Abstract

一次性使用尿布，为了使一次性使用尿布的吸液性内衬垫构件确实抵接于尿道口近旁，该一次性使用尿布由外罩构件(2)与吸液性内衬垫构件(3)构成。外罩构件(2)的覆盖尿道口近旁的部位(8)具有尿布宽度方向的弹性伸缩性。内衬垫构件(3)安装于外罩构件内面上、其覆盖尿道口的部位及其近旁，在尿布宽度方向相互间隔开的(2)处与外罩构件的覆盖尿道口及其近旁的部件相接合起来。

一次性使用尿布
技术领域
本发明涉及一次性使用尿布。
背景技术
本专利特开平8-112308号公报中所揭示的一次性使用的裤衩式尿布，在尿布穿着者的排尿部近旁部位以伸长状态安装着沿尿布宽度方向延伸的弹性构件，并且说明了该尿布提高了尿布排尿部近旁的密接性。
专利特开平9-56746号公报上所揭示的裤衩型体液吸收性穿着用物品由裤衩型外罩构件和安装于外罩构件内面的、以外罩构件的裆区为中心而延伸于前后腰围区间的吸液性内衬垫所构成，外罩构件在其腿周开口的顶部近旁具有环绕腰围的弹性构件；外罩构件的裆区具有沿前后腰围区方向的弹性伸缩性。
由前述特开平8-112308号公报已为众所周知的尿布，它是在上层与底层之间夹着吸液性芯而构成的吸液性本体的腰围部配置弹性构件的尿布。该弹性构件，由于可使尿布腰围部紧贴于穿着者，也可以提高排尿部近旁处的密接性。但是，所谓提高密接性，由于是指将尿布从侧方紧贴于腰围，所以并不满足将尿布从下方或从斜下方密接着尿道口的要求。
由前述特开平9-56746号公报为众所周知的尿布，由于整个裆区沿前后方向伸缩，故可将位于裆区的吸液性内衬垫从下方或斜下方紧贴于尿道口及其近旁，但由于整个裆区紧贴着身体，从而存在着容易产生热、湿气不易透出的问题。加上，由于在其裆区必须使用较高价的伸缩性层，在制造成本方面，这种尿布未必有利。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种能使吸液性内衬垫确实紧贴于尿道口及其近旁的、不透气性减少的一次性使用的尿布。
为了实现上述目的，本发明的一次性使用尿布，其前后方向由前腰围区、后腰围区与位于该两区间的裆区构成；该尿布由裤衩型外罩构件与吸液性内衬垫构件构成，其中，裤衩型外罩构件具有腰围开口与左右一对腿周开口；吸液性内衬垫构件安装于前述外罩构件的内面上，并以前述裆区为中心向前述前后腰围区方向延伸；作为这种尿布，其特征在于，前述外罩构件的覆盖着前述尿布穿着者的尿道口及其近旁的尿布前侧宽度方向中央部位借助弹性构件具有尿布宽度方向的伸缩性；前述内衬垫构件，由透液性表面层与不透液性背面层以及夹于该两层间的吸液性芯所构成；该内衬垫构件具有沿尿布宽度方向延伸的前后端缘部和沿尿布前后方向延伸的两侧缘部；前述前后端缘部的外面与前述外罩构件内面接合，且前述内衬垫构件的两侧缘部的外面在前述外罩构件的宽度方向，在两个部位相互间离着地接合于前述外罩构件的具有前述伸缩性的宽度方向中央部位的内面上，在前述前腰围区以及/或者前述裆区，使前述内衬垫构件隆起。
在本发明的最佳实施形式之一中，在前述内衬垫构件的吸液性芯中，在该芯下面的宽度方向中央部形成了容易使该芯弯曲的、沿尿布前后方向延伸的沟。
在本发明的另一实施形式中，在前述内衬垫构件的两侧缘部形成了沿尿布前后方向延伸的、可从前述内衬垫构件内面上立起的防漏翻边，该防漏翻边可在其与上述内面间形成向前述内衬垫构件内方的开口的兜袋。

具体实施方式
以下，参照附图，详细说明本发明的一次性使用尿布。
在图1上以局部剖立体图表示的一次性使用裤衩型尿布1由裤衩型外罩构件2和安装于该外罩构件2的内面上的吸液性内衬垫3构成。
外罩构件2由形成其内外面的形状相同、大小相同的2张层片11，12重合粘接起来而形成，其前后方向由前腰围区6、后腰围区7及位于该两区6、7间的裆区8构成。前后腰围区6、7在相互的侧缘部呈合掌状重合，并且由图中的沿上下方向间断地并列的部位9接合起来，形成腰围开口13与左右一对腿周开口14。在这些开口13，14的周缘部环绕着腰围弹性构件16与腿周弹性构件17；这些弹性构件16、17分别以伸长状态接合于重合的层11、12的至少一方的内面上。在外罩构件2的前腰围区6及/或裆区8中，在其覆盖着穿着者尿道口与其近旁的部位18，具有向外罩构件2的宽度方向延伸的弹性构件20，该弹性构件20位于层11、12之间、并以伸长状态接合于层片11、12中至少一方的内面上。层11，12由不织布或塑料薄膜构成，最好是，内面侧层11使用通气不透液性塑料薄膜；外面侧层12使用肌肤触感良好的不织布。但，外罩构件2也不限于这样2层构造，比如也可以仅由层11或层12之一方构成。即使在前述任意一层的情况下，最好还是使弹性构件位于层内侧。
图2、图3是将图1的尿布1在部位9处前后剥离，使其向前后方向与宽度方向伸展开了时的平面图和该伸展开了的尿布1的分解剖断立体图。吸液性内衬垫3处于外罩构件2的内侧，并以裆区8为中心延伸于前后腰围区6、7间，其前后两端部16，17的外面通过热熔性粘接剂接合于外罩构件2的前后腰围区6，7内面的部位28，29之上(参看图3)。另外，吸液性内衬垫3的两侧缘部的外面通过后述的热熔性粘接剂55在构件2的宽度方向相互间隔开的51、52两处接合在外罩构件2的部位18。
吸液性内衬垫3具有：上面由透液性表面层21所覆盖的、下面由不透液性背面层22所覆盖的内衬垫本体23、以及沿本体23的两侧缘部向前后方向延伸的左右一对防漏翻边24。图中的翻边24具有接合于内衬垫本体23上的基缘部26和与该基缘部26平行的自由缘部27，在基缘部26朝向尿布1的内方倒伏，自由缘部27覆盖了内衬垫本体23上面的一部分，自由缘部27的前后两端部36、37的内面接合于表面层21上。弹性构件33以伸长状态安装于自由缘部27的顶缘31上。
图4是图2的IV-IV线剖视图。通过将尿布1的伸展进行松驰，尿布1的前后方向以吸液性内衬垫3作为内侧地稍稍弯曲，防漏翻边24由于弹性构件33的收缩而立起。在外罩构件2中，内衬垫本体23通过粘接剂55接合于两个部位51、52上。通过弹性构件20的收缩，部位18沿宽度方向收缩。从而生成多个隆起25。在部位18及其近旁处，内衬垫本体23向着穿着者的尿道口(图中未示出)及其近旁隆起。
内衬垫本体23在其表背面层21，22间具有着吸液性芯41。表背面层21、22芯41的四周延伸出并重合地相互接合着。芯41由薄纸被覆粉碎纸浆、或粉碎纸浆和高级吸水性聚合物粉末的混合物而构成。为了容易产生内衬垫本体23如图示那样地隆起，在芯41的下面形成在宽度方向中央向前后方向延伸的沟50。
翻边24的自由缘部27向表面层21的上方立起，以翻边24与内衬垫本体23形成的兜袋48大地开着口。
本发明，除图示的裤衩型尿布示例之外，也可以用开放型的尿布实施之。为使构成构件彼此间相互接合，可使用热熔性粘接剂的粘接剂或粘着剂；在构件是热熔性材料时，可利用熔敷技术。
这样构成的尿布，由于在穿着者尿道口近旁通过吸液性内衬垫本体的隆起，可从下方或斜下方抵接在尿道口，与仅从侧方将吸液性内衬垫压接在穿用者之上的现有技术之尿布相比，可快速而确实地吸收尿液。在裆区，由于伸缩性是局部性的，与整个裆区压接于穿着者的现有技术之尿布相比不透热气、湿气的问题轻微化了。

Claims (3)

1.一种一次性使用尿布，其前后方向由前腰围区、后腰围区与位于该两区间的裆区构成；该尿布由裤衩型外罩构件与吸液性内衬垫构件构成，其中，裤衩型外罩构件具有腰围开口与左右一对腿周开口；吸液性内衬垫构件安装于前述外罩构件的内面上，并以前述裆区为中心向前述前后腰围区方向延伸；作为这种尿布，其特征在于，
前述外罩构件的覆盖着前述尿布穿着者的尿道口及其近旁的尿布前侧宽度方向中央部位借助弹性构件具有尿布宽度方向的伸缩性；
前述内衬垫构件，由透液性表面层与不透液性背面层以及夹于该两层间的吸液性芯所构成；该内衬垫构件具有沿尿布宽度方向延伸的前后端缘部和沿尿布前后方向延伸的两侧缘部；前述前后端缘部的外面与前述外罩构件内面接合，且前述内衬垫构件的两侧缘部的外面在前述外罩构件的宽度方向，在两个部位相互间离着地接合于前述外罩构件的具有前述伸缩性的宽度方向中央部位的内面上，在前述前腰围区以及/或者前述裆区，使前述内衬垫构件隆起。
2.按权利要求1所述的尿布，其特征在于，在前述内衬垫构件的吸液性芯上，在该芯下面的宽度方向中央部形成着使该芯容易弯折的沿尿布前后方向延伸的沟。
3.按权利要求1或2所记述的尿布，其特征在于，在前述内衬垫构件的两侧缘部形成着沿尿布前后方向延伸的、具有从前述内衬垫构件内面立起性能的防漏翻边；该防漏翻边，具有接合于内衬垫构件上的基缘部和与该基缘部平行的自由缘部，前述自由缘部的前后两端部的内面接合于前述表面层上，弹性构件以伸长状态安装于前述自由端部的顶缘上。
