Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は壁板用の雇いざね組立体に関するものであり、
詳しくいえば壁板の突合わせ接合に特殊な美的外観を与
えるように意図されている織物で覆われた装飾的雇いざ
ねに関するものである。
〔従来の技術〕
米国特許第2,942,704号は、天井システムに用いる野縁
を示す。米国特許第3,000,474号はもう一つの雇いざね
構造の開示である。
米国特許第1,312,056号は板の継ぎ目に設けられている
球根状の形をした突合わせ継手を示している。
〔発明が解決しようとする問題点〕
少なくとも２枚の壁板と共に用い、かつ装飾効果を有す
る雇いざねを提供することである。
〔問題点を解決するための手段〕
本発明は、垂直ウエブ部材とその垂直ウエブ部材から垂
直に伸びる水平フランジとを有する雇いざね組立体に向
けられている。少なくとも１組の水平フランジが垂直ウ
エブの中央領域で垂直ウエブから伸び、雇いざねが間に
入る２枚の壁板の中ほどにある切れ目または溝に係合す
る。他の水平フランジが雇いざねの基部から伸びて、そ
の雇いざねを壁構造に取付けできるようにする。雇いざ
ねの上端は、織物で覆われ２枚の隣接壁板の突合わせ縁
の間に装飾的効果を形成する織物で覆われた電球状構造
を形成する。
〔実施例〕
雇いざね組立体２が少なくとも２枚の壁板構造22及び24
と共に用いるために用いられる。第１図に示したような
雇いざね組立体は、垂直ウエブ４を備えている。水平な
長いフランジ６及び８がウエブ部材の基部の両側に等し
い距離直角に伸びている。水平な短いフランジ10及び12
が垂直ウエブの中点の付近において、ウエブ部材の両側
に等しい距離直角に伸びている。織物材料14が短いフラ
ンジから長いフランジを有するウエブの端と反対のウエ
ブの端までにわたる領域において垂直ウエブの両側面16
及び18と端20を覆つている。垂直ウエブの織物材で覆わ
れた部分は、垂直ウエブの端20において半円形の断面を
形成して拡大されている。
次に第２図を参照すると、前面26、後面28及び少なくと
も一つの側面30を有する２枚の壁板構造体22及び24がそ
れらの側面を隣接してわずかに間隔をあけた関係でかつ
それらの背面を構造壁32に押付けて取付けられている。
壁板の前面は、織物材27で覆われている。雇いざね組立
体は、２枚の壁板の側面30の間に置かれて、雇いざね組
立体の一端だけが壁板の間の空間に見えるようにして壁
板の側面の間の空間を満たしている。雇いざねの見える
部分は、雇いざねの織物で覆われた部分である。雇いざ
ねの半円形断面は、見ることができ、それは雇いざね組
立体が２枚の壁板の間の継手を形成して、隣接する２枚
の壁板の間に半円形ビードの外観を与えるように織物材
で覆われている。壁板は、その隣接した側面に溝34及び
36が壁板の隣接側面の中央領域に切られており、短いフ
ランジ10及び12がこれらの溝に挿入されて、雇いざね組
立体は、壁板を互いに対して所定の位置に保持する。長
いフランジは、釘などの手段33によつて構造壁に固定さ
れるので、雇いざねは、壁板を構造壁32に対して保持す
る。
本発明の雇いざね組立体は織物で覆われるかまたは織物
を巻かれた端末細部構造に限られない。２枚の壁板の間
にビードを形成する雇いざねの装飾された露出端は、ビ
ニールラップ、毛くず入り覆いまたはペンキ塗り表面で
装飾されてもよい。装飾的カバーのある型式のものが壁
板カバーに調和するかまたは目立たせるように設けられ
る。

第１図は本発明の雇いざねの斜視図、 第２図は２枚の隣接壁板の間の所定の位置に取付けられ
た雇いざね組立体の単面図である。

Claims (6)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】（ａ）垂直ウェブ部材と、 （ｂ）前記ウェブ部材の基部の両側に等しい距離だけ直
    角に伸びる水平な長いフランジと、 （ｃ）前記垂直ウェブ部材の中点近くで前記ウェブ部材
    の両側から等しい距離だけ直角に伸びる水平な短いフラ
    ンジと、 （ｄ）前記短いフランジから前記長いフランジを有する
    ウェブ部材の端と反対側のウェブ部材の端までの領域内
    に垂直ウェブ部材の両側面と端を覆う織物材とを備えて
    おり、少なくとも２枚の壁板構造と共に用いる雇いざね
    組立体。
  2. 【請求項２】前記垂直ウェブの織物材で覆われた部分
    は、該垂直ウェブ部材の端を半円形の断面にして巾を広
    げられている特許請求の範囲第１項に記載の雇いざね組
    立体。
  3. 【請求項３】垂直ウェブ部材と、前記ウェブ部材の基部
    の両側に等しい距離だけ直角に伸びる水平な長いフラン
    ジと、前記垂直ウェブ部材の中点近くで前記ウェブ部材
    の両側から等しい距離だけ直角に伸びる水平な短いフラ
    ンジと、前記短いフランジから前記長いフランジを有す
    るウェブ部材の端と反対側のウェブ部材の端までの領域
    内に垂直ウェブ部材の両側面と端を覆う織物材とを備え
    た雇いざね組立体を用いて、 前面と少なくとも一つの側面とを織物材で覆われ、背面
    が構造壁に押しつけられる壁板を構造壁に取付ける壁板
    継手構造において、 ２枚の前記壁板を前記織物で覆われた側面を向かい合わ
    せてわずかに間隔を離した関係で構造壁に押しつけて取
    付け、 前記雇いざね組立体の織物で覆われた部分を前記壁板の
    側面の間に配設して、前記雇いざね組立体の一端だけが
    ２枚の壁板の間の空間に見えるように前記２枚の壁板の
    側面の間の空間を満たし、 前記雇いざね組立体の織物材料で覆われた可視端が半円
    形の断面を有し、それによって隣り合った壁板の間に半
    円形ビードの外観を与えるようにして、前記雇いざね組
    立体が２枚の壁板の間の継手を形成している壁板継手構
    造。
  4. 【請求項４】前記雇いざね組立体の前記水平な長いフラ
    ンジが構造壁と前記壁板の背面との間に入れられ、前記
    フランジを貫通する固定手段によって構造壁に固定さ
    れ、それによって前記雇いざね組立体が２枚の壁板の間
    の継手を形成する特許請求の範囲第３項に記載の壁板継
    手構造。
  5. 【請求項５】前記２枚の壁板が隣接した側面の中央領域
    に溝を有し、前記雇いざね組立体の前記短いフランジが
    前記壁板の溝の中に挿入され、それによって前記雇いざ
    ね組立体が前記壁板を壁構造に対して所定の位置に保持
    する特許請求の範囲第４項に記載の壁板継手構造。
  6. 【請求項６】（ａ）垂直ウェブ部材と、 （ｂ）前記ウェブ部材の基部の両側に等しい距離だけ直
    角に伸びる水平な長いフランジと、 （ｃ）前記垂直ウェブ部材の中点近くで前記ウェブ部材
    の両側から等しい距離だけ直角に伸びる水平な短いフラ
    ンジと、 （ｄ）前記短いフランジから前記長いフランジを有する
    ウェブ部材の端と反対側のウェブ部材の端までの領域内
    に垂直ウェブ部材の両側面と端を覆う装飾物とを備えて
    おり、少なくとも２枚の壁板構造と共に用いる雇いざね
    組立体。
