Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.例えば音響強度に対して抵抗力の制限されている物体のドップラースペクト ルを選択的に画像表示するための、および/または評価するための超音波方法に おいて、 超音波を照射されるべき検査領域の中にに、入射される超音波によって該検査領 域に非線形の振動を発生させる物質を入れるようにし、 さらに音響的に著しく減衰されかつ電気的に整合された広帯域の超音波変換器を 、検査領域に超音波を照射するために励振するようにし、 この場合、前記超音波変換器は、個別にあるいは群ごとにまとめられて制御可能 な、1つまたは複数個の変換素子を有しており、 さらに前記超音波変換器は、励振周波数のほかに少なくとも該励振周波数(fo )のα/2倍および/またはα/3倍および/またはα/4倍を含む周波数帯に 応動するようにし、この場合、αは整数であり、 さらに前記音響変換器により受信される、検査領域において反射したまたは該検 査領域で後方散乱した超音波信号から、励振周波数、および/または該励振周波 数のα/2倍、α/3倍、α/4倍のうちの少なくとも1つを評価するようにし たことを特徴とする超音波方法。 2.例えば音響強度に対して抵抗力の制限されている物体のドップラースペクト ルを選択的に画像表示するための、および/または評価するための超音波方法に おいて、 超音波を照射されるべき検査領域に、人射される超音波によって該検査領域に非 線形の振動を発生させる物質を入れるようにし、 さらに音響的に著しく減衰されかつ電気的に整合された広帯域の超音波変換器を 、2つの高周波のパーストにより励振するようにし、 この場合、前記超音波変換器は、個別にあるいは群ごとにまとめられて制御可能 な1つまたは複数個の変換素子を有しており、 さらに前記高周波のパーストの各励振周波数を互いに異ならせ、かつ動作範囲の 上側遮断周波数の半分よりも小さくなるようにし、 さらに超音波変換器により受信される、検査領域において反射したまたは該検査 領域で後方散乱した超音波信号から、両方の励振周波数の信号の組み合わせを、 例えばそれら励振周波数の和周波数を評価するようにしたことを特徴とする超音 波方法。 3.前記物質が非線形の振動を生じさせる散乱物体を含むようにした、請求項1 または2記載の超音波方法。 4.前記物質が、溶剤、乳剤または懸濁液の形態の超音波コントラスト媒質であ るようにした、請求項1または2記載の超音波方法。 5.前記物質が、微小気泡または微小気泡を生成する媒質であるようにした、請 求項1または2または4記載の超音波方法。 6.乾燥物質の10の−3乗重量%〜30重量%の濃度を有する微小気泡懸濁液 を懸濁媒質内に入れるようにした、請求項4または5記載の超音波方法。 7.超音波変換器を少なくとも1つの関数発生器により励振するようにし、この 場合、該関数発生器は、振幅が可調整の0.3MHz〜22MHz、有利には1 MHz〜11MHzの範囲内で励振周波数(fo)を調節可能な高周波のパース トを、0.5〜20のサイクルで、有利には1〜5のサイクルで発生させるよう にした、請求項1から6のいずれか1項記載の超音波方法。 8.超音波変換器の中心周波数(ft)よりも小さい周波数を評価するようにし た、請求項1から7のいずれか1項記載の超音波方法。 9.計算器により制御されるゲート回路を用いて評価する場合、少なくとも1つ の時間区間を選定し、所属の周波数スペクトルをアナログ形式でまたはディジタ ル形式で測定するようにした、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項記載の超音波方法。 10.各パーストごとの時間窓の長さおよびサイクル数を、所望の周波数分解能 および局所の分解能にしたがって設定調整するようにした、請求項9記載の超音 波方法。 11.請求項1および請求項3〜10のいずれか1項記載の方法を実施するため の回路において、1.関数発生器(1)が設けられており、その出力側(2)は 、 2.該関数発生器(1)により同期化されかつ信号処理装置が後置接続された送 /受信スイッチ(3)を介して、 3.音響的に著しく減衰され電気的に整合された広帯域の音響変換素子(4)の 振動子と接続されていることを特徴とする回路。 12.請求項1および請求項3〜10のいずれか1項記載の方法を実施するため の回路において、1.関数発生器(1)が設けられており、該関数発生器の出力 側(2)が、 2.超音波変換器の入力側と接続されており、3.さらに前記超音波変換器の出 力側は、信号処理装置と接続されていることを特徴とする回路。 13.超音波変換器から照射される音響強度が、周波数の関数として、超音波変 換器の中心周波数(ft)よりも低い周波数範囲内で、例えば動作範囲(fom in<fo<fomax<ft)内で一定である周波数による正の1次導関数を 有するか、または前記音響強度が前記周波数範囲内で一定の値を有するようにし た請求項11または12記載の回路。 14.請求項1および請求項3〜10のいずれか1項記載の方法を実施するため の回路であって、この場合、n−位相遅延をもって遅延されて加えられる超音波 変換素子を有するマルチ素子超音波変換器回路において、 1.関数発生器(1)が設けられており、該関数発生器の出力側(2)は、 2.n個の経路を有する信号分配器(5)と、3.計算器により制御されるn個 の遅延回路(7.1....7.n.1)と、 4.前記関数発生器(1)によりまたは計算器により制御される送/受信スイッ チ(3.1.1....3.n.1)とを介して、 5.複数個の超音波変換素子の入力側と接続されており、 6.該複数個の超音波変換器の出力側は、n個の送/受信スイッチ(3.1.1 ....3.n.1)を介して、 7.m個の経路を有する信号分配器(10)とそれぞれ接続されており、 8.さらに前記m個の経路を有する信号分配器(10)は、m個の遅延回路(1 1)と、 9.用波数帯を選定するためのm個の固定のまたは可変の回路(12)と、 10.適正位相で加算を行ない必要に応じて信号を分配するための回路とを介し て、 11.m個の周波数帯の中から選択的に一個別にまたは並行して−以後の処理を 行なうための装置と接続されていることを特徴とする回路。 15.2つの高周波のパーストが2つの関数発生器により発生されて1つの超音 波変換素子または2つの超音波変換素子へ導かれるようにし、 さらに振幅を設定調整可能な、かつ0.5〜20MHzの範囲内で、有利には1 〜5MHzの範囲内で中心周波数を設定調整可能な高周波のパーストを、各関数 発生器によって1〜25のサイクルで、例えば1〜10のサイクルで発生させる ようにした、請求項2〜6のいずれか1項記載の超音波方法。 16.請求項2〜6記載の方法を実施するための、請求項11〜13のいずれか 1項記載の回路において、第2の関数発生器が設けられており、該関数発生器は 、送/受信スイッチ(3)を介して超音波変換素子の入力側と接続されているか 、または直接、付加的な変換素子と接続されていることを特徴とする回路。 17.請求項2〜6の方法を実施するための請求項14記載の回路において、 第2の関数発生器(1)が設けられており、該関数発生器は、n個の経路を有す る信号ディバイダを介して、n個の遅延回路(7.1.1〜7.n.1)に接続 可能であることを特徴とする回路。
