Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.固体ポリマー層を製造するにあたり、 (a)移動基板を真空室に配置し、 (b)機械的液体−モノマー塗布装置を該真空室に配置し、 (c)第1の液体モノマーを脱ガスし、 (d)前記液体−モノマー塗布装置からでた該脱ガスした液体モノマーの第1 薄層を該真空室内の該移動基板上に付着し、そして (i)前記第1薄層を硬化する 各工程を含むことを特徴とする固体ポリマー層の製造方法。 2.(e)金属又は酸化物を前記固体ポリマー層上に真空蒸着する工程を更に含 むことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 3.リチウムポリマー電池を製造するにあたり、 (a)移動基板を真空室に配置し、 (b)機械的液体−モノマー塗布装置を該真空室に配置し、 (c)液体モノマーカソード物質を脱ガスし、 (d)前記液体モノマーカソード物質の薄層を該真空室内の該移動基板上に付 着し、 (e)前記モノマーカソード物質を硬化して固体カソードポリマーを形成し、 そして、 (f)モノマー電解質物質の薄層を前記カソード上に付着し硬化して固体ポリ マー電解質を形成し、続いてリチウム金属を前記電解質上に付着してアノードを 形成する 各工程を含むことを特徴とするリチウムポリマー電池の製造方法。 4.モノマーカソードの付着工程(d)の前に、 (g)モノマー絶縁物質の第1層を前記移動基板上に付着し該第1層を硬化す る工程を更に含み、且つ、 モノマーカソードの付着工程(d)の前に、 (h)カソード集電体金属を該硬化した絶縁物質の上に付着する工程を更に含 む ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第3項に記載の方法。 5.(i)アノード集電体を該アノード上に付着し、そして (j)モノマー絶縁物質の第2層を該アノード集電体上に付着して該第2層 を硬化する 各工程を更に含むことを特徴とする請求の範囲第6項に記載の方法。 6.リチウムポリマー電池を製造するにあたり、 (a)移動基板を真空室に配置し、 (b)機械的液体−モノマー塗布装置を該真空室に配置し、 (c)リチウムモノマー電解質物質を脱ガスし、 (d)リチウム金属の薄層を該移動基板上に付着してアノードを形成し、 (e)脱ガスしたモノマー電解質物質の薄層を該リチウム金属上に付着し、 (f)前記モノマー電解質物質を硬化して固体電解質ポリマーを形成し、そし て、 (g)モノマーカソード物質の薄層を前記電解質上に付着し硬化して固体ポリ マーカソードを形成する 各工程を含むことを特徴とするリチウムポリマー電池の製造方法。 7.リチウム金属の付着工程(d)の前に、 (g)モノマー絶縁物質の第1層を前記移動基板上に付着し該第1層を硬化す る工程を更に含み、且つ、 モノマーカソードの付着工程(d)の前に、 (h)アノード集電体金属を該硬化した絶縁物質の上に付着する工程を更に含 むことを特徴とする請求の範囲第6項に記載の方法。 8.(j)カソード集電体を該カソード上に付着し、そして (k)モノマー絶縁物質の第2層を該カノード集電体上に付着して該第2層を 硬化する 各工程を更に含むことを特徴とする請求の範囲第7項に記載の方法。 9.エレクトロクロミックデバイスを製造するにあたり、 (a)移動基板を真空室に配置し、 (b)機械的液体−モノマー塗布装置を該真空室に配置し、 (c)液体モノマー電解質物質を脱ガスし、 (d)導電性酸化物の第1層を該移動基板上付着し、 (e)エレクトロクロミック酸化物の第1層を該導電性酸化物の第1層に付 着し、 (f)該リチウムモノマー電解質物質を該エレクトロクロミック酸化物の第 1層上に付着し、 (g)該液体モノマー電解質を硬化して固体ポリマー電解質とし、 (h)エレクトロクロミック酸化物の第2層をポリマー固体電解質に付着し 、そして、 (i)導電性酸化物の第2層を該エレクトロクロミック酸化物の第2層上に 付着する 各工程を含むことを特徴とするエレクトロクロミックデバイスの製造方法。 10.ポリマー固体層の製造装置であって、 (a)移動基板、 (b)前記移動基板の周囲に真空をつくる手段、 (c)該液体モノーを脱ガスする手段、 (d)脱ガスした液体モノマーの第1薄層を前記移動基板上に付着し、続い て前記液体モノマーを硬化して固体ポリマーの第1層を形成する手段、を含むこ とを特徴とするポリマー固体層の製造装置。 11.(e)金属を真空蒸着する手段、酸化物を付着する手段、又は、脱ガスし た液体モノマーの層を更に付着する手段及び該脱ガスした液体モノマーを硬化す る手段を追加的に含むことを特徴とする請求の範囲第10項に記載の装置。 12.前記付着手段は機械的液体モノマー塗布装置であることを特徴とする請求 の範囲第10項に記載の装置。 13.前記機械的液体モノマー塗布装置は、ロールコースター、巻線ロッド、ド クタイーブレードコースター及びスロットダイコースターからなる群から選択さ れたものであることを特徴とする請求の範囲第12項に記載の装置。
