Abstract
Description
Claims (11)
- 1.少くとも1つの排出ユニット(6,6a)を備えた媒体用排出装置において 、それがマニュアルストローク動作又はそれに類するものによって少くとも1つ のバッチの排出を行うように構成されていることを特徴とする媒体用排出装置。
- 2.ポンプ可能な媒体のために排出ユニットとしてマニュアルストローク動作に よって駆動される少くとも1つのポンプ(6,6a)を設けて、排出ストローク を実行しかつ連続する排出サイクルの1つで連続する排出バッチを排出するよう に機能させ、とくに次に続く排出サイクルのロックシステムの解放のためにマニ ュアル動作可能なシーケンス制御手段(10,10a)を設け、好ましくはその シーケンス制御手段が2つの装置部分のストローク連動から互いに独立した別個 の相対運動によって作動されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項の排出装置。
- 3.排出ユニット(6,6a)が特定のマニュアルストローク動作によって解放 スタート位置から排出ストロークを含む排出サイクルにわたってさらに別のスタ ート位置まで移動され、その別のスタート位置において次のマニュアルストロー ク運動のためにブロックされ、次の各排出サイクルのマニュアルストローク運動 の解放のためにシーケンス制御手段(10,10a)が特定の排出バッチの容量 とは独立して段階状にインデックスできるようになっており、好ましくは次の各 排出サイクルのマニュアル解放のためにかつストローク運動の実行のために共通 のハンドル(42,44)を設けて、ストローク運動と直角の方向に次の排出サ イクルの解放のために作動する構成にしたことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項又 は第2項の排出装置。
- 4.吸引開口から自由な少くとも1つのポンプシリンダ(7,7a)を有するシ リンダ装置(5)を設け、かつ、ポンプピストン(9,9a)に出口開口(14 ,14a)にライン接続可能なポンプ室(12,12a)を形成し、シリンダ装 置は実質的に排出装置の全媒体貯蔵部を形成し、好ましくは少くとも1つのポン プシリンダ(7,7a)がポンプピストン(9,9a)に面するベースに閉成さ れるか又は一片の貯蔵容器として構成されており、出口チャンネル(15,15 a)がポンプピストン(9,9a)を横切っており、とくに特定のポンプシリン ダ(7,7a)がそのジャケットに閉成可能に係合するハンドル(41,43又 は41a,43a)の設置サポート(23,23a)内に装入される前記請求の 範囲のいずれか1項に記載の排出装置。
- 5.2つのキャップ状のテレスコープ式交換可能ハンドル(41,42又は41 a,42a)がシーケンス制御手段(10,10a)の複数工程によって互いに 回転可能であり、好ましくはそれらの面する周面間にロック部材(45,47又 は45a,47a)を有することを特徴とする前記請求の範囲のいずれか1項の 排出装置。
- 6.少くとも1つのポンプシリンダ(7)がシーケンス制御手段(10)の回転 軸(21)に偏心して配置されていて、とくに必要に応じてポンプシリンダ(7 )によって作動可能な複数のポンプ(6)を有するリングを回転軸に等軸に設け 、好ましくは複数のポンプシリンダ(7)が必要に応じて同一の排出開口(14 )に接続可能で、ポンプシリンダ(7)に対してシーケンス制御手段(10)に 可動に設置し、及び/又はプランジャー(11)を横切る出口チャンネル(15 )の端部に配装されていることを特徴とする前記請求の範囲のいずれか1項に記 載の排出装置。
- 7.少くとも1つのポンプピストン(9)が1つのスタート位置においてプラン ジャー(11)の少くとも部分から離れており、とくにプランジャー(11)と は別に関連するポンプシリンダ(7)で標準コンポーネントを形成し、かつ、好 ましくはポンプピストン(9)に関して軸(20)に直角にプランジャー(11 )を配向でき、及び/又は前記軸(20)とほぼ平行にポンプピストン(9)に 結合できる前記請求の範囲のいずれか1項の排出装置。
- 8.1つのスタート位置において少くとも1つのポンプ室(12,12a)は一 方の排出側で完全に緊密に閉成され、とくにポンプストロークのほぼスタート時 にプランジャー(11)でポンプピストン(9)の通路開口(16)を開くため の閉成体(17)を設け、この閉成体(17)が好ましくは閉成ダイアフラムの 形になっていて破壊によって開放され、ポンプピストン(9)に標準コンポーネ ントを形成するか、あるいは全体的にポンプピストン(9)内に設置し、かつ、 好ましくはプランジャー(11)が突起(37)、とくに出口チャンネル(15 )の横切った閉成体(17)のための貫通突起を有し、それがポンプピストン( 9)の通路開口(16)の閉成に適用され、ポンプピストン(9)への接続のた めの差込み部材を形成している前記請求の範囲のいずれか1項に記載の排出装置 。
- 9.シーケンス制御手段(10,10a)がラチェット(40)とくにロック部 材(45,47)を有し、一方向において作動を自由化し、他方向においてブロ ック化し、それらを少くとも1つの係止カムとそれに係合する少くとも1つの矢 じり状係止突起で形成し、及び/又はリング部分のある一方のハンドル(41, 43)が他方のハンドル(42,44)の環状スペース(29)に係合し、とく にこれらのハンドルは環状スペース(29)の内周近くで互いに案内され、及び /又は他方の周囲近くに係止部材(45,47)及び/又はラチェット(40) を設け、好ましくはポンプシリンダ(7)のための設置サポート(23)のリン グを形成するリング部分が自由にプランジャー(11)の環状スペース(29) 内に突き出ており、また、環状スペース(29)の内周に戻りスプリングを設け て、ハンドルの対向端壁(26,33)に支持することを特徴とする前記請求の 範囲のいずれか1項に記載の排出装置。
- 10.単に1つのポンプシリンダ(7a)を設け、ポンプシリンダ(7a)内に いくつかのストローク部分で段階状にシーケンス制御手段(10a)の複数の段 階状停止部(51)を越えてスライドでき、好ましくは複数の停止部(51)が ハンドル(42a,44a)の全内周にわたって配分されていることを特徴とす る前記請求の範囲のいずれか1項の排出装置。
- 11.排出バッチ量を決める手段を設け、好ましくは、この目的のためにシーケ ンス制御手段(10,10a)を設けたことを特徴とする前記請求の範囲のいず れか1項に記載の排出装置。
