Description
Claims (15)
- 管状ガス発生器(12)のキャップ(14)と、デフレクタ要素(16)であって、前記キャップ(14)の少なくとも1つの流出開口部(28)から流れ出るガスを前記デフレクタ要素(16)の少なくとも1つの放出開口部(34)へ偏向させるデフレクタ要素(16)とからなる組立体群(10)であって、前記デフレクタ要素(16)の偏向表面(30)が、前記流出開口部(28)の径方向外方に配置され、前記デフレクタ要素(16)の少なくとも2つの固定アーム(40)が、前記流出開口部(28)を通って延在し、かつ、内側での前記キャップ(14)とのかみあい接続において、前記流出開口部(28)を画定している縁部(44)の後方に係合する、組立体群(10)。
- 請求項1に記載の組立体群(10)において、前記かみあい接続が、クリックロックおよび/または差込みロックであることを特徴とする、組立体群(10)。
- 請求項1または2に記載の組立体群(10)において、前記固定アーム(40)の自由端部(42)が、曲げられ、かつ、前記キャップ(14)の壁の内側面上で前記流出開口部(28)の前記縁部(44)に隣接することを特徴とする、組立体群(10)。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の組立体群(10)において、前記偏向表面(30)が、湾曲されるかまたは溝状に形成されることを特徴とする、組立体群(10)。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の組立体群(10)において、前記偏向表面(30)の側方面(38)が、前記偏向表面(30)の頂上線(36)の両側に延在し、前記頂上線(36)が、前記キャップ(14)の軸方向(A)に延在することを特徴とする、組立体群(10)。
- 請求項5に記載の組立体群(10)において、前記側方面(38)がまとまって前記固定アーム(40)になることを特徴とする、組立体群(10)。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の組立体群(10)において、前記デフレクタ要素(16)が成形金属薄板から作られることを特徴とする、組立体群(10)。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の組立体群(10)において、前記固定アーム(40)が、前記流出開口部(28)の前記縁部(44)に向かって互いに離れるように付勢され、かつ/または前記縁部(44)に作用することを特徴とする、組立体群(10)。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の組立体群(10)において、前記デフレクタ要素(16)が、細長い形状を有し、かつ、放出開口部(34)が各軸方向端部に形成されるようにその軸方向端部の両方で開口していることを特徴とする、組立体群(10)。
- 請求項9に記載の組立体群(10)において、前記2つの放出開口部(34)の断面積が異なることを特徴とする、組立体群(10)。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の組立体群(10)において、前記キャップ(14)の前記流出開口部(28)と前記デフレクタ要素(16)の前記少なくとも1つの放出開口部(34)との間にフィルタ(46)が介在されること、および/または、前記キャップ(14)が少し離れて拡散器(23)を囲むことを特徴とする、組立体群(10)。
- 請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の組立体群(10)において、中央ウェブ(48)によって互いに隔てられた2つの流出開口部(28)が設けられ、前記デフレクタ要素(16)が、少なくとも4つの固定アーム(40)を含み、2つの隣接する固定アーム(40)が、前記中央ウェブ(48)の両側でそれぞれの前記流出開口部(28)の前記縁部(44)に作用することを特徴とする、組立体群(10)。
- 軸方向端部(22)に設けられた少なくとも1つのガス出口開口部と、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の組立体群(10)とを備える、管状ガス発生器(12)であって、キャップ(14)が、前記軸方向端部(22)を包囲しながら前記管状ガス発生器(12)に固定され、前記少なくとも1つのガス出口開口部と前記キャップ(14)との間に収集チャンバが形成され、ガスが、前記収集チャンバを通ってデフレクタ要素(16)に向かって流れる、管状ガス発生器(12)。
- 請求項13に記載の管状ガス発生器(12)を製造するための方法であって、
キャップ(14)が前記管状ガス発生器(12)の軸方向端部(22)にしっかりと固定されるステップと、
続いて、デフレクタ要素(16)がその固定アーム(40)を流出開口部(28)に通して前記キャップ(14)の外側から摺動されるステップと、
を含み、
前記固定アーム(40)が、前記流出開口部(28)の縁部(44)とのかみあい接続を形成し、それが前記デフレクタ要素(16)を前記キャップ(14)にしっかりと固定する、方法。 - 請求項14に記載の方法において、前記固定アーム(40)が、前記流出開口部(28)内に摺動される前に、力の印加により弾性的に変形されながら互いに向かって移動され、前記力の印加が停止されたときにばね作用で再び離れること、または、前記固定アーム(40)が、第1の配向において前記流出開口部(28)内に摺動され、続いて差込みロックを形成しながら第2の配向まで所定の角度だけ回転されることを特徴とする、方法。
