Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.下記DNAの配列: 【配列があります (配列番号:1) (配列中、N2−N9が一緒になって配列【配列があります】または【配列があ ります】を形成しない場合を除いて、N1−N9は各々A,T,CまたはGであ る)または上記配列の機能的同族体に含有されているバシラス属菌株のプロモー ター。 2.N1がCまたはTである請求の範囲第1項記載のプロモータ3.N7がA, GまたはCである請求の範囲第1項記載のプロモーター。 4.N1がCでN7がAである請求の範囲第1項記載のプロモーター。 5.N2−N9が一緒になって配列【配列があります】を形成する請求の範囲第 1項記載のプロモーター。 G.N1がCである請求の範囲第5項記載のプロモーター。 7.下記配列: 【配列があります】 (配列番号:2) (配列中、N1−N9は上記の意味を有する)に含有されている請求の範囲第1 項記載のプロモーター。 8.バシラス・リヘニフォルミスの遺伝子から誘導され、特にバシラス・リヘニ フォルミスα−アミラーゼのプロモーターの変異体である請求の範囲第1〜7項 のいずれか一つに記載のプロモーター。 9.請求の範囲第1〜8項のいずれか一つに記載のプロモーター配列が先行して いる注目のタンパク質をコードするDNA配列を含んでなるDNA構造体。 10.注目のタンパク質が、α−アミラーゼ、シクロデキストリングリニユシル トランスフェラーゼまたはプロテアーゼのような酵素である請求の範囲第9項記 載のDNA構造体。 11.さらに、シグナルペプチドをコードするDNA配列を含有する請求の範囲 第9項または10項に記載のDNA構造体。 12.シグナルペプチドが、B・リヘニフォルミスα−アミラーゼのシグナルペ プチドである請求の範囲第11項記載のDNA構造体。 13.請求の範囲第9〜12項のいずれか一つに記載のDNA構造体を含有する 組換え発現ベクター。 14.請求の範囲第9〜12項のいずれか一つに記載のDNA構造体、または請 求の範囲第13項に記載のベクターで形質転換された宿主細胞。 15.バシラス属の菌株、特にバシラス・リヘニフォルミス、バシラス・レンタ ス、バシラス・ブレビス、バシラス・ステアロサーモフィラス、バシラス・アル カロフィラス、バシラス・アミロリケファシエンス、バシラス・コアギュランス 、バシラス・スリンジエンシスまたはバシラス・サチリスの菌株である請求の範 囲第14項記載の宿主細胞。 16.バシラス属の菌株内でタンパク質を産生させる方法であって;請求の範囲 第9〜12項のいずれか一つに記載のDNA構造体または請求の範囲第13項に 記載のベクターで形質転換されたバシラス属菌株の宿主細胞を、前記タンパク質 を産生させる条件下で培養し、得られたタンパク質を培養物から回収することか らなる方法。
