Abstract

Изобретение относится к катализатору для конверсии углеводородного сырья. Катализатор состоит из 0,05 - 10,0 мас.% благородного металла и носителя из смеси диоксида кремния (5 - 70%) с оксидом алюминия, имеющего удельную поверхность 100 - 50 м. Катализатор имеет средний диаметр пор 1-12 нм; объем пор, диаметр которых составляет величину между средним диаметром ±3 нм, более 40% общего парового объема; дисперсию благородного металла 20 - 100% и коэффициент распределения благородного металла выше 0,1. Изобретение также относится к способу переработки с гидроизомеризацией сырья с температурами кипения выше 350С при использовании вышеуказанного катализатора. Способ осуществляют при 200 - 450С под давлением 2 - 25 МПа и с объемной почасовой скоростью 0,1-10,0 чи объемным отношением водород/сырье 100 - 2000.

Claims (1)

  1. Изобретение относится к катализатору для конверсии углеводородного сырья. Катализатор состоит из 0,05 - 10,0 мас.% благородного металла и носителя из смеси диоксида кремния (5 - 70%) с оксидом алюминия, имеющего удельную поверхность 100 - 50 м2. Катализатор имеет средний диаметр пор 1-12 нм; объем пор, диаметр которых составляет величину между средним диаметром ±3 нм, более 40% общего парового объема; дисперсию благородного металла 20 - 100% и коэффициент распределения благородного металла выше 0,1. Изобретение также относится к способу переработки с гидроизомеризацией сырья с температурами кипения выше 350oС при использовании вышеуказанного катализатора. Способ осуществляют при 200 - 450oС под давлением 2 - 25 МПа и с объемной почасовой скоростью 0,1-10,0 ч-1 и объемным отношением водород/сырье 100 - 2000.
