一次性尿布
技术领域
本发明涉及一次性尿布，详细地说是涉及可以阻止尿或软便向尿布前后方向流动的一次性尿布。
背景技术
现有技术中，为了使在尿布的裆下区域不弄脏尿布穿用者的肌肤，而可以防止尿和软便在裆下区域混合的一次性尿布是公知的。例如，日本特开平2002-315778号公报(专利文献1)所公开的一次性尿布，是把具有体液吸收性的第一芯部件夹在透液性片材和不透液性片材之间形成的大片部在前腰围区域和裆下区域进行展开而形成的。该尿布中，具有体液吸收性的第二芯部件被透液性片材包住形成小片部，该小片部在前腰围区域和裆下区域的局部展开形成。在裆下区域，小片部与大片部重叠，小片部位于尿布的内面侧，在小片部与大片部之间形成有朝向后腰围区域开口的口袋。从后腰围区域向尿布的前方流动的软便流入该口袋，而阻止其进一步向前方流动，因此，不会与尿发生混合。因此，该尿布可以解决因尿和软便在裆下区域混合而造成弄脏尿布穿用者的肌肤的问题。

发明内容
专利文献1公开的一次性尿布，体液吸收部由大片部和小片部这两个片部形成，因此，体液吸收部与由一片构成的现有的一次性尿布相比其构造变得复杂，具有制造成本提高的倾向。另外，在裆下区域这两个片部相重叠，所以，有时裆下区域体积会变大而造成尿布的穿用感变差。
本发明的课题是，提供可以解决在防止尿与软便混合时所产生的这样的问题并且构造简单的一次性尿布。
为了解决上述课题，本发明的对象是一种一次性尿布，具有前后方向和与所述前后方向正交的宽度方向，在所述前后方向具有裆下区域、形成于所述裆下区域前方的前腰围区域，和形成于所述裆下区域后方的后腰围区域；在所述裆下区域形成有向所述前后方向延伸的一片片部状的体液吸收部，和位于所述体液吸收部的所述宽度方向的两侧缘部附近并向所述前后方向延伸的防漏翻边，所述液体吸收部包含与所述尿布穿用者的肌肤接触的透液性表面片、不透液性或透液性的背面片、以及夹在这两个片之间的体液吸收性芯部件；所述防漏翻边在所述宽度方向具有外侧缘部和内侧缘部，所述外侧缘部分别固定在所述体液吸收部的两侧缘部的附近，另一方面，所述内侧缘部在所述宽度方向上位于所述外侧缘部的内侧，可以向所述前后方向进行弹性伸缩地形成着，同时，覆盖所述体液吸收部的一部分；其特征在于：在所述体液吸收部的所述裆下区域，所述体液吸收部横跨所述宽度方向形成第一弯曲导向机构，所述第一弯曲导向机构可以将所述体液吸收部弯曲成使其在所述前后方向的截面形状呈倒V字形，并且，在所述表面片侧至少形成有第二弯曲导向机构和第三弯曲导向机构中的所述第三弯曲导向机构；所述第二弯曲导向机构，可以在与所述第一弯曲导向机构平行并且比所述第一弯曲导向机构更靠所述前腰围区域的位置将所述体液吸收部弯曲成与所述倒V字形相反的V字形；所述第三弯曲导向机构，可以在与所述第一弯曲导向机构平行并且比所述第一弯曲导向机构更靠所述后腰围区域的位置将所述体液吸收部弯曲成与所述倒V字形相反的V字形。
根据技术方案1涉及的一次性尿布，在穿用尿布时向前后方向弯曲的话，防漏翻边(カフ)收缩。随着其收缩，在由一片片部构成的体液吸收部上作用使其向前后方向收缩的力，这样，体液吸收部在其前后方向上的第一弯曲导向机构附近朝向尿布穿用者的肌肤立起，弯曲成使截面形状形成为倒V字形的峰部，该峰部阻止了尿向后方的流动，同时，阻止了软便向前方的流动。因而，该一次性尿布，使用一片片部状吸收部即可防止尿和软便在裆下区域混合。
并且，体液吸收部以在第二弯曲导向机构和第三弯曲导向机构形成谷部的方式弯曲，因此，通过具有这些第二、第三弯曲导向机构中的至少一个弯曲导向机构，可以确实地在第一弯曲导向机构附近形成峰部。
技术方案2涉及的本发明的一个实施方式中，所述防漏翻边的所述内侧缘部接合在所述体液吸收部上的所述第一弯曲导向机构附近。
该实施方式的一次性尿布，由于防漏翻边的内侧缘部在收缩的时候产生将体液吸收部的第一弯曲导向机构附近抬起的作用，因此，可在该机构附近确实地形成峰部。
技术方案3涉及的本发明的一个实施方式中，所述第一弯曲导向机构，是形成在所述体液吸收部的所述背面片侧并向所述宽度方向延伸的倒V字形的槽，所述第二弯曲导向机构和所述第三弯曲导向机构，是形成在所述体液吸收部的所述表面片侧并向所述宽度方向延伸的V字形的槽。
这样的实施方式的一次性尿布中，体液吸收部具有作为第一弯曲导向机构的倒V字形的槽，作为第二、第三弯曲导向机构具有V字形的槽，因此，防漏翻边在前后方向收缩的话，体液吸收部容易在第一弯曲导向机构附近形成峰部，容易在第二、第三弯曲机构附近变形为谷部。

下面参照附图对本发明涉及的一次性尿布进行详细说明。
图1、2是一次性尿布1的局部剖俯视图，和因后述的弹性部件16、17、38收缩而处于弯曲状态的尿布1的局部剖轴测图。尿布1具有双箭头A表示的前后方向，和与该箭头A正交的双箭头B表示的宽度方向，由在前后方向A上长的矩形片材构成的身体覆盖部2，和身体覆盖部2上安装的体液吸收部3构成。身体覆盖部2包括不透液性塑料薄膜构成的内面片8，和接合在内面片8上的无纺布构成的外面片9，具有向前后方向A延伸的一对侧缘部11，和向宽度方向B延伸的一对端缘部12。身体覆盖部2具有前后方向A上的裆部覆盖区域5、形成在裆部覆盖区域5的前方的前腰围覆盖区域6和形成在裆部覆盖区域5的后方的后腰围覆盖区域7，前方翼部13从前腰围覆盖区域6的各侧缘部11向宽度方向B延伸，后方翼部14从后腰围覆盖区域7的各侧缘部11向宽度方向B延伸。在身体覆盖部2的各侧缘部11处，在内面片8和外面片9之间向前后方向A延伸的腿围弹性部件16以伸长状态安装在这些片8、9的至少一方上，在后腰围覆盖区域7的端缘部12处，在内面片8和外面片9之间向宽度方向B延伸的腰围弹性部件17以伸长状态安装在这些片8、9的至少一方的内面。前方翼部和后方翼部13、14由无纺布、塑料薄膜或这两者层压而成的材质构成，在后方翼部14的内面设有由粘接剂等形成的固定带18。在穿用尿布1的时候，后方翼部14能够可剥离地固定在前腰围覆盖区域6中的外面片9的规定部位或前方翼部13的外面。

进而，在图示的例子中的尿布1中，当体液吸收部3的背面片22为不透液性的时候，也可以将用于身体覆盖部2的内面片8的不透液性的塑料薄膜替换成透液性的薄膜或无纺布，或者省略内面片8。另外，当内面片8为不透液性的塑料薄膜时，也可以将体液吸收部3的背面片22替换成透液性的塑料薄膜或无纺布。
另外，本发明中，也可以通过将防漏翻边28的内侧缘部31在图1、2所示的部位61处与体液吸收部3的表面片21接合，而沿第一弯曲机构51进行弯曲，即，容易地形成峰部56。在部位61在第一弯曲导向机构51的附近，非常容易通过该部位61处的接合而形成峰部56的情况下，可以将第二、第三弯曲导向机构52、53中的至少一方省略。防漏翻边28各自的外侧缘部32，在图示的例子中是分别接合在体液吸收部3的侧缘部26的，但是也可以接合在所述侧缘部26附近的身体覆盖部2。
