Description
(1)型温、成形圧により金型形状に変形可能なフィルムキャリアを用いて、ゴム単体品を成形する。その際に、フィルムの一部に表面処理を施し密着度を上げることで、金型離型時のフィルムキャリアからの脱落、剥離を防止し、最後に製品供給形状に打ち抜く際に、上記の仮止め部を除去することで、フィルムキャリアからの離形が可能になるフィルムキャリア付きガスケット。
(2)成形後の製品は、常にフィルムキャリア上にあることから、取り扱い性が大幅に向上する。また、ガスケット自体のフィルムキャリアからの脱落、剥離をコントロールすることでラインの自動化を検討等も容易になる。また、フィルムキャリアを型締めすることで、パーティングラインのバリも抑制することが可能となる。
(3)事前に表面処理を実施したフィルムキャリアを成形金型に供給する。この時のキャリアの形状は切り板状でもロール状でも、事前の表面処理が可能であれば限定はしない。ガスケットとフィルムキャリアは非接着とし、金型離型時の脱落、剥離防止のための仮止め部を設ける。仮止め部に関してはフィルム上に部分的に事前の表面処理を施す。仮止め部はフィルムキャリアを製品出荷形状に打ち抜く際に除去する。ガスケット成形後に発生する各工程(二次加硫、検査等)には、フィルムキャリアをベースに取り扱う。
成形の際に事前処理として、フィルムの一部に表面処理を施し密着度を上げることで、金型離型時のフィルムキャリアからの脱落、剥離を防止する。また、仮止め部のゴムはシールリップ高さより高く設定し、ロール巻取り時にシールリップがフィルムキャリアの裏面に接触しないようにする。燃料電池スタック等への組付け時に、打ち抜くあるいはハーフカットし仮止め部を取り除くことで、フィルムからの離形が可能となる。
(5)製品をロール供給することで、成形時のラインの自動化が図れるとともに、燃料電池スタック等の組立てラインにおいても自動化が見込まれ、組立てコストの大幅な削減が図れる。また、フィルムキャリアを型締めすることで、パーティングラインのバリも抑制することが可能となる。

Claims (5)
- ラバーオンリータイプのガスケット本体と、前記ガスケット本体を非接着状態で保持する樹脂フィルムよりなるフィルムキャリアとの組み合わせよりなるガスケット成形品であって、
前記フィルムキャリアは、前記ガスケット本体を保持するガスケット保持部のほかに、前記ガスケット本体を当該フィルムキャリアに対し仮止めする表面処理による仮止め部を有し、
前記ガスケット本体は、前記仮止め部に仮止めされる被仮止め部を有することを特徴とするガスケット成形品。 - 請求項1記載のガスケット成形品において、
前記ガスケット保持部は、前記樹脂フィルムの平面上一部が前記ガスケット本体の外形形状に沿って変形した形状の立体部として設けられていることを特徴とするガスケット成形品。 - 請求項1または2記載のガスケット成形品において、
前記ガスケット本体は、燃料電池スタックに組み込まれる燃料電池用ガスケットとして用いられることを特徴とするガスケット成形品。 - 請求項1乃至3の何れかに記載したガスケット成形品を製造する方法であって、

前記仮止め部を設けた前記樹脂フィルムを金型のパーティング部に挟み込んだ状態で前記金型によりガスケット本体を成形し、このとき、成形材料充填圧力で前記樹脂フィルムの平面上一部を金型キャビティ内面に沿って変形させることにより前記樹脂フィルムに立体部を形成するとともに、前記ガスケット本体に被仮止め部を一体成形して前記被仮止め部を前記仮止め部に対し密着させる工程と、
前記ガスケット本体の成形後、型開きしてから、前記ガスケット本体および前記樹脂フィルムを同時に前記金型から取り出す工程と、を順次実施することを特徴とするガスケット成形品の製造方法。 - 請求項4記載の製造方法において、
前記樹脂フィルム乃至前記フィルムキャリアをロール供給することを特徴とするガスケット成形品の製造方法。
