本发明涉及生理用卫生巾。
背景技术
日专利特表平6-502336号公报上所记述的生理用卫生巾由透液性上层、不透液性后层、吸收体芯以及起使上层离开芯之作用的透液性间隔构造所构成。这种卫生巾，在穿着者转动时，即使在穿着者的贴身内衣不是与穿着者身体完全同样运动的情况下，也能相对穿着者的身体维持于一定的位置。
前述已为公知的卫生巾，在上层与芯之间夹有间隔构造。间隔构造的最好形式是管或滚子，经血在这被芯部吸收之前必须经过该间隔构造。由于这种吸收形式吸收的迅速性差，一旦排泄的经血量多时，使用这种卫生巾未必合适。
本发明的课题是提供相对身体的跟随性及吸收的迅速性优良的卫生巾。
发明内容
为解决上述课题，本发明的生理用卫生巾，它具有长度方向和与前述长度方向正交的宽度方向，它具有透液性表面层、至少含有不透液性层的背面构件、夹于该表面层与背面构件间的吸液性芯，其特征在于，在前述长度方向的至少中央部，前述芯的宽度方向断面形状成倒V字型，在前述芯的上面上抵接着前述表面层；在前述芯的下面上抵接着在前述宽度方向上刚性高于前述芯的、与前述芯具有相同的张开角的倒V字型的衬里层；在超过前述芯的倒V字型两侧缘部并向前述宽度方向平坦延伸的前述背面构件的上面上载置着前述芯；在前述芯的外侧，前述表面层与前述背面构件上面接合着；在前述衬里层与前述背面构件间形成着前述宽度方向断面形状成三角形的空间，在前述卫生巾的宽度方向上，形成了从前述表面层与前述背面构件接合的部位向外侧斜上方延伸的左右一对防漏翻边；在该翻边的顶缘近旁以伸长状态安装着沿前述前后方向延伸的弹性构件；前述卫生巾的宽度方向断面形状成W形。
在本发明的最佳实施例之一中，前述背面构件是不透液性塑料薄膜。
在本发明的另一实施例中，前述背面构件由透液性层、不透液性层、以及夹于该两层间的吸液性芯构成；前述透液性层与前述不透液性层分别形成前述背面构件的上面与下面。
本在本发明的再一实施例中，在前述背面构件的下面上形成着对裤衩有粘着性的固定机构。

具体实施方式
以下，参照附图对本发明的生理用卫生巾进行详细说明。
图1中以局部剖视立体图示出的生理用卫生巾1，其前后方向是长的，它具有前端缘部2、后端缘部3以及侧缘部4。与前后方向正交的宽度方向的中央部6和侧缘部4向上方立起。在中央部6与侧缘部4间形成凹部7。在侧缘部4上以伸长状态安装着沿前后方向延伸的第1弹性构件11，由该构件的收缩，产生多个隆起12。
图2是图1的II-II线剖视图。卫生巾1的厚度方向由上部构件16与背面构件17构成。上部构件16具有透液性表面层21、吸液性芯22与衬里层23，其中，透液性表面层21其顶部18弯曲成W型，其底部19成平坦状；吸液性芯22抵接于表面层21的顶部的下面上、并成倒V字型；衬里层23抵接于芯22的下面上、并成倒V字型。在衬里层23的两侧缘部24间，通过用热熔性粘接剂26以伸长状态安装于侧缘部24上的第2弹性构件27的收缩而维持着衬里层23的倒V字型形状。
表面层21的卫生巾1的宽度方向中央部通过间断接合于芯22的上面上而形成倒V字型的部位28。在卫生巾1的侧缘部4，表面层21向外侧并向斜上方立起、从而形成防漏翻边29。在防漏翻边29的顶缘20处，表面层21被折返，在重合起来的表面层21相互之间的内面上以伸长状态接合着第1弹性构件11。被折返的表面层21延伸至倒V字型部位28的下方、并形成平坦底部19。在底部19处，表面层21的缘部相互重合、并相互间断地接合起来。在翻边29处，重合的表面层21相互也间断地接合起来。底部19的下面间断地与背面构件17的上面接合着。
芯22是由粉碎的纸桨、或粉碎的纸浆料和高吸水性聚合物粒子的混合物进行成形而成的，最好是由薄纸包覆着。为了容易弯折倒V字型芯22，在其宽度方向中央部形成着沿前后方向延伸的沟31。
衬里层23由不织布或塑料薄膜、开孔塑料薄膜等的片材构成。在卫生巾1的宽度方向上使用了弯曲刚性高于芯22的材料。这种层料，有透液性材料与不透液性材料两种情况，还有通气性与不通气性两种情况。衬里层23的上面间断地接合于芯22的下面上；第2弹性构件27在伸长状态下接合于衬里层23的侧缘部24的下面上。该衬里层23的V字型张开角与芯22的张开角大致相同。为了容易弯曲倒V字型衬里层23，在衬里层23的宽度方向中央部的背面侧也形成了沿前后方向延伸的沟32。如果该衬里层23是将比如由热塑性合成纤维构成的不织布那样的可热成形的层材成形为倒V字型而形成的，就可省去第2弹性构件27。
在第2弹性构件27上可使用橡胶薄片、弹性伸缩性的不织布、在伸长状态下将橡胶绳粘接在非伸缩性不织布上等的材料。有抵接于构件27的下面的表面层21与构件27下面接合的情况和不与其下面接合的情况，在构件27与衬里层23之间，形成了断面成三角形的空洞30。
翻边29抵接于阴道口的侧部，用以阻止经血向横向流动，该翻边29是经过脱水处理。卫生巾1由于具有翻边29。呈现容易紧贴于穿着者的阴道口近旁的W型，但，翻边29以假想线表示的那样大致成水平状态情况下的卫生巾，或不具有翻边29的卫生巾也可实施本发明。
背面构件17用于将上部构件16固定在裤衩上；另外，为防止经血污染裤衩，背面构件17可以作为吸收性构件与/或不透液性构件使用。图示之例中，背面构件17由芯51、包覆芯51的上下面的包覆层52、以及涂复于层52的下面的粘着剂53所构成。芯51也可使用粉碎纸浆、或粉碎纸浆和热塑性合成纤维的混合物的成形品或不织布、聚氨酯海绵等以外的柔软发泡层材。包覆层52使用不织布或塑料薄膜、开孔塑料薄膜等。包覆层52也可以由覆盖芯51上面的透液性层与包覆芯51下面的不透液性层构成。芯51与包覆层52有相互间间断接合着与不接合着的情况。粘着剂53由剥离纸54保护着。下面构件17如不需吸收性、缓冲性也可仅由不透液塑料薄膜构成。
如将这样构成的卫生巾1用粘着剂53固定在穿着用裤衩上进行使用时，倒V字型的中央部抵接于阴道口及其近旁，可迅速吸收经血；翻边29抵接于阴道口两侧，可防止经血的横漏。由于衬里层23、弹性构件27、以及三角形空洞30的存在，可沿图2中上下方向、左右方向比较自由地、且弹性地进行变形，这样即使在裤衩的运动不随穿着者阴道口周边身体活动的情况下，卫生巾1的上部构件16也追随身体进行运动，可确保倒V字型中央部将经血吸收。上部构件16未能吸收的经血可由背面构件17吸收。在该卫生巾1中，由于芯22借助表面层21抵接于阴道口，经血的吸收非常迅速。
在本发明中，构件的相互接合可使用热熔性粘接剂等的粘接剂或粘着剂。构件是热熔材料的情况下，也可利用熔敷技术。
本发明的生理用卫生巾，由于将吸液性芯的断面形状做成倒V字型，在吸液性芯和卫生巾的背面构件之间形成空洞，并提高了与阴道口及其近旁的密接性和对阴道口周边活动的跟随性，故即使在穿着的裤衩不随身体活动的情况下，也能迅速而确实地将经血吸收、并可靠地防止其漏出。

Claims (4)

1.一种生理用卫生巾，它具有长度方向和与前述长度方向正交的宽度方向，它具有透液性表面层、至少含有不透液性层的背面构件、夹于该表面层与背面构件间的吸液性芯，其特征在于，
在前述长度方向的至少中央部，前述芯的宽度方向断面形状成倒V字型，在前述芯的上面上抵接着前述表面层；在前述芯的下面上抵接着在前述宽度方向上刚性高于前述芯的、与前述芯具有相同的张开角的倒V字型的衬里层；在超过前述芯的倒V字型两侧缘部并向前述宽度方向平坦延伸的前述背面构件的上面上载置着前述芯；在前述芯的外侧，前述表面层与前述背面构件上面接合着；在前述衬里层与前述背面构件间形成着前述宽度方向断面形状成三角形的空间，
在前述卫生巾的宽度方向上，形成了从前述表面层与前述背面构件接合的部位向外侧斜上方延伸的左右一对防漏翻边；在该翻边的顶缘近旁以伸长状态安装着沿前述前后方向延伸的弹性构件；前述卫生巾的宽度方向断面形状成W形。
2.按权利要求1所述的卫生巾，其特征在于，前述背面构件是不透液性塑料薄膜。
3.按权利要求1所述的卫生巾，其特征在于，前述背面构件是由透液性层、不透液性层、夹于该两层间的吸液性芯构成，前述透液性层和前述不透液性层分别形成前述背面构件的上面与下面。
4.按权利要求1所述的卫生巾，其特征在于，在前述背面构件的下面上形成着对穿用裤衩有粘着性的固定装置。
