Description
図1から11に示されるように、本発明の実施形態に係るストラットアセンブリは、ダンパ70、ダンパ上部サポート10、ベアリング20、ばね40及び緩衝ブロック50を備えている。前記ダンパ70、前記ダンパ上部サポート10、前記ベアリング20、前記ばね40及び前記緩衝ブロック50は、同軸に配置されている。
図1から図11に示されるように、本明細書の実施形態は、車体90、ホイールハブ及び実施形態1に記載のストラットアセンブリを含む車両を提供する。前記ストラットアセンブリは、ダンパ上部サポート10の第1ボス121を介して車体90と連接されるとともに、ダンパピストンロッド71を介して前記ホイールハブに接続されている。

Claims (10)
- 同軸に設けられたダンパピストンロッド(71)と、ダンパ上部サポート(10)と、ベアリング(20)と、ばね(40)と、緩衝ブロック(50)とを備えるストラットアセンブリであって、
前記ダンパ上部サポート(10)には第1貫通孔(11)が設けられ、前記ベアリング(20)には第2貫通孔(21)が設けられ、前記ダンパ上部サポート(10)の一部は、前記第2貫通孔(21)内に設けられ、
前記緩衝ブロック(50)には、第3貫通孔(51)が設けられ、前記ダンパピストンロッド(71)の一端は、前記第1貫通孔(11)内に位置し、前記ダンパピストンロッド(71)の他端は、前記第3貫通孔(51)を通り抜けており、前記緩衝ブロック(50)は前記ダンパ上部サポート(10)に連接され、前記ばね(40)は、前記ダンパピストンロッド(71)を取り囲むように設けられ、且つ前記ベアリング(20)に接続され、
前記ベアリング(20)は、前記ダンパ上部サポート(10)に接続する第1部分(22)を有し、当該第1部分(22)における前記ダンパ上部サポート(10)への接続面には、当該第1部分(22)と前記ダンパ上部サポート(10)との間に小さな表面接触を形成するリブ(2211,2212,2213)を有する第2ボス(221)が設けられた
ことを特徴とするストラットアセンブリ。 - 前記第2ボス(221)は、前記リブとして、内径の異なる同心円環の第1リブリング(2211)及び第2リブリング(2212)と、前記第1リブリング(2211)と前記第2リブリング(2212)とを連結する複数の補強垂直リブ(2213)と、を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のストラットアセンブリ。 - 前記ダンパ上部サポート(10)は、順次に連接された上部カバー(12)、第1凹部(13)及び第2凹部(14)を含み、
前記第1貫通孔(11)は、前記上部カバー(12)、前記第1凹部(13)及び前記第2凹部(14)を貫通し、前記緩衝ブロック(50)は、前記第2凹部(14)に連接され、前記上部カバー(12)は、前記第2貫通孔(21)の外で塞がれており、前記第1凹部(13)は、前記第2貫通孔(21)内に位置し、前記第2凹部(14)は、前記第2貫通孔(21)の中から部分的に突出可能である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のストラットアセンブリ。 - 前記第2凹部(14)には係合部(141)が設けられ、前記緩衝ブロック(50)には凹溝(52)が設けられ、前記係合部(141)は、前記ダンパ上部サポート(10)が前記緩衝ブロック(50)に接続されるように前記凹溝(52)と係合している
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のストラットアセンブリ。 - 前記第1凹部(13)と前記上部カバー(12)との間には、衝撃吸収ゴム(131)と接続部材とがさらに設けられており、前記接続部材は、前記ダンパピストンロッド(71)の外周に設けられ、前記接続部材は、前記衝撃吸収ゴム(131)の上部と下部との間に位置する
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のストラットアセンブリ。 - 前記上部カバー(12)には複数の第1ボス(121)が設けられ、前記第1ボス(121)には取付孔が設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のストラットアセンブリ。 - 前記ベアリング(20)と前記ばね(40)との間には第1緩衝装置(30)が設けられ、前記第1緩衝装置(30)は前記ベアリング(20)と同軸に設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のストラットアセンブリ。 - 前記ダンパ上部サポート(10)の最低点の高さは、前記ベアリング(20)の最低点の高さより低く、前記ダンパ上部サポート(10)の最低点の外径は、前記ベアリング(20)の最低点の外径より小さい
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のストラットアセンブリ。 - 前記ばね(40)はコイルばねであり、前記ばね(40)の前記ベアリング(20)に近い側には、水平部が設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のストラットアセンブリ。 - 車体(90)、ホイールハブ及び請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載のストラットアセンブリを備える車両であって、
前記ストラットアセンブリは、前記ダンパ上部サポート(10)の第1ボス(121)を介して前記車体(90)に連接され、前記ストラットアセンブリは、前記ダンパピストンロッド(71)を介して前記ホイールハブに連接される
