Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.コア(25、25a、25b、25c、25d)、このコアの作業エッジ、及び工作 物に接触して当該工作物に切り溝を切削するため上記コアに取り付けられた複数 の切削用部材(26、28、29、34、35、41、54)を含む切削工具であって、当該複 数の切削用部材が複数群の切削用部材を含み、当該複数群の切削用部材のうちの 第一の群(28、28′、42、49)は切り溝の底の素材除去のために配列されており 、当該複数群の切削用部材のうちの第二の群は上記コアの片側にゲージ維持用と して配列されており、そして当該複数群のうちの第三の群(29、29′、44、50) は上記コアの反対側にゲージ維持用として配列されていて、当該第一の群、当該 第二の群及び当該第三の群が上記コアの上記作業エッジに沿って点在及び配分さ れている切削工具。 2.前記切削用部材の第二の群(26、26′、46、48)が、前記切り溝の前記底 と接触しそして素材の除去を助ける部分(45)を持ち、前記切削用部材の第三の 群(29、29′、44、50)が、前記切り溝の前記底と接触しそして素材の除去を助 ける部分を持つ、請求の範囲第1項記載の切削工具。 3.前記複数の切削用部材の各切削用部材が複数の硬質粒子を含み、前記複数 群の切削用部材の前記第一の群における当該硬質粒子が前記第二の群及び前記第 三の群における当該硬質粒子と異なっている、請求の範囲第1項記載の切削工具 。 4.前記第一の群における硬質粒子が前記第二及び第三の群における硬質粒子 より大きい、請求の範囲第3項記載の切削工具。 5.コア(25、25a、25b、25c、25d)、このコアの作業エッジ、及び工作 物に接触して当該工作物に切り溝を切削するため上記 コアに取り付けられた複数の切削用部材(26、28、29、34、35、41、54)を含む 切削工具であって、当該複数の切削用部材が切り溝の底に接触して当該切り溝の 深さを増加させるため上記コアの上記作業エッジに隣接した素材除去部分(28、 28′、42、49)、当該切り溝の幅を維持するための上記作業エッジに隣接し且つ 上記コアの片側の第一のゲージ維持部分(26、26′、46、48)、及び当該切り溝 の幅を維持するための上記作業エッジに隣接し且つ上記コアの反対側の第二のゲ ージ維持部分(29、29′、44、50)を有し、当該複数の切削用部材のうちの第一 の群が上記素材除去部分を持ち、当該複数の切削用部材のうちの第二の群が上記 第一のゲージ維持部分を持ち、そして当該複数の切削用部材のうちの第三の群が 上記第二のゲージ維持部分を持っており、当該切削用部材の第一の群、第二の群 及び第三の群が上記コアの上記作業エッジに沿って点在している切削工具。 6.前記第二の群の切削用部材(26、26′、46、48)が前記切り溝の底に接触 するため前記コアを取り巻いて延びる素材除去部分(45)を含み、そして前記第 三の群の切削用部材が前記切り溝の底に接触するため前記コアを取り巻いて延び る素材除去部分を含む、請求の範囲第5項記載の切削工具。 7.コア(25、25a、25b、25c、25d)、このコアの作業エッジ、及び工作 物に接触して当該工作物に切り溝を切削するための上記コアの上記作業エッジに 取り付けられた少なくとも1種の切削用部材を含む切削工具であって、上記コア は第一の側面と第二の側面を持ち、上記切削用部材は上記コアの上記第一の側面 を越えて延びる複数の第一の部分(26、26′、41、48)と上記コアの上記第二の 側面を越えて延びる複数の第二の部分(29、29′、44、50)を含み、上記切削用 部材は更に切り溝の底に接触するための素材除去部分28、 28′、42、49を含み、この素材除去部分は上記作業エッジの長さに沿い且つ上記 切り溝の幅に概して等しい全有効幅である幅を持つ切削工具。 8.前記複数の第一の部分がそれらの間に第一の通路を画定しており、前記複 数の第二の部分がそれらの間に第二通路を画定している、請求の範囲第7項記載 の切削工具。 9.前記少なくとも1種の切削用部材が互いに対し概して平行な一対の切削用 部材(82、84)からなり、そして更にこれらの対の切削用部材の間に充填材(86 )を含む、請求の範囲第8項記載の切削工具。 10.前記素材除去部分が前記有効幅をもたらすジグザグ形状を有する、請求の 範囲第7項記載の切削工具。 11.材料の除去作業を行うための工具であって、作業面を有しそしてメッシュ 材料から製作されており、複数の付形された切削用部材を含んでいて、当該付形 された切削用部材はそれらの側面で流路(80)を画定しており、上記複数の切削 用部材が隣接した流路が当該工具を通して開口(81)を画定するように集成され ている工具。 12.前記開口(81)が当該工具の前記作業面に対し概して垂直に延びている、 請求の範囲第11項記載の工具。 13.前記開口が当該工具の前記作業面に対し概して平行に延びている、請求の 範囲第11項記載の工具。 14.前記流路のうちの少なくとも一部に異質の材料が充填されている、請求の 範囲第7項記載の工具。 15.前記流路のうちの少なくとも一部に異質の材料が充填されている、請求の 範囲第11項記載の工具。
