Description
(1)本発明は、キャリアシート(フィルムキャリア)付きガスケットに係る。
(2)ラバーオンリーガスケット作製時にキャリア用のフィルムを同時成形したキャリアシート付きガスケット。尚、本ガスケットはスタッキング時にキャリアフィルムを取り外せる構成である。
(3)キャリアフィルムによりスタック組み付け性が向上する。ガスケット中央もしくは端部のキャリアフィルムをスタッキング組み付け時の自動搬送で使用する。キャリアフィルムによりガスケットが矯正されているため、捩れの問題がない。スタッキング時にキャリアフィルムを取り外せるため、重量の低減につながる。
(4)キャリアシート付きガスケットに剥離用の穴を設ける。
(5)剥離用の穴は、部分的にフィルムに穴を有しているものであり、その穴にエアを吹き込むことでフィルムからガスケットを剥離する。
(6)穴は例えば、φ3mmの大きさとし、5cm間隔で複数設ける。
(7)穴の作製方法としては、フィルムを突起形状に変形させ、その部分を切り取ることで穴を作製する方法や、フィルムにあらかじめ穴をあけておく方法がある。

Claims (5)
- ラバーオンリータイプのガスケット本体と、前記ガスケット本体を非接着状態で保持する樹脂フィルムよりなるキャリアシートとの組み合わせよりなり、
前記キャリアシートから前記ガスケット本体を取り外すときに前記キャリアシートおよび前記ガスケット本体間にエアを流入させるためのエア流入口を前記キャリアシートに設けたことを特徴とするガスケット。 - 請求項1記載のガスケットにおいて、
前記キャリアシートにおける前記ガスケット本体と平面上重なる部位に、前記ガスケット本体の外形形状に沿って変形した立体形状のガスケット保持部が設けられ、前記ガスケット本体はその厚み方向一部が前記ガスケット保持部に収められ、前記ガスケット保持部の底面位置に前記エア流入口が設けられていることを特徴とするガスケット。 - 請求項1記載のガスケットにおいて、
前記キャリアシートにおける前記ガスケット本体と平面上重なる部位に、前記ガスケット本体の外形形状に沿って変形した立体形状のガスケット保持部が設けられ、前記ガスケット本体はその厚み方向一部が前記ガスケット保持部に収められ、前記ガスケット本体の側面に張り出し部が設けられ、前記キャリアシートにおける前記張り出し部と平面上重なる位置に前記エア流入口が設けられていることを特徴とするガスケット。 - 請求項1乃至3の何れかに記載したガスケットにおいて、
前記ガスケット本体は、燃料電池スタックに組み込まれる燃料電池用ガスケットとして用いられることを特徴とするガスケット。 - 請求項1乃至4の何れかに記載したガスケットを製造する方法であって、
前記ガスケット本体を成形する金型のパーティング部に平面状の前記キャリアシートを挟み込んだ状態で前記金型を型締めする工程と、
前記金型で前記ガスケット本体を成形し、このとき成形材料充填圧力で前記キャリアシートの平面上一部を金型キャビティ内面に沿って変形させることにより前記ガスケット本体の外形形状に沿って変形した立体形状のガスケット保持部を成形する工程と、
前記ガスケット本体の成形後、型開きしてから、前記ガスケット本体および前記キャリアシートを同時に前記金型から取り出す工程と、を順次実施し、
前記金型で前記ガスケット本体を成形する工程で前記キャリアシートの平面上一部に中空の突起部を成形し、のちの工程で前記突起部をカットすることにより前記エア流入口を形成することを特徴とするガスケットの製造方法。
