Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 主に、シリカ−アルミナの非晶質担体上に担持された、VIII族の少なくと も一つの貴金属0.05〜10重量%からなる触媒において、該触媒はゼオライ トもハロゲンも含まず、シリカ含有量が一定しており、該担体がシリカを5〜7 0重量%含み、BET比表面積が100〜500m2/gであること、かつ、 ・細孔の平均直径が1〜12nm、 ・平均直径より3nm小さい直径〜平均直径より3nm大きい直径を有する細 孔の容積が全細孔容積の40%以上、 ・貴金属の分散が20〜100%、 ・貴金属の分配係数が0.1以上、 であることを特徴とする触媒。 2. 担体の全細孔容積が1.0ml/g以下であることを特徴とする、請求項 1による触媒。 3. 担体が、少なくとも0.3ml/gおよび0.9ml/g以下の全細孔容 積を示すことを特徴とする、請求項1または2のいずれかによる触媒。 4. 担体が0.85ml/g以下の全細孔容積を示すことを特徴とする、請求 項1〜3のうちの1項による触媒。 5. 担体が、2.5〜11nmの平均細孔直径を示 すことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のうちの1項による触媒。 6. 担体が、4〜10.5nmの平均細孔直径を示すことを特徴とする、請求 項1〜5のうちの1項による触媒。 7. 平均直径より3nm小さい直径〜平均直径より3nm大きい直径を有する 細孔の容積が全細孔容積の50〜90%であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6 のうちの1項による触媒。 8. 平均直径より3nm小さい直径〜平均直径より3nm大きい直径を有する 細孔の容積が全細孔容積の50〜80%であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7 のうちの1項による触媒。 9. 平均直径より3nm小さい直径〜平均直径より3nm大きい直径を有する 細孔の容積が全細孔容積の50〜70%であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8 のうちの1項による触媒。 10. 担体がシリカを20〜60重量%含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項 1〜9のうちの1項による触媒。 11. 担体がシリカを22〜45重量%含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項 1〜10のうちの1項による触媒。 12. 担体が250〜450m2/gのBET比表面積を示すことを特徴とす る、請求項1〜11のう ちの1項による触媒。 13. 担体が310〜450m2/gのBET比表面積を示すことを特徴とす る、請求項1〜12のうちの1項による触媒。 14. 貴金属は白金であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のうちの1項に よる触媒。 15. 窒素含有量が200重量ppm以下および金属含有量が50重量ppm 以下の、沸点が主に350℃以上の炭化水素を含む重質石油留分の水素化異性化 処理方法において、温度200〜450℃、2〜25MPaの水素の分圧下に、 毎時空間速度0.1〜10h-1および水素/仕込物体積比100〜2000で、 請求項1〜14のうちの1項による触媒を用いて行われることを特徴とする方法 。
