Abstract
Description
Claims (29)
- 1.液体サンプル中の少なくとも1成分の濃度を検出するために読み取り器に挿 入されるように造られた使い捨て検出装置であって、 ハウジング、 ハウジング内のセンサ領域に置かれた少なくとも一つのセンサ、 測定の前にセンサと非接触状態にあるサンプルを保持するための、ハウジング内 のサンプル保持手段、サンプルをサンプル保持手段に引き込むためのオリフィス を有するハウジング内のサンプル収集手段、サンプル保持手段とセンサを連結す るサンプル配管、及び サンプルをサンプル配管を通して計測のためにセンサに接触させるように自動的 に移動させ、読み取り器の制御の下でサンプルを自動的に移動させるサンプル移 動手段、 よりなる使い捨て検出装置。
- 2.少なくとも一つのサンプル保持手段及びサンプル配管が乾式試薬を有する請 求の範囲第1項の使い捨て検出装置。
- 3.センサ領域が乾式試薬を有する請求の範囲第1項の使い捨て検出装置。
- 4.センサと非接触状態にある液体試薬を保持するハウジング内の一つの室、及 び その室とセンサを連結する液体試薬配管とをさらに有する請求の範囲第1項の使 い捨て検出装置。
- 5.液体試薬配管が乾式試薬を有する請求の範囲第4項の使い捨て検出装置。
- 6.液体試薬を保持するため前記室内の密封された変形可能な液体試薬袋、及び 液体試薬を袋から放出するための破裂手段をさらに有する請求の範囲第4項の使 い捨て検出装置。
- 7.液体試薬を液体試薬配管を通ってセンサに接触させるように移動させるため に袋を変形させるための変形手段をさらに有する請求の範囲第6項の使い捨て検 出装置。
- 8.破裂手段が前記室内のピンを有する請求の範囲第6項の使い捨て検出装置。
- 9.破裂手段が前記袋内に貫通ポイントを有する請求の範囲第6項の使いすて検 出装置。
- 10.前記袋が金属−プラスチック薄層から造られ、熱シールされたフオイルパ ックである請求の範囲第6項の使い捨て検出装置。
- 11.前記袋が圧縮空気タイヤ伏に形成された請求の範囲第10項の使い捨て検 出装置。
- 12.前記袋が機械的に形成された請求の範囲第11項の使い捨て検出装置。
- 13.前記装置が読み取り器に挿入されると破裂手段が自動的に作動し液体試薬 を袋から放出する請求の範囲第6項の使い捨て検出装置。
- 14.破裂手段の作動後に変形手段が読み取り器によって作動せられる請求の範 囲第7項の使い捨て検出装置。
- 15.センサが電気化学センサである請求の範囲第1項の使い捨て検出装置。
- 16.電気化学センサが薄膜チップ装置である請求の範囲第15項の使い捨て検 出装置。
- 17.サンプル移動手段が、サンプル保持手段と連結しているハウジング内の空 気袋、及び流体がサンプル収集手段を通って散逸するのを防ぐ密封手段を有する 請求の範囲第1項の使い捨て検出装置。
- 18.ハウジングが柔軟性薄膜で結合された第1及び第2の部材からなる請求の 範囲第17項の使い捨て検出装置。
- 19.空気袋が柔軟性薄膜で囲まれたハウジング内の室により形成される請求の 範囲第18項の使い捨て検出装置。
- 20.センサが読み取り器との接続のために電気接点を有し、また、電気接点を 装置内の流体に接触することを防止する柔軟性薄膜を有する請求の範囲第18項 の使い捨て検出装置。
- 21.密封手段がスクリューオンキャップを有する請求の範囲第17項の使い捨 て検出装置。
- 22.密封手段が蝶番されたスナップオンキャップを有する請求の範囲第17項 の使い捨て検出装置。
- 23.サンプル収集手段及びサンプル保持手段が毛細管を有する請求の範囲第1 項の使い捨て検出装置。
- 24.毛細管がハウジング内に埋設されたガラス毛細管である請求の範囲第23 項の使い捨て検出装置。
- 25.液体サンプル中の少なくとも1種の濃度を検出するために読み取り器に挿 入されるように造られた使い捨て検出装置であって、 ハウジング、 ハウジング内のセンサ領域に置かれた少なくとも一つのセンサ、 センサと非接触状態にある液体試薬を保持するためのハウジング内の室、 その室とセンサを連結するための液体試薬配管、液体試薬を室から液体試薬配管 を通ってセンサへ移動させるために読み取り器の制御下にある液体試薬移動手段 、 測定の前にセンサと非接触状体でサンプルを保持するためのハウジング内のサン プル保持手段、サンプルをサンプル保持手段に引き込むためのオリフィスを有す るハウジング内のサンプル収集手段、サンプル保持手段とセンサを連結するサン プル管、及び サンプルをサンプル配管を通して計測のためにセンサに接触させるためのサンプ ル移動手段、よりなる使い捨て検出装置。
- 26.サンプル移動手段は読み取り器の制御下で作動する請求の範囲第25項の 使い捨て検出装置。
- 27.液体試薬はセンサ用の較正材である請求の範囲第26項の使い捨て検出装 置。
- 28.センサからのオーバーフロー流体を収納する換気可能な室をさらに有する 請求の範囲第25項の使い捨て検出装置。
- 29.液体試薬移動手段の制御のために読み取り器に情報を与えるべく、センサ ヘの液体の到達を検出するための流体検出手段をさらに有する請求の範囲第22 項の使い捨て検出装置。
