Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は壁板用の雇いざね構造に関するものでおり、詳
しくいえば壁板の突合わせ接合に特殊な美的外観を与え
るように意図されている織物で覆われた装飾的雇いざね
に関するものである。
〔従来の技術〕
米国特許第２．９１１２．ｒ　０４号は、天井システム
に用いる野縁を示す。米国特許第３．　ＯＯ０，４７’
４号はもう一つの雇いざね構造の開示である。
米国特許第１，３１２，０５６号は板の継ぎ目に設けら
れている琢根状の形をした突合わせ継手を示している。
〔発明が解決しようとする問題点〕
少なくとも２枚の壁板と共に用い、かつ装飾効果を有す
る雇いざねを提供することである。
０間頭点を解決するための手段〕 本発明は、垂直ウェブ部材とその垂直ウェブ部材から垂
直に伸びる水平フランジとを有する雇いざね構造に向け
られている。少なくとも１組の水平フランジが垂直ウェ
ブの中央領域で垂直ウェブから伸び、雇いざねが間に入
る２枚の壁板の中はどにある切れ目または溝に係合する
。他の水平フランジが雇いざねの基部から伸びて、その
雇いざねを壁構造に取付けできるようにする。雇いざね
の上端は、織物で傍われ２枚の隣接壁板の突合わせ縁の
間に装飾的効果を形成する織物で葎われた電球状構造を
形成する。
〔実旌例〕
雇いざね構造２が少なくとも２枚の壁板構造２２及び２
４と共に用いるために用いられる。第１因に示したよう
な雇いざね構造は、垂直ウェブ４を備えている。水平な
長いフランジ６及び８がウェブ部材の基部の両側に等し
い距離直角に伸びている。水平な短いフランジ１０及び
１２が垂直ウェブの中点の付近において、ウェブ部材の
両側に等しい距離直角に伸びている。織物材料１４が短
いフランジから長いフランジを有するウェブの端と反対
のウェブの端までにわたる領域において垂直ウェブの両
臀面１６及び１８と端２０を機っている。画厘ウェブの
織物材で覆われた部分は、垂直ウェブの端２０において
半円形の断面を形成して拡大されている。
次に第２図を参照すると、前面２６．後面２８及び少な
くとも一つの側面５０を有する２枚の壁板構造体２２及
び２４がそれらの側面を隣接してわずかに間隔をおけた
関係でかつそれらの背面を構造壁５２に押付けて取付け
られている。壁板の前面は、織物材２７で種われている
。雇いざね構造は、２枚の壁板の側面５０の間に置かれ
て、雇いざね構造の一端だけが壁板の間の空間に見える
ようにして壁板の側面の間の空間を満たしている。
雇いざねの見える部分は、雇いざねの織物で積われた部
分である。雇いざねの半円形断面は、見ることができ、
それは雇いざね構造が２枚の壁板の間の継手を形成して
、隣接する２枚の壁板の間に半円形ビードの外観を与え
るように織物材で葎われている。壁板は、その隣接した
側面に溝う４及び５６が壁板の隣接側１面の中央佃域に
切られており、短いフランジ１０及び１２がこれらの溝
に挿入されて、雇いざね構造は、壁板を互いに対して所
定の位置に保持する。長いフランジは、釘などの手段５
３によって構造壁に固定されるので、雇いざねは、壁板
を構造壁５２に対して保持する。
本発明の雇いざね組立体は織物で覆われるかまたは織物
を巻かれた端末細部構造に限られない。
２枚の壁板の間てビートを形成する雇いざねの装飾され
た露出端は、ビニールラップ、毛ぐず入り株いまｆｃｉ
ｌ−ｊ′ペンキ塗り表面で装飾されてもよい。
装飾的カバーのある形式のものが壁板カバーに調和する
かまたは目立たせるように設けられる。

第１図は本発明の雇いざねの斜視図。 第２図は２枚の隣接壁板の間の所定の位置に取付けられ
た雇いざね構造の単面図である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １、（ａ）垂直ウェブ部材と、 （ｂ）前記ウェブ部材の基部の両側に等しい距離だけ直
    角に伸びる水平な長いフランジと、（ｃ）前記垂直ウェ
    ブの中点近くで前記ウェブ部材の両側から等しい距離直
    角に伸びる水平な短いフランジと、 （ｄ）前記短いフランジから前記長いフランジを有する
    ウェブの端と反対側のウェブの端までの領域内に垂直ウ
    ェブの両側面と端を覆う織物材とを備えた少なくとも２
    枚の壁板構造と共に用いる雇いざね組立体。 ２、織物材で覆われた前記垂直ウェブの部分が前半円形
    断面を前記垂直ウェブ部材の端に形成されて拡大されて
    いる特許請求の範囲第１項に記載の雇いざね構造。 ３、（ａ）前面と後面と少なくとも一つの側面をもつた
    ２枚の壁板構造体がそれらの側面を隣接してわずかに間
    隔を離した関係で、しかも壁板の後面を構造壁に押付け
    て置かれ、前記壁板の前面が織物材で覆われ、 （ｂ）雇いざね構造が前記壁板の側面の間に置かれて前
    記雇いざね構造の片方の端だけが２枚の壁板の間の空間
    に見えるようにして前記２枚の壁板の側面の間の空間を
    満たし、 （ｃ）前記雇いざね構造がそれの可視端に形成された半
    円形の断面を有し、前記半円形断面が織物材料で覆われ
    、それによつて前記雇いざね構造が２枚の壁板の間の継
    手を形成し、隣り合つた壁板の間の半円形ビードの外観
    を与えるようになつている壁板継手構造。 ４、前記雇いざね構造が （ａ）垂直ウェブ部材と、 （ｂ）前記ウェブ部材の基部の両側に等しい距離だけ伸
    び、構造壁と前記壁板の後面との間に入れられる水平な
    長いフランジと、前記フランジを貫通して前記フランジ
    を構造壁に固定する手段と、 （ｃ）ウェブの中間領域から長いフランジを有するウェ
    ブの端と反対のウェブの端に至る領域内に垂直ウェブの
    両側面と両端を覆う織物材とを備えそれによつて雇いざ
    ね構造が２枚の壁板の間に継手を形成する特許請求の範
    囲第３項に記載の壁板継手構造。 ５、雇いざね構造が 前記垂直ウェブの中点の近くで前記ウェブ 部材の両側に等しい距離だけ直角に伸びる水平な短いフ
    ランジを備え、前記壁板がその隣接した側面の中央領域
    に溝を有し、前記短いフランジがその溝の中に挿入され
    、それによつて雇いざね構造が壁板を構造壁に対して所
    定の位置に保持する特許請求の範囲第４項に記載の壁板
    継手構造。 ６、（ａ）垂直ウェブ部材と、 （ｂ）前記ウェブ部材の基部の両側に等しい距離だけ直
    角に伸びる水平な長いフランジと、（ｃ）前記垂直ウェ
    ブの中点の近くで前記ウェブ部材の両側に等しい距離だ
    け直角に随意に伸びる水平な短いフランジと、 （ｂ）前記中点から前記長いフランジを有するウェブの
    端と反対のウェブの端までの領域において垂直ウェブの
    両側面と端とを覆う装飾物とを備える少なくとも２枚の
    壁板構造と共に用いる雇いざね構造。
