Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 石油中間留分の大きい割合、および 無水マレイン酸、無水アルキルマレイン酸、アルケニル基中に炭素原子数1 0〜32を有する無水アルケニル琥珀酸、ジカルボン酸および対応する軽質アル キルジエステルから選ばれる少なくとも一つの脂肪族ジカルボキシル化合物と、 下記一般式(I): [式中、R1は、炭素原子数1〜32を有する一価飽和脂肪族基であり、Zは 、−NR′−基(式中、R′は、水素原子または炭素原子数1〜32を有する一 価飽和脂肪族基である)から選ばれ、nは、2〜4の整数であり、mは、1〜4 の整数である]に一致する第一アミン官能基を有する少なくとも一つの化合物と の反応から生じる、平均分子量約300〜10000の生成物からなる少なくと も一つの添加剤の、前記中間留分中に含まれるパラフィンの沈降速度を制限する のに十分な小さい割合を含む石油 中間留分組成物であって、 前記第一アミン官能基を有する化合物は、前記ジカルボキシル化合物1モル 当り0.3〜0.8モルの割合で使用され、前記反応は、120〜200℃の温 度で実施され、かつ反応の間に形成される水および/またはアルコールからなる 揮発性物質の発生が終わるまで続行されるものである、石油中間留分組成物。 2. 第一アミン官能基を有する化合物(I)は、一般式(I)(式中、Zは、 −NH−基であり、mは、1〜4の値を有し、nは、2〜4の値を有し、R1は 、炭素原子数12〜32を有する直鎖状一価飽和脂肪族基である)に対応する下 記式: の少なくとも一つのポリアミンからなる、請求項1による組成物。 3. 第一アミン官能基を有する化合物(I)は、一般式(I)[式中、Zは、 −NR2R3−基(式中、R2およびR3は、同一または異なって、各々、炭素原子 数1〜24を有するアルキル基である)であ り、nは、2〜4の値を有し、mは、1〜4の値を有する]に対応する下記式: の少なくとも一つのポリアミンからなる、請求項1による組成物。 4. ジカルボキシル化合物は、無水マレイン酸、無水メチルマレイン酸、無水 n−オクタデセニル琥珀酸および無水ドデセニル琥珀酸からなる群から選ばれる 、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項による組成物。 5. 反応は、70〜250℃の沸点を有する炭化水素溶媒中で実施され、かつ 30〜80℃の温度で、前記ジカルボキシル化合物と前記式(I)の化合物との 混合物を有し、得られた混合物の加熱は、120〜200℃の温度で1〜8時間 行なわれる、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項による組成物。 6. パラフィンを含む中間留分は、150〜450℃の蒸留範囲を有する中間 留分、好ましくは、初留点160〜190℃から終留点350〜390℃に至る 蒸留範囲を有するガスオイル留分である、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項による組 成物。 7. 前記添加剤の割合は、中間留分1トン当り20〜2000グラム(g/t) である、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項による組成物。 8. 炭化水素混合物中に含まれるパラフィンの沈降速度を減少させる方法であ って、該方法は、無水マレイン酸、無水アルキルマレイン酸、アルケニル基中に 炭素原子数10〜32を有する無水アルケニル琥珀酸、ジカルボン酸および対応 する軽質アルキルジエステルから選ばれる少なくとも一つの脂肪族ジカルボキシ ル化合物と、下記一般式(I): [式中、R1は、炭素原子数1〜32を有する一価飽和脂肪族基であり、Zは 、−NR′−基(式中、R′は、水素原子または炭素原子数1〜32を有する一 価飽和脂肪族基である)から選ばれ、nは、2〜4の整数であり、mは、1〜4 の整数である]に一致する第一アミン官能基を有する少なくとも一つの化合物と の反応から生じる、平均分子量約300〜10000の生成物からなる少なくと も一つの添加剤を、パラフィンの沈降速度を減少させるのに十 分に少ない量で該炭化水素混合物中に導入することを含み、 前記第一アミン官能基を有する化合物は、前記ジカルボキシル化合物1モル 当り0.3〜0.8モルの割合で使用され、前記反応は、120〜200℃の温 度で実施され、かつ反応の間に形成される水および/またはアルコールからなる 揮発性物質の発生が終わるまで続行されるものである、パラフィンの沈降速度を 減少させる方法。 9. 炭化水素中間留分組成物であって、炭化水素中間留分の大きい割合と、パ ラフィンの沈降速度減少用添加剤として、下記一般式(I): R1-Z[-(CH2)n-NH-]mH (式中、R1、Z、nおよびmは、請求項1におけるのと同様に定義される) の少なくとも一つの化合物の、前記組成物全体重量に対する20〜2000pp mの割合とを含む炭化水素中間留分組成物。 10. 炭化水素中間留分組成物であって、炭化水素中間留分の大きい割合と、 耐腐食用添加剤として、下記一般式(I): R1-Z[-(CH2)n-NH-]mH (式中、R1、Z、nおよびmは、請求項1におけるのと同様に定義される) の少なくとも一つの化合物の、前記組成物全体重量に対する20〜2000pp mの割合とを含む炭化水素中間留分組成物。 11. 一般式(I)の化合物は、下記二式: (式中、mは、1〜4の値を有し、nは、2〜4の値を有し、R1は、炭素原 子数12〜32を有する直鎖状一価飽和脂肪族基であり、R2およびR3は、 同一または異なって、各々、炭素原子数1〜24を有するアルキル基である)の うちの一式を有する少なくとも一つのポリアミンからなる、請求項9または10 による組成物。
