Description
-短くて狭い構造形態
-油圧ライン、特にホイールブレーキへのブレーキラインの設備の良好なアクセス性
-特にメインラインセットのプラグコネクタの良好なアクセス性、及び自動車用配電ボックス(中央電気システム)への短いケーブル長
-最終組み立てプロセス(真空による)中だけでなく、整備中(ペダル操作による換気)においても良好な換気能力
-プラグコネクタからモータコントローラの電源部への電力線の短い経路
-電源部(出力段、MOSFET及びドライバ)の良好な冷却と放熱
-駆動及びソレノイドバルブ、隔壁へのボディ伝播ノイズ伝達に由来するノイズの低減
-THZからの短いボア、HCUへの圧力遅延。
-完全に静かな動作。すなわち、隔壁上のアセンブリからの心をかき乱すようなノイズがない、
-新規車両プラットフォーム概念に起因する、従来の乗用車の場合よりもさらに短い構造、
-特に発電機運転中の駆動モータによるホイール特定又はアクスル特定のブレーキ介入。ここで走行モータは1つ又は2つのアクスルに位置決めされるか、又は直接ホイールに位置決めされる、
-システムの冗長性、信号伝送、電力供給による安全性の向上、
-制動距離をさらに短くするためのフィードバック制御の精度に対する新たな要求。
-自動運転車両の場合のように、ブレーキペダルはまったく使用されない、
-又は、例えばブレーキバイワイヤ電気自動車の場合のように、純粋に電気的にモジュールに結合されたブレーキペダル又はブレーキレバーが使用される、
-又は、モジュールに油圧的及び電気的に結合されているブレーキペダル又はブレーキレバーが使用され、
ここで、後者の2つの変形では、それぞれの場合に移動シミュレータも提供され得る。
DE:約200バールの高圧用に寸法決めされ、容積はDE’の容積の50%
DE’:DEの圧力の約50%、つまり約100バール、容積は100%
したがってDEとDE’は同じ出力を有する。DEピストンはDE’ピストンのピストン面積の50%で寸法決めすることができ、それによりDE’の軸力の50%のみが必要とされる。したがって、両方のモータMは同じトルクを有する。フォールバックレベル(RFE)でDEに障害が発生した場合、DE’は50%の圧力で動作し、これは十分であり、DEは100%の圧力とより小さい容積で動作し、後退ストローク中SVは閉じされた状態で引き込みのための後退ストローク及び対応するバルブ回路によるさらなる容積のための前進ストロークによるDEの補充を必要とする。
Claims (13)
- 2つのブレーキ回路(BK1、BK2)を有する車両の駆動およびブレーキシステムであって、
前記車両のホイールまたは車軸を制動するための発生器として動作するように構成された少なくとも1つの走行モータ(TM、TM1、TM2)と、
電動駆動装置(M)により駆動され、制御装置(S-ECU)により制御され、前記車両の前記2つのブレーキ回路(BK1、BK2)に圧力をかけるための、メインモジュール(MO)によって構成された圧力供給装置(DV)と、
前記圧力供給装置(DV)の前記制御装置(S-ECU)と、前記走行モータ(TM、TM1、TM2)とに電気的に接続された上位制御装置(M-ECU)と、
を備え、
前記上位制御装置(M-ECU)は、前記走行モータ(TM、TM1、TM2)のブレーキ機能を制御するように構成され、
前記駆動およびブレーキシステムはさらに、作動装置を有する追加モジュール(MO1)を備え、
前記メインモジュール(MO)と前記追加モジュール(MO1)は、電気データおよび/または制御ライン(DS)および油圧ライン(HL)を介して互いに接続され、
単一回路マスターシリンダ(HZ)を有するピストン-シリンダユニットが、前記追加モジュール(MO1)に配置され、前記ピストン-シリンダユニットのピストンは、前記作動装置により調整可能であり、
前記追加モジュール(MO1)は、バルブ装置(TV1、TV2)を介して、少なくとも1つのブレーキ回路または少なくとも1つの油圧消費部品に接続可能である、
駆動およびブレーキシステム。 - 前記上位制御装置(M-ECU)は、前記駆動およびブレーキシステムの以下の機能、すなわちブレーキ力ブースト、ブレンディング、ABS、ESP、緊急制動、および/または、距離制御のうちの1つ以上の機能を制御するように構成されている、請求項1記載の駆動およびブレーキシステム。
- 前記追加モジュール(MO1)は、作動ユニット(BE)を備え、
前記作動ユニット(BE)は、前記車両の隔壁に配置されるように構成されたブレーキペダルを有する移動シミュレータを備える、
請求項1または2記載の駆動およびブレーキシステム。 - 前記移動シミュレータは、電気的または油圧的に動作する、請求項3記載の駆動およびブレーキシステム。
- 前記作動ユニット(BE)は、少なくとも1つの移動変換器(PS)と、移動シミュレータとを有し、前記バルブ装置(TV1、TV2)を介して、1つのブレーキ回路またはちょうど2つのホイールブレーキに接続可能である、請求項4記載の駆動およびブレーキシステム。
- 前記作動ユニット(BE)は、リザーバ容器(5)と、油圧レベルを検出し、それを電気信号に変換するレベル変換器(NG)と、少なくとも1つの隔離バルブ(TV1、TV2)とを有し、
前記少なくとも1つの隔離バルブ(TV1、TV2)は、マスターシリンダの作動室とブレーキ回路(BK1、BK2)との間の油圧接続を選択的に確立または閉鎖する役割を果たす、
請求項5記載の駆動およびブレーキシステム。 - 前記作動ユニット(BE)は、マスターシリンダと、前記移動シミュレータと、油圧レベルを検出し、それを電気信号に変換するレベル変換器(NG)と、リザーバ容器(5)と、前記移動変換器(PS)とを有する構造ユニットとして形成される、請求項5または6記載の駆動およびブレーキシステム。
- 前記作動ユニット(BE)は、モータコンパートメントの前記メインモジュール(MO)とは空間的に分離して配置され、
前記メインモジュール(MO)は、ブラケット(DF)によって前記モータコンパートメントに固定されるように構成される、
請求項3から7までのいずれか1項記載の駆動およびブレーキシステム。 - 前記作動ユニット(BE)は、ブレーキペダルまたはブレーキレバーによって作動することができるように構成されている、請求項3から8までのいずれか1項記載の駆動およびブレーキシステム。
- 前記メインモジュール(MO)は冗長的に構成され、
前記制御装置(S-ECU)は、前記車両の2つの車載電気システム(12V、DC/DCまたは48V、DC/DC)による冗長な電源を有し、
前記制御装置(S-ECU)の電子回路基板は、2つの3相給電ライン(EL1、EL2)を有し、
3相給電ラインごとの駆動装置(B6ブリッジ)は、電気的に分離されるように構成されている、
請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の駆動およびブレーキシステム。 - 前記圧力供給装置(DV)は、2つの作動室を有するダブルストロークピストンを備え、
前記ダブルストロークピストンの各作動室は、2回路ブレーキシステムのそれぞれの1つの油圧回路(BK1、BK2)へ接続されており、
前記ダブルストロークピストンの2つのストローク方向によって、圧力を蓄積または散逸させることができ、
前記ダブルストロークピストンによる圧力の散逸のときに、前記ピストンが動き、切換え可能バルブ(PD1、PD2)を介して油圧接続が形成される、
請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の駆動およびブレーキシステム。 - 前記圧力供給装置(DV)は、ピストン型またはダブルストロークピストン型ポンプを備え、
前記メインモジュール(MO)の前記圧力供給装置(DV)の前記電動駆動装置(M)は、冗長的に構成され、
前記制御装置(S-ECU)の電子回路基板は、電動駆動装置(M)ごとの個別の駆動装置により、冗長的に構成され、
前記メインモジュール(MO)は、冗長な電源(12V、DC/DC)と、前記上位制御装置(M-ECU)への冗長なデータライン(DS1、DS2)とを有する、
請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の駆動およびブレーキシステム。 - 請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の駆動およびブレーキシステムを動作する方法であって、前記方法は、
前記走行モータ(TM、TM1、TM2)のブレーキ機能を制御するステップと、
前記駆動およびブレーキシステムの以下の機能、すなわちブレーキ力ブースト、ブレンディング、ABS、ESP、緊急制動、および/または、距離制御のうちの1つ以上の機能を制御するステップと、
を含む、方法。
