Abstract
본 발명은 중간 석유 증류물내에 함유된 파라핀의 침강 속도를 제한하기에 충분한 함량으로 대량의 석유 중간 증류물 및 소량의 첨가제를 함유하는 중간석유 증류 조성물에 관한 것이다. 상기 첨가제는 하나이상의 지방족 디카르복실 화합물 및 일반식 [Ⅰ]의 하나 이상의 1차 아민 작용성 화합물의 반응으로 생성된 생성물로 구성되며; 상기 1차 아민 작용성 화합물은 상기 디카르복실 화합물 1몰당 0.3 내지 0.8의 비율로 사용된다;
상기 식에서, R1은 1가 포화 지방족 라디칼을 나타내며; Z는 R'이 수소 원자 또는 1가 포화 지방족 라디칼인 -NR'-기에서 선택되며; n은 2 내지 4의 정수이며; m은 1 내지 4의 정수이다.

Claims (11)
- 대량의 석유중간 증류물 및, 평균 분자량이 약 300 내지 10,000이고, 말레산 무수물, 알킬말레산 무수물, 알케닐 라디칼내의 C10-C32를 포함하는 알케닐 숙신산 무수물, 디카르복실산 및 이의 상응하는 저급 알킬디에스테르에서 선택된 하나 이상의 지방족 디카르복실 화합물 및 하기 일반식 [Ⅰ]을 갖는 하나이상의 일차 아민의 반응으로 생성된 생성물로 구성된 하나이상의 첨가제를 상기 중간 증류물내에 함유된 파라핀의 침강속도를 제한하기에 충분한 소량으로 포함하고, 상기 1차 아민이 상기 디카르복실 화합물 1몰당 0.3 내지 0.8몰 비율로 사용됐고; 상기 반응이 120℃ 내지 200℃의 온도에서 실시됐고; 반응 동안에 형성된 물 및/또는 알콜로 구성된 휘발성 생성물이 모두 방출될 때까지 반응을 지속시켰던 석유 중간 증류 조성물;상기 식에서, R1은 C1-C321가 포화 지방속 라디칼을 나타내며; Z는 R'이 수소 원자 또는 C1-C321가 포화지방족 라디칼인 -NR'-기에서 선택되며; n은 2 내지 4의 정수이며; m은 1 내지 4의 정수이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하기 일반식 [Ⅰ]의 일차 아민이 일반식 [Ⅰ]에 상응하는 하기 일반식 [Ⅱ]을 갖는 하나 이상의 폴리아민으로 구성된 조성물;상기 식에서, Z는 -NH-기를 나타니며; m은 1 내지 4이며; n은 2 내지 4이며; R1은 C12-C32선형 1가 포화 지방족 라디칼을 나타낸다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 1차 아민이 Z-가 -NR2R3를 나타내는 일반식 [I]에 상응하는 하기 일반식 [Ⅲ]을 갖는 하나 이상의 폴리아민으로 구성된 조성물;상기 식에서, R2및 R3는 서로 동일하거나 다를 수 있으며, 각각 C1-C24알킬 라디칼을 나타내며, n은 2 내지 4의 수이며; m은 1 내지 4의 수이다.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 디카르복실 화합물이 말레산 무수물, 메틸말레산 무수물, n-옥타데세닐 숙신산 무수물 및 도데세닐 숙신산 무수물로 구성된 군에서 선택된 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 반응은 70℃ 내지 250℃의 끓는점을 갖는 탄화수소 용매내에서 실시하고, 상기 디카르복실 화합물을 일반식 [Ⅰ]을 갖는 상기 화합물과 30℃ 내지 80℃의 온도에서 혼합하고, 생성된 혼합물을 120℃ 내지 200℃의 온도에서 1 내지 8시간의 시간동안 가열하는 것을 포함하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 중간 증류물이 150℃ 내지 450℃의 증류 범위를 갖는 중간 증류물이며, 바람직하게 160℃ 내지 190℃의 초기 온도 내지 350℃ 내지 390℃의 최종 온도의 증류 범위를 갖는 경유 커트인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 첨가제의 비율이 중간 증류물 1톤당 20 내지 2,000g인 조성물.
- 평균 분자량이 약 300 내지 10,000이고, 말레산 무수물, 알킬말레산 무수물, 알케닐 라디칼내의 C10-C32를 포함하는 알케닐 숙신산 무수물, 디카르복실산 및 이의 상응하는 저급 알킬 디에스테르에서 선택된 하나이상의 지방족 디카르복실 화합물 및 하기 일반식 [Ⅰ]을 갖는 하나이상의 일차 아민의 반응으로 생성된 생성물로 구성된 하나이상의 첨가제를 파라핀의 침강 속도를 감소시키기에 충분한 소량으로 탄화수소 혼합물에 투입하는 것을 포함하고; 상기 1차 아민을 상기 디카르복실 화합물 1몰당 0.3 내지 0.8몰의 비율로 사용하고; 상기 반응을 120℃ 내지 200℃의 온도에서 실시하고; 반응동안에 형성된 물 및/또는 알콜로 구성된 휘발성 생성물이 모두 방출될 때까지 반응을 지속시키는 것을 포함하는 탄화수소 혼합물에 포함된 파라핀의 침강 속도를 감소시키는 방법;상기 식에서, R1은 C12-C321가 포화 지방족 라디칼을 나타내며; Z는 R'이 수소 원자 또는 C1-C321가 포화 지방족 라디칼인 -NR'기에서 선택되며; n은 2 내지 4의 정수이며; m은 1 내지 4의 정수이다.
- 대량의 석유 중간 증류물 및, 파라핀 침강 속도를 감소시키는 첨가제로서 상기 조성물 총 중량의 20 내지 2000ppm의 하기 일반식 [Ⅰ]의 하나이상의 화합물을 포함하는 탄화수소 중간 증류 조성물;상기 식에서, R1, Z, n 및 m은 제1항에서 정의된 바와 같다.
- 대량의 탄화수소 중간 증류물 및, 부식 방지 첨가제로서 상기 조성물 총중량의 20 내지 2000ppm의 하기 일반식 [Ⅰ]의 하나이상의 화합물을 포함하는 탄화수소 중간 증류 조성물;상기 식에서, R1, Z, n 및 m은 제1항에서 정의된 바와 같다.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 상기 일반식 [Ⅰ]의 화합물이 하기 일반식 [Ⅱ] 및 [Ⅲ]을 갖는 하나이상의 폴리아민으로 구성된 조성물;상기 식에서, m은 1 내지 4이며; n은 2 내지 4이며; R1은 C12-C32선형 1가 포화 지방족 라디칼이며; R2및 R3는 서로 동일하거나 다를 수 있으며, 각각 C1-C24알킬 라디칼을 나타낸다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
