Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.空間乃至溝を形成する支持体と当該空間乃至溝に収容された熱で発泡可能 な材料とを備えてなり、当該支持体はフォーミングに要する温度より高い溶融温 度を有する材料でなり、発泡可能な材料に熱が施与される際、当該材料は、熱の ため及び/又は発泡圧力のために支持体の又は支持体に形成された少なくとも1 つの開口、好適には幾つかの開口を介して空間乃至溝から出て発泡形状に膨張す るようになった複合材料。 2.前記支持体によって形成された空間乃至溝が少なくとも1つの開口又は複 数の開口を有し、それによって発泡温度で発泡体が空間乃至溝から少なくとも2 つの異なる、好適には反対の向きに流れ出ることを特徴とする請求項1に従う複 合材料。 3.支持体が上プレートと下プレートとを備えてなり、これらプレートが導路 を形成する壁によって互いに連接され、当該壁は相前後して収容された壁のパー ツの間で実質的に等しい横断面を有していることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に 従う複合材料。 4.支持体が上プレートと下プレートとを備えてなり、これらプレートが導路 を形成する壁によって互いに連接され、当該壁は2つの対向する端部開口の間に 延在し、前記導路の一端部が当該端部で導路から出る発泡体の通路を限定するた めの手段を備える ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に従う複合材料。 5.支持体がフレーム又は構造体に取り付けるための手段を備えることを特徴 とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に従う複合材料。 6.支持体がポリアミドを含有する組成物からなることを特徴とする請求項1 〜5のいずれか一項に従う複合材料。 7.下プレートに向いた上プレートの面が上プレートに向いた下プレートの面 と平行で、これら面が最大6mmの間隔で互いに離れていることを特徴とする請 求項3又は4に従う複合材料。 8.支持体が孔を備えた第1プレート、孔を備えた第2プレート及びこれら孔 の間に延在する導路を形成するために前記両プレートを連接する要素を備えてな ることを特徴とする請求項1に従う複合材料。 9.曲げ乃至弱化点又は曲げ乃至弱化線を有することを特徴とする請求項1又 は8に従う複合材料。 10.支持要素が曲げ線乃至曲げ点によって互いに連接された2つのパーツを 備えてなり、各パーツが互いに独立に1枚のプレートを支持し、一方のプレート の自由端は他方のプレートの自由端から離れ、それによって空間が前記パーツ及 びプレートによって規定され、熱で発泡可能な材料が当該空間に置かれて、それ によって発泡温度で第1パーツが第2パーツに対して曲げ線回りにピボット回転 することを特徴とする請求項1に従う複合材料。 11.熱で膨張可能な発泡材料がエチレン及び不飽和アクリルエステルから誘 導されたポリマー及びコポリマーからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする前 記請求項のいずれか一項に従う複合材料。 12.前記請求項のいずれか一項に従う複合材料の加熱によって得られうる膨 張シールにして、空間乃至溝を規定する支持体と、当該空間乃至溝内に延在する とともにシールが形成されるはずの構造体の壁と接触するために前記空間乃至溝 の外部に部分的に延在する発泡体とを備えてなることを特徴とするシール。 13.空間乃至溝の外部に延在する発泡体が実質的に等しい密度を有すること を特徴とする請求項12に従うシール。 14.シールが、周囲空間乃至溝を備える支持体によって規定された中央開口 を有し、発泡体が周囲シールを形成するために空間乃至溝の外部に延びているこ とを特徴とする請求項12に従うシール。 15.互いに分離し幾つかの開口を備えた手段によって互いに連接し間に空間 乃至溝を規定する2枚のプレートからなる第1部片と;互いに分離し幾つかの開 口を備えた手段によって互いに連接し間に空間乃至溝を規定する2枚のプレート からなる第2部片と、部分的に第1部片の空間乃至溝内に位置し且つ部分的に第 2部片の空間内に位置し、加熱の際、発泡体が外部で第1部片及び第2部片を互 いに離れるように押すべく当該両部片のプレートを 連接する手段に達する当該両部片の空間乃至溝に膨張する本発明に従う複合材料 とを備えてなるシール可能な要素。 16.支持体の空間乃至溝の内側壁が50℃の最低温度を有する際に、熱で発 泡可能な材料が当該空間乃至溝に注入される、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に 従う複合材料の製造方法。 17.支持体がコア、好適には不動コアを備えた型に注入され、当該支持体に 空間乃至溝を形成し、注入された支持体はしかる後に型から取り除かれ、第2の 型に入れられ、その後、熱で発泡可能な上記空間乃至溝に注入される、請求項1 6に従う方法。 18.支持体がコアを備えた型に注入され、熱で発泡可能な材料が注入される 空間乃至溝を形成するために当該コアが取り除かれる、請求項16に従う方法。 19.熱で膨張可能な材料の層が上下フィルムの間に押し出され、当該フィル ム間への材料の押し出し後に当該フィルム間にリンクが形成され、上プレート、 下プレート、少なくとも1つのリンク及び熱で発泡可能な材料からなる複合材料 が上記フィルムと層においてカットされる、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に従 う複合材料の製造方法。 20.熱で発泡可能な材料がくっつかない材料でフィルムが作られ、それによ って複合材料のカットと複合材料の収集後に、熱で発泡可能な材料の層とフィル ムとがそれらの再利用のため又はそれらのリサイクルのために別々に集められる 、請求項19に従 う方法。 21.−マスキングシートが支持体を部分的にマスクするために当該支持体上 に置かれ、 −パウダー状の熱で発泡可能な材料が支持体のマスクされていない部分に施与さ れ、 −マスキング乃至パウダリング前又はパウダリング後に、支持体上に発泡した連 続的な層又は熱で発泡可能な材料の連続層を得るべく熱が施与される 3mm以下の厚みを有する熱で発泡可能な材料の層を備えた支持プレートの製造 のために使用可能な方法。 22.熱で膨張可能な材料が押し出しによってキャリア材料上に施与されるこ とを特徴とする請求項1〜3、5〜7及び9〜13のいずれかに従う複合材料。 23.複合材料が連続輪郭体として製造される請求項22に従う複合材料の製 造方法。 24.キャリア材料が熱で膨張可能な材料の施与と同じ製造ラインにおいて連 続輪郭体として形づくられている、請求項22と23のいずれかに従う複合材料 の製造方法。 25.キャリア材料が熱で発泡可能な材料の施与のプロセスと無関係に別のプ ロセスにおいて形づくられている、請求項22と23のいずれかに従う複合材料 の製造方法。 26.請求項22〜25のいずれかに従う熱で膨張可能な材料 の施与のプロセスに前記キャリア輪郭体を導入する前にキャリア輸郭体を予め形 づくる方法。 27.キャリア輪郭体野材料からなる固定の手段として延長部を有することを 特徴とする請求項22〜26のいずれかに従う複合材料。 28.熱で膨張可能な材料からなる固定の手段として延長部を有することを特 徴とする請求項22〜26のいずれかに従う複合材料。 29.固定手段がくっつけられるべき本体に向かって完全にシールされ、その 結果、熱で膨張可能な材料が膨張するや複合材料の固定のための本体での結果と して生じる開口が閉じられるように、収容された上記請求項のいずれかに従う複 合材料。 30.連続的な複合物輪郭体が別のプロセスで最終的な長さにカットされる、 請求項22〜29に従う複合材料の製造方法。 31.連続的な複合物輪郭体が当該複合物輪郭体の製造の製造ラインの範囲内 で最終的な長さにカットされる、請求項22〜29に従う複合材料の製造方法。 32.溶接線に沿って2枚又は幾枚かの溶接されたプレート乃至シートをシー ルする機能を有する上記請求項に従う複合材料。 33.凹み部を通る空気又は湿気又は騒音の通路をブロックする機能を有する 上記請求項に従う複合材料。 34.周囲構造を強化する機能を有する上記請求項に従う複合 材料。 35.周囲構造での振動を減らす機能を有する上記請求項に従う複合材料。 36.熱で膨張可能な材料が支持材料を部分的又は全体的に取り囲むことを特 徴とする複合材料。 37.支持材料での空間乃至溝乃至スペースが微小寸法であることを特徴とす る請求項1、2、6、9、11〜13、16〜18、22〜36に従う複合材料 。 38.熱で膨張可能な材料が施与される上記溝乃至スペース乃至空間の間の分 離個所が、中央コアから延在する細片又は棒の形態に形づくられる、請求項1、 2、6、9、11〜13、16〜18、22〜37に従う複合材料。 39.前記細片状延長部が、前記熱で膨張可能な材料の膨張を方向づけるため の案内として供される、請求項38に従う複合材料。 40.キャリア材料が連続輪郭体に形づけられ、その後に所定形状にカットさ れ、その後に熱で膨張可能な材料が支持キャリア材料に施与される射出型に挿入 される、上記複合材料の製造方法。 41.製造プロセス中の別ステップ又は製造プロセスとは別のステップにおい て固定手段が取り付けられる前記請求項のいずれかに従う複合材料。
