Claims (10)
- 1.下方に位置決めされた流動化床反応器のディストリビュータを横切って結晶 化しようとする物質に過飽和された溶液を上昇循環させることによって発生され る流動化結晶床内て無機物質を結晶化するための方法てあって、結晶化による母 液を床出口に集め、過飽和して上記過飽和溶液を再構成する、無機物質を結晶化 するための方法において、 母液を集める前に過飽和溶液の画分をディストリビュータの上流で取出し、ディ ストリビュータの下流の箇所で再循環させることを特徴とする方法。
- 2.過飽和溶液の画分を床の中へ再循環させることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第 1項に記載の方法。
- 3.過飽和溶液の画分を、脱過飽和した後、床の下流で母液の中へ再循環させる ことを特徴とする、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。
- 4.過飽和溶液の画分の取り出しが結晶化の位置であることを特徴とする、請求 の範囲第1項乃至第3項のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 5.過飽和溶液の画分の流速はディストリビュータを通る過飽和溶液の流速の1 %〜10%であることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第1項乃至第4項のいずれか1 つに記載の方法。
- 6.過飽和溶液に画分の取出しおよび再循環のために、この画分をディストリビ ュータを通る少なくとも1つの管内を循環させることを特徴とする、請求の範囲 第1項乃至第5項のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 7.塩化ナトリウムの結晶床および過飽和塩化ナトリウム水溶液を使用すること を特徴とする、請求の範囲第1項乃至第6項のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 8.垂直な管状外筒(1)と、該垂直外筒内に軸線方向に配置され、その底部( 16)て終わっており、かくして外筒(1)内に環状室(2、3)を構成する垂 直管(4)と、該管(4)の上端に連結されていて、結晶化しようとする物質に 過飽和された溶液を供給するための装置(7)と、環状室内の流動化床反応器用 のディストリビュータ(12)とを備え、環状室がディストリビュータにより過 飽和溶液用の底部入口室(3)と、流動化床反応器を構成する頂部結晶化室(3 )とに分割されており、また、結晶化からの母液用の取出し管路(9)を備えて おり、該管路が結晶化室(2)を供給装置(7)に連結している、請求の範囲第 1項乃至第7項のいずれか1つに記載の方法により無機物質を結晶化するための 装置において、 底部入口室(3)を頂部結晶化室(2)に連結する少なくとも1つの管(22) を更に備えていることを特徴とする装置。
- 9.管(22)は環状室(2、3)の内部に配置されており、ディストリビュー タ(12)を通っていることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第8項に記載の装置。
- 10.管(22)の下端部は底部入口室(3)においてテーパになっている管状 外筒(1)の壁部に位置決めされており、管(22)の上端部は流動化床(14 )の頂液位(21)の下方で結晶化室(2)の中へ通じていることを特徴とする 、請求の範囲第9項に記載の装置。
