【発明の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】本発明は、表面実装用のピングリ
ッドアレイ形電子部品に関する。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】従来の表面実装用のピングリッドアレイ
形電子部品は、図３に示す様に、電子部品本体１１と、
この電子部品本体１１の底面より垂直に突出している複
数の等しい長さのリード線１２とより構成される。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】従来のこの様なピング
リッドアレイ形電子部品は、図４に示す様に、電子部品
本体１１より突出するリード線２は等しい長さである為
、印刷配線板１３上のパターン１６にリード線１２を精
度良く位置決めする事は困難であるという問題点があっ
た。

【課題を解決するための手段】第１の発明は、電子部品
本体より同一方向に垂直に突出した複数のリード線を有
する表面実装用ピングリッドアレイ形の電子部品であっ
て、前記複数のリード線のうち少くとも１つが位置決め
用のリード線を備えて構成されている。

【実施例】次に、本発明の一実施例について図１および
図２を参照して説明する。
【０００６】ピングリッドアレイ形電子部品は電子部品
本体１と、この電子部品本体１より突出した複数のリー
ド線２とを備えており、更に、印刷基板３上への位置決
めを行うため、これらのリード線２よりも長い位置決め
用リード線４を複数（図１においては３本）有している
。また、印刷配線板３には位置決め用リード線４と対応
する位置に各々位置決め用の穴５が形成されている。 そして、実装時には図２に示すように、位置決め用リー
ド線４を印刷配線の穴５に挿入することにより他のリー
ド線２は各々所定のパターン６とそれぞれ接続すること
ができる。

【発明の効果】以上説明した様に本発明は、電子部品に
位置決め用リード線を設け、これを印刷配線板の穴に合
わせることとした為、印刷配線板に容易に位置決め実装
でき作業効率が向上すると共に、電子部品の信頼性が向
上するという効果がある。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】　　電子部品本体より同一方向に垂直に突
    出した複数のリード線を有する表面実装用ピングリッド
    アレイ形の電子部品であって、前記複数のリード線のう
    ち少なくとも１つが位置決め用のリード線であることを
    特徴とする電子部品。
