Description
*加熱発泡可能な膨張性材料の多量使用。

互いに分離し、幾つかの開口部35を有する壁34のような手段によって連結され、それらの間に空間部分36を規定する2枚のプレート32、33から成る第1部片31と、
互いに分離し、幾つかの開口部40を有する手段42によって連結され、それらの間に空間部分41を規定する2枚のプレート38、39から成る第2部片37と、

から成る。この要素54は、2つの漏斗形状の中空部片55、56を有し、より小さな横断面すなわち径を有するそれらの端部は、例えば管57によって共に連結されている。
成形室61、62は空である。カバー64によって成形室を閉じた後、空間部分または溝状部分を有する支持体を形成するために、プラスチック材料が成形室61内に注入される。
カバー64が、注入された支持体1を室61から引き出すために取り除かれる。
カバー64は、成形室62の前面に、注入された支持体を位置づけるために回転せしめられる(矢印R)。
カバー64は、注入された支持体を成形室62内に押すように、そして、2つの成形室を閉じるようにして閉成される(図16参照:閉成前を示す)。
成形室61には、ポリアミド等のプラスチックが注入されるが、成形室62内には、加熱発泡可能な材料が注入される。ポリアミドは、約270℃の温度で注入され、加熱発泡可能な材料は約75〜105℃の温度で予め注入された支持体の内側空間部分内に注入される。注入された支持体を成形室61から取り出し、それを成形室62内に押し込むために必要な時間は非常に短いため、加熱発泡可能な材料の注入を確実にすることができ、一方、支持体は、依然として約100℃の(即ち、50℃よりも高い)温度を有し、それによって、より良い注入、即ち、より高い密度又はより高い膨張係数を有する加熱発泡可能な注入材料を得ることができる(図13参照)。
カバー64が取り除かれる。カバー64に、複合材料と支持体が付着している。
カバー64は回転する(矢印R)(図14参照)。
軸68の周囲で90°回転した後、形成された複合材料が取り出される(図15参照)。
その後、カバー64は、軸線の周囲で回転し、残る注入された支持体1を成形室62の前面に位置づける。
(1)2枚のフィルム100、101の間に加熱発泡可能な材料を押し出すための押し出し機106、
(2)切断位置をフィルムにマーキングし、部品(パーツ)番号や生産コード等を印刷するためのユニット107、
(3)2枚のフィルム間に連結手段を導くユニット108、
(4)前記マーキング位置でフィルムを切断するためのユニット109、および
(5)前記切断によって得られた複合材料を集めるためのユニット110である。
Claims (10)
- 空間部分乃至溝を形成する支持体と、当該空間部分乃至溝に収容された加熱発泡可能材料とを備えており、
前記支持体は前記加熱発泡可能材料の発泡に要する温度より高い溶融温度を有する材料で形成されており、前記加熱発泡可能材料が加熱されると、前記加熱発泡可能材料は、熱及び/又は発泡圧力により、前記支持体の少なくとも1つの開口部を通じて前記空間部分乃至溝から出て発泡形状に膨張する、シールまたは繋ぐための複合材料であって、
前記加熱発泡可能材料が押出によって前記支持体上に施与されていることを特徴とする複合材料。 - 連続輪郭体として製造されている、請求項1記載の複合材料。
- 前記支持体が前記加熱発泡可能材料の施与と同じ製造ラインにおいて形成されている、請求項1又は2記載の複合材料。
- 前記支持体が前記加熱発泡可能材料の施与のプロセスと無関係に別のプロセスにおいて形成されている、請求項1又は2記載の複合材料。
- 前記支持体上に前記加熱発泡可能材料を施与する前に前記支持体が予め形成されている、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の複合材料。
- 前記支持体が固定手段を有する、請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の複合材料。
- 前記加熱発泡可能材料が固定手段を有する、請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の複合材料。
- 前記加熱発泡可能材料が膨張すると前記固定手段が完全にシールされる、請求項6又は7記載の複合材料。
- 前記連続輪郭体が別のプロセスで最終的な長さにカットされる、請求項2乃至8のいずれかに記載の複合材料。
- 前記連続輪郭体が当該連続輪郭体の製造の製造ラインの範囲内で最終的な長さにカットされる、請求項2乃至8のいずれかに記載の複合材料。
