Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. リン酸四カルシウムおよび他の少なくとも1種類のやや溶け難いリン酸カ ルシウム化合物を含み、水性媒体と接触したとき、環境温度で実質的にヒドロキ シアパタイトにまで自己硬化するリン酸カルシウム含有組成物であって、 リン酸四カルシウムは、カルシウム、リンおよび酸素を含む1つ以上のソース 物質の出発混合物であって、カルシウムとリンの比率が2未満である出発混合物 から調製され、また、リン酸四カルシウムが他のやや溶け難いリン酸カルシウム 化合物と組み合わされ水性媒体と接触する前は、リン酸四カルシウムは実質的に 無水条件下で調製され、維持されることを特徴とするリン酸カルシウム含有組成 物。 2. 他のやや溶け難いリン酸カルシウムがリン酸二カルシウムであり、リン酸 四カルシウムとリン酸二カルシウムの比率が約1:1〜1:4である請求項1に 記載の組成物。 3. 重量で約10%までの追加的なカルシウム、または、本組成物のpHを変 えるのに十分な量のリン酸塩含有化合物をさらに含む請求項1に記載の組成物。 4. 蛋白、充填材料、結晶成長調節剤、粘度調節剤および孔形成剤から成るグ ループから選択される添加物をさらに含む請求項1に記載の組成物。 5. リン酸四カルシウムおよび他の少なくとも1種類のやや溶け難いリン酸カ ルシウム化合物を含み、水性媒体と接触したとき、環境温度で実質的にヒドロキ シアパタイトにまで自己硬化するリン酸カルシウム含有組成物であって、 リン酸四カルシウムは、カルシウム、リンおよび酸素を含む1つ以上のソース 物質の出発混合物であって、カルシウムとリンの比率が2未満である出発混合物 から調製されることを特徴とするリン酸カルシウム含有組成物。 6. 歯科修復剤、再石灰化歯磨き剤、歯科脱感作剤、組織代用前駆物質、骨セ メント生物学的インプラントまたは生体組織用接着剤として使用する請求項5に 記載の組成物。 7. リン酸四カルシウムおよび他の少なくとも1種類のやや溶け難いリン酸カ ルシウム化合物を含み、水性媒体と接触したとき、環境温度で実質的にヒドロキ シアパタイトにまで自己硬化するリン酸カルシウム含有組成物であって、 リン酸四カルシウムが他のやや溶け難いリン酸カルシウム化合物と組み合わさ れ水性媒体と接触する前は、リン酸四カルシウムは実質的に無水条件下で調製さ れ、維持されることを特徴とするリン酸カルシウム含有組成物。 8. 歯科修復剤、再石灰化歯磨き剤、歯科脱感作剤、組織代用前駆物質、骨セ メント生物学的インプラントまたは生体組織用接着剤として使用する請求項7に 記載の 組成物。 9. リン酸四カルシウムおよび他の少なくとも1種類のやや溶け難いリン酸カ ルシウム化合物を含み、水性媒体と接触したとき、環境温度で実質的にヒドロキ シアパタイトにまで自己硬化するリン酸カルシウム含有組成物であって、 リン酸四カルシウムが、粒子の少なくとも約10%について15μまたはそれ 以下の平均粒子サイズを持つ、粉砕されたリン酸四カルシウムであり、不純物の 酸化カルシウムと表面ヒドロキシアパタイトの両者を実質的に含まないことを特 徴とするリン酸カルシウム含有組成物。 10. リン酸四カルシウムおよび他の少なくとも1種類のやや溶け難いリン酸 カルシウム化合物を含み、水性媒体と接触したとき、環境温度で実質的にヒドロ キシアパタイトにまで自己硬化するリン酸カルシウム含有組成物であって、 リン酸四カルシウムが、実質的に酸化カルシウムを含まないものであるリン酸 カルシウム含有組成物。 11. リン酸四カルシウムおよび他の少なくとも1種類のやや溶け難いリン酸 カルシウム化合物を含み、水性媒体と接触したとき、環境温度で実質的にヒドロ キシアパタイトにまで自己硬化するリン酸カルシウム含有組成物であって、 リン酸四カルシウムは、実質的に、使用する前は表面ヒドロキシアパタイトを 含まないものであるリン酸カル シウム含有組成物。 12. 不純物の酸化カルシウムと表面ヒドロキシアパタイトの両者を実質的に 含まない、約15μまたはそれ以下の平均粒子サイズを持つ高表面積の粉砕され たリン酸四カルシウム。 13. リン酸四カルシウムおよび他の少なくとも1種類のやや溶け難いリン酸 カルシウムとを結合することからなり、リン酸四カルシウムを基剤とするリン酸 カルシウム含有組成物を調製するための改良法であって、 酸化カルシウムを実質的に含まないリン酸四カルシウムを使用することを特徴 とするリン酸四カルシウムを基剤とするリン酸カルシウム含有組成物を調製する ための改良法。 14. リン酸四カルシウムおよび他の少なくとも1種類のやや溶け難いリン酸 カルシウムとを結合することからなり、リン酸四カルシウムを基剤とするリン酸 カルシウム含有組成物を調製するための改良法であって、 リン酸四カルシウムが他のやや溶け難いリン酸カルシウムと組み合わされ水性 媒体と接触する前は、リン酸四カルシウムが実質的に無水条件下で調製され、維 持されることを特徴とするリン酸四カルシウムを基剤とするリン酸カルシウム含 有組成物を調製するための改良法。 15. リン酸四カルシウムおよび他の少なくとも1種類のやや溶け難いリン酸 カルシウム化合物とを結合することからなり、実質的に環境温度で自己硬化する リン酸 カルシウム・セメントを調製するための改良法であって、 カルシウム、リンおよび酸素の1つ以上のソース物質の出発混合物であり、カ ルシウムとリンの比率が2未満である出発混合物から調製されたリン酸四カルシ ウムを使用し、また、リン酸四カルシウムが他のやや溶け難いリン酸カルシウム 化合物と組み合わされて水性媒体と接触する前は、リン酸四カルシウムを実質的 に無水条件下で調製し、維持することを特徴とするリン酸カルシウム・セメント を調製するための改良法。 16. (1)カルシウム、リンおよび酸素の1つ以上のソース物質の混合物で あり、カルシウムとリンの比率が2未満である混合物から調製されたリン酸四カ ルシウム、および(2)他の少なくとも1種類のやや溶け難いリン酸カルシウム 化合物を備えるリン酸カルシウム含有組成物前駆物質材料のキット。 17. (1)キット中に保存される前および保存中は、実質的に無水条件下で 調製され、維持されたリン酸四カルシウム、および(2)他の少なくとも1種類 のやや溶け難いリン酸カルシウム化合物を備えるリン酸カルシウム含有組成物前 駆物質材料のキット。 18. リン酸四カルシウムおよび他の少なくとも1種類のやや解けにくいリン 酸カルシウムの水性混合物を含むスラリーであって、両者のリン酸カルシウムは 、ヒドロキシアパタイトが環境温度で実質的に連続してスラリーから沈殿するよ うに、スラリー中に過剰に存在してお り、 リン酸四カルシウムが、カルシウム、リンおよび酸素の1つ以上のソース物質 の出発混合物であり、カルシウムとリンの比率が2未満である出発混合物から調 製されることを特徴とするスラリー。 19. リン酸四カルシウムおよび他の少なくとも1種類のやや解けにくいリン 酸カルシウムの水性混合物を含むスラリーであって、両者のリン酸カルシウムは 、ヒドロキシアパタイトが環境温度で実質的に連続してスラリーから沈殿するよ うに、スラリー中に過剰に存在しており、 リン酸四カルシウムが他のやや溶け難いリン酸カルシウム化合物と組み合わさ れて水性媒体と接触する前は、リン酸四カルシウムは実質的に無水条件下で調製 され、維持されることを特徴とするスラリー。
