面立起，内侧缘部27与尿布内面之间形成的兜袋29向尿布1的内方开口。
图2是包含有图1C-C线剖面的尿布1的立体图。隆起部21由第1隆起部41与多条第2隆起部42构成，其中，第1隆起部41在尿布前后方向的大致中央区由可从本体5的内面立起的透液性或不透液层片所形成；第2隆起部42由从芯4的上面立起的表面层2包覆吸收性芯材43而形成。这些第1、第2隆起部41、42分别在尿布前后方向上相互地间离着。
第1隆起部41的下缘部46通过热熔性粘接剂47接合于表面层2；该第1隆起部41的上缘部48中具有沿尿布宽度方向延伸的弹性构件49。构件49由形成第1隆起部41的层所包覆着、且以伸长状态接合于该层上。该第1隆起部41在其与本体5的内面之间形成了可向尿布后方开口的兜袋51。在尿布1以内面为内侧地在宽度方向上进行弯曲时，弹性构件49进行收缩，从而第1隆起部41自本体5内面立起，兜袋51如图示那样开口。第1隆起部41的顶部52也可以接合于包覆顶部52的翻边22的内面上；这样的第1隆起部41随着翻边22的立起而立起。
第2隆起部42，是通过成形本体5的芯4或成形与芯4分体的吸收性材料而形成的芯材43由表面层2所包覆的部分。图上示例出的是使用了与芯4分体的吸收性材料。该分体的吸收性材料由和表面层2以外的透液性层所覆盖，将该覆盖体接合于尿布1的内面上，也可形成第2隆起部42。
这样构成的尿布1是将安装于后腰围区7的侧缘部13的带状搭接扣56锁定在前腰围区6上地被穿着。由于尿布1由第1隆起部41将前后方向隔开、所以即使有软便排出的情况下，它也不会流向尿布前后而污染泌尿器官。另外，如有流向尿布后方，即向穿着者背侧流的软便，由于也可由多条第2隆起部42确保阻止，故也不会从尿布的后端缘部12漏出。在隆起部21如第2隆起部42那样含有吸收性材料的情况下，除阻止软便流出之外，还可吸收软便的水分，因此，可更确实有效地防止软便从后端缘部12漏出。
图3是与示出本发明的实施例之一例的图1同样的图。在这种尿布1中，在隆起部21中的第2隆起42上，通过将第2隆起部的高度局部降低而形成沿前后方向延伸的沟56。如由沟56容许某种程度的软便向尿布1后方流动，可以以芯4宽广的面积吸收水分。有时在第2隆起部42分别形成多条沟56。
图4是与表示本发明实施例之一例的图2同样的图。在这种尿布1中，用表面层2形成沿尿布宽度方向延伸的多条折，这些折形成为隆起部21。在隆起部21处，表面层2被折叠重合、并相互接合起来。在隆起部21的顶部内面，在伸长状态下接合着沿尿布宽度方延伸的弹性构件49。
在本发明中，为使尿布1的构件相互接合，可使用热熔性粘接剂等的粘接剂或粘着剂。在构件是热熔性材料时，可利用熔敷技术。
本发明的一次性使用尿布，由于在其后方约二分之一的范围内面上形成了在尿布宽度方向延伸的、在前后方向相互间隔开的多条隆起部，可防止软便向尿布前方流动以及从尿布后方的泄漏。在隆起部含有吸收性材料的情况下，可更进一步提高其防止从后方泄漏的效果。

Claims (4)

1.一种尿布，在透液性表面层与不透液性背面层之间夹装吸收性芯，在其前后长度方向具有前腰围区、后腰围区、与位于该两区间的裆区，其特征在于，在前述长度方向的后二分之一的范围内沿前述尿布内面长度方向间断形成着与前述长度方向交叉的、沿尿布宽度方向延伸的多条隆起部，
前述隆起部上具有在该隆起部中沿前述长度方向延伸的局部高度低的部位。
2.按权利要求1所记述的尿布，其特征在于，前述隆起部由吸收性材料与被覆该材料的透液性层所构成。
3.按权利要求2所记述的尿布，其特征在于，前述透液性层是前述表面层。
4.按权利要求1所记述的尿布，其特征在于，前述隆起部是由可从前述尿布内面立起地形成的层材料所构成。
